新媒體背景下山東省高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升路徑的研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,新媒體將成為現(xiàn)代教育體系中的重要環(huán)節(jié),逐漸運(yùn)用到教育教學(xué)中,從而不斷推動(dòng)教育的發(fā)展水平。學(xué)校體育作為學(xué)校教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分,體育教師隊(duì)伍又是學(xué)校體育教育體系中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。因此,體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的高低將直接影響學(xué)生思想道德水平提高、體育技能掌握、心理健康水平改善以及鍛煉習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的效果。新媒體背景下,對(duì)高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建及提升路徑分析是增強(qiáng)高職院校體育教師教育教學(xué)能力的需要,是提高師資隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)、推動(dòng)學(xué)校體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)與邏輯分析法等研究方法,對(duì)山東省高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升現(xiàn)狀、新媒體對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升路徑變革的影響、新媒體背景下高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升的路徑等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,得出如下結(jié)論:一、當(dāng)前高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升工作注重內(nèi)容的全面性,注重體育教師綜合素質(zhì)的提高,但培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與教師需要不完全匹配,即存在“供需矛盾”。二、高職院校體育教師對(duì)各類(lèi)職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升需求程度一致偏高,體現(xiàn)了高職院校體育教師對(duì)職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升的需求迫切,表明體育教師對(duì)自身職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的要求是全面的、高規(guī)格的。三、目前傳統(tǒng)提升方式存在著種種弊端,新媒體的應(yīng)用將會(huì)為高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的提升提供客觀條件。四、傳統(tǒng)的高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升方式在一定程度上改善了教學(xué)效果,但與學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)效果的評(píng)價(jià)存在分歧。五、高職院校體育教師已具備一定的媒介素養(yǎng),但有待進(jìn)一步提升。六、新媒體背景下,高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升系統(tǒng)中教育部門(mén)、院校和教師自身三要素對(duì)高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的提升都發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。七、新媒體背景下,高職院校體育教師可以根據(jù)自身的需求選擇合適的提升路徑,利用多種新媒體手段來(lái)提升自身的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),具有更多的選擇權(quán)和主動(dòng)權(quán)。建議:一、教育主管部門(mén),應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用,主動(dòng)借助新媒體手段改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)模式,積極搭建平臺(tái),加大政策、技術(shù)和資金支持,為新媒體背景下高職院校體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升提供強(qiáng)有力保障。二、高職院校,應(yīng)重視加強(qiáng)對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的提升工作,除了傳統(tǒng)的提升模式外,積極開(kāi)發(fā)、購(gòu)買(mǎi)或共享數(shù)字資源,結(jié)合院校本身的優(yōu)勢(shì),整合本校的教學(xué)資源,搭建一定的新媒體平臺(tái)。另一方面積極為教師提供相關(guān)的軟、硬件條件,為體育教師參與新媒體的應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。三、高職院校體育教師,應(yīng)積極主動(dòng)提升自身的媒介素養(yǎng),借助新媒體進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)的同時(shí)積極參與主管部門(mén)的在線培訓(xùn),努力提升自身的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of digital network technology, the new media will become an important link in the modern education system, gradually applied to the education and teaching, so as to continuously promote the development of education. School physical education as an important part of school education, physical education teachers are also an important link in the school physical education system. Therefore, the level of professional accomplishment of PE teachers will directly affect the improvement of students' ideological and moral level, the mastery of physical skills, the improvement of mental health and the formation of exercise habits. Under the background of new media, it is necessary to construct the system of improving the professional accomplishment of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges and to analyze the ways to enhance the teaching ability of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges, as well as to improve the quality of teachers. The need to promote the development of school physical education. This study uses the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to improve the professional quality of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province. The influence of new media on the path change of PE teachers' professional literacy improvement, and the research on the path of PE teachers' professional literacy improvement under the background of new media are studied, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. At present, the promotion of PE teachers' professional literacy in higher vocational colleges pays attention to the comprehensiveness of contents and the improvement of comprehensive qualities of PE teachers, but the training contents and teachers' needs are not fully matched, that is, there is a contradiction between supply and demand. Secondly, the demand of PE teachers for all kinds of professional literacy is on the high side, which reflects the urgent need of PE teachers to improve their professional literacy, which indicates that the requirements of PE teachers to their own professional literacy are comprehensive. High specification. The application of new media will provide objective conditions for the improvement of professional quality of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges. Fourthly, the traditional way of improving the professional accomplishment of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges has improved the teaching effect to some extent, but there are differences with the students' evaluation of the teaching effect. Fifth, PE teachers in higher vocational colleges already have certain media literacy, but need to be further improved. Sixth, under the new media background, the education department, the colleges and the teachers themselves play an important role in improving the professional literacy of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges. Seventh, under the new media background, the higher vocational college physical education teachers can choose the suitable promotion path according to their own needs, use many kinds of new media means to enhance their own professional accomplishment, has more choice and initiative. Recommendations: first, education authorities should give full play to their organizational leadership role, take the initiative to improve the training model by means of new media, actively build platforms, and increase policy, technical and financial support. Under the background of new media, it provides a strong guarantee for the promotion of professional accomplishment of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges. Second, higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to enhancing the professional quality of PE teachers. In addition to the traditional promotion mode, they should actively develop, purchase or share digital resources, combine the advantages of colleges and universities, and integrate their teaching resources. Build a certain new media platform. On the other hand, it provides teachers with relevant hardware and software conditions, and lays the foundation for PE teachers to participate in the application of new media. Third, PE teachers in higher vocational colleges should actively promote their media literacy, actively participate in the online training of the competent departments with the help of new media for independent learning, and strive to improve their own professional literacy.
