東北師范大學學生體質(zhì)健康狀況調(diào)查分析及策略研究

【摘要】:近幾年來,我國青少年體質(zhì)健康水平逐年下滑的趨勢已經(jīng)引起黨中央、國務院的高度關注,并相繼頒布出《關于強化學校體育促進學生身心健康全面發(fā)展的意見》等政策文件,都在有效的遏制與緩解青少年體質(zhì)健康水平逐年下降的趨勢。雖然2015年學生體質(zhì)監(jiān)測報告顯示學生體質(zhì)健康大部分指標止跌回升,但是大學生群體在心肺耐力指標和身體機能指標上仍出現(xiàn)持續(xù)下滑的態(tài)勢。本研究主要采用文獻資料法、現(xiàn)有二次數(shù)據(jù)分析法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等,對東北師范大學學生體質(zhì)健康的成績進行分析,剖析東北師范大學學生體質(zhì)健康狀況,找尋制約東北師范大學學生體質(zhì)健康的因素,提出東北師范大學學生體質(zhì)健康的優(yōu)化路徑,以期提高東北師范大學學生體質(zhì)健康的水平。研究認為:(一)東北師范大學2016年學生總體測試成績主要表現(xiàn)為及格率人數(shù)占總?cè)藬?shù)的比例較多,優(yōu)秀率人數(shù)占總?cè)藬?shù)的比例較少;從性別來看,女生良好人數(shù)比男生多,女生不及格人數(shù)比男生少,呈現(xiàn)出女生強男生弱的成績特征;從年級來看,學生體質(zhì)健康成績水平分別依次為大二、大一、大三、大四。(二)東北師范大學2016年各院(部)學生體測總成績平均分差異不大,最高為地理科學學院,最低為美術學院;學生體測不及格率最高為音樂學院、最低為地理科學學院;申請免測學生數(shù)量最高為外國語學院,最低為環(huán)境學院。(三)東北師范大學2014-2016年不同學年相同年級學生體測成績合格率總體呈上升趨勢,但2015級學生入學后兩年均保持在合格率較高水平,無明顯變化,不合格率在2014級和2015級學生(2015-2016年)體測成績中有回彈現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。(四)東北師范大學學生體質(zhì)健康的影響因素為體育鍛煉意識不強、鍛煉動機不端正、鍛煉次數(shù)較少、場館設施滿意度不高、新興項目開課率較低、自主鍛煉時間受限。(五)優(yōu)化路徑為強化改革、加大建設和改造力度、啟動監(jiān)控與管理系統(tǒng)、建設網(wǎng)絡課程、增加成績比例、調(diào)動積極性和主動性;诖,筆者提出如下建議:(一)學校相關部門應進一步加強協(xié)同合作,認真貫徹與落實《國家學生體質(zhì)健康標準》的相關要求,保障學生體質(zhì)健康測試的成績納入體育考試的成績,充分調(diào)動學生參與體育鍛煉的積極性與主動性。(二)加強對大學公共體育“課內(nèi)外一體化”教學模式的改革力度,推動校園體育文化活動的常態(tài)化開展,加大政策、經(jīng)費和物質(zhì)上的支持,搭建學生體質(zhì)健康網(wǎng)絡化平臺,提升大學生體質(zhì)與健康的水平。(三)啟動學生手機APP軟件管理系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)建大學生體質(zhì)健康大數(shù)據(jù)平臺,建設《大學生體質(zhì)健康測試》的網(wǎng)絡課程,加強學生課余體育鍛煉的專業(yè)化指導,促進學生身心的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。(四)加大學校體育場館設施的建設和改造力度,協(xié)調(diào)配置與利用室內(nèi)外體育場館資源,滿足學生體育鍛煉的需求,積極宣傳體育的健身功能和作用,促進學校體育的常態(tài)化、健康化發(fā)展。(五)建議學校強化“課內(nèi)外一體化”的教學模式的改革,加大學校體育場館設施建設和改造力度,啟動APP健康跑步軟件監(jiān)控與管理系統(tǒng),建設《大學生體質(zhì)健康測試》網(wǎng)絡課程,增加學生體質(zhì)測試的成績占總成績的比例,調(diào)動學生參與體育鍛煉的積極性與主動性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the declining trend of adolescent physical health level in China has attracted the attention of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Policy documents such as "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the All-round Development of Students'Physical and Mental Health" have been issued successively, which have effectively curbed and alleviated the declining trend of adolescent physical health level year by year. Although the 2015 student physique monitoring report shows that most of the indicators of students'physique health have stopped falling and recovered, but there is still a continuous decline in the cardiopulmonary endurance and physical function indicators of College students. The results of students'physical health in Fan University are analyzed, the physical health status of students in Northeast Normal University is analyzed, the factors restricting students' physical health in Northeast Normal University are found, and the optimum path of students'physical health in Northeast Normal University is put forward in order to improve the physical health level of students in Northeast Normal University. The overall test results of Fan University in 2016 mainly showed that the number of passing students accounted for a larger proportion of the total number, the number of outstanding students accounted for a smaller proportion of the total number; from the gender point of view, the number of good female students than boys, the number of failed female students than boys, showing a strong female and weak male students'performance characteristics; from the grade point of view, students' physical health; (2) The average score of physical examination of students in Northeast Normal University in 2016 was not significantly different, the highest was the College of Geographic Sciences, the lowest was the College of Fine Arts; the highest rate of failing physical examination was the College of Music, the lowest was the College of Geographic Sciences; the highest number of students applied for exemption was the College of Geographic Sciences; (3) The passing rate of physical examination of students of the same grade in different academic years of Northeast Normal University showed an upward trend in general, but the passing rate of students of Grade 2015 remained at a high level in the two years after they entered the university, and there was no significant change in the passing rate. (4) The influencing factors of physical fitness of Northeast Normal University students are weak awareness of physical exercise, incorrect motivation, less times of exercise, low satisfaction with venues and facilities, low rate of new projects and limited time for self-exercise. (5) Optimizing the path for strengthening reform, strengthening construction and transformation, starting monitoring and control Based on this, the author puts forward the following suggestions: (1) School departments should further strengthen cooperation, earnestly implement and implement the relevant requirements of the National Standard of Students'Physical Health, and ensure that the students' physical health test results are included in the physical education examination. (2) Strengthen the reform of the teaching mode of "integration inside and outside class" in college public sports, promote the normal development of campus sports and cultural activities, increase policy, financial and material support, build a network platform for students'physical health, and promote college students (3) Start up the student mobile phone APP software management system, create a large data platform for college students'physical fitness, build the network course of "college students' physical fitness test", strengthen the professional guidance of students'extracurricular physical exercise, and promote the coordinated development of students' physical and mental health. (4) Increase the construction and improvement of sports facilities in schools. Fifthly, it is suggested that schools should strengthen the reform of the teaching mode of "integration of inside and outside class" and strengthen the construction and reform of sports facilities in schools. We should make efforts to start the monitoring and management system of APP health running software, construct the "College Students'Physical Health Test" network course, increase the proportion of students' physical fitness test results to the total score, and mobilize students'enthusiasm and initiative to participate in physical exercise.
