【摘要】：主要運(yùn)用實(shí)地調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)資料法與理論分析的方法,對美國哈佛大學(xué)競技體育核心價值觀和競技體育發(fā)展理念進(jìn)行分析研究,研究結(jié)果如下:競技體育教育是哈佛大學(xué)教育思想的重要內(nèi)容,哈佛大學(xué)競技體育價值觀認(rèn)為:大學(xué)必須重視學(xué)生的人格發(fā)展,體育運(yùn)動是培養(yǎng)人格的重要手段;競技場上的獲勝并非體育競賽的終極目標(biāo);運(yùn)動員在訓(xùn)練和競賽過程中,克服困難,追求卓越的拼搏精神,是哈佛學(xué)生寶貴的人生財富和走向成功的動力。通過體育競賽對學(xué)生實(shí)施人格教育,建設(shè)使每一個哈佛人都感到自豪的哈佛社區(qū),是哈佛大學(xué)體育發(fā)展的要旨。哈佛大學(xué)通過競技體育教育培養(yǎng)卓越人才的理念,受到全社會推崇。研究結(jié)論:哈佛大學(xué)確立的競技體育發(fā)展宗旨和競技體育核心價值觀,對于拓展我國大學(xué)競技體育發(fā)展的理論視野,以及高等院校和體育管理層深刻理解大學(xué)競技體育的價值、功能與追求,促進(jìn)當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)競技體育發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型有較為重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on field investigation, literature and theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the core values of competitive sports and the concept of competitive sports development at Harvard University in the United States. The results are as follows: competitive physical education is an important content of Harvard University's educational thought. The values of competitive sports in Harvard University hold that: universities must attach importance to the development of students' personality, sports is an important means to cultivate personality; Winning in the arena is not the ultimate goal of the sports competition. In the process of training and competition, the athletes overcome difficulties and pursue the outstanding fighting spirit, which is the precious wealth of Harvard students and the motive force to success. It is the tenet of the sports development of Harvard University to carry out personality education to students through sports competition and to build a Harvard community which everyone is proud of. The idea that Harvard University trains outstanding talents through competitive physical education is highly praised by the whole society. Research conclusion: the aim of sports development and the core values of competitive sports established by Harvard University can expand the theoretical vision of the development of competitive sports in universities in China, as well as the value of competitive sports in colleges and universities and sports management. It is of great practical significance to promote the transformation of the development of competitive sports in universities in our country.
