55-64歲健康人群最大脂肪代謝強(qiáng)度下運(yùn)動(dòng)中的心血管風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

【摘要】:目的:了解55-64歲人群的最大脂肪代謝強(qiáng)度;探討年齡、性別、體脂百分比、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間對(duì)該人群在最大脂肪代謝強(qiáng)度下運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)心血管風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響。方法:選取北京市某社區(qū)41名55-64歲健康人群,男20名,女21名。采用功率車遞增運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷方案測(cè)試心肺耐力,計(jì)算最大脂肪代謝強(qiáng)度。使該人群在Fatmax下進(jìn)行持續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng),采集運(yùn)動(dòng)中的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),評(píng)價(jià)不同年齡、性別、體脂百分比、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)中的心率、收縮壓、舒張壓、脈壓、心率收縮壓乘積的影響。數(shù)據(jù)采用Shapiro-Wilk正態(tài)分布檢驗(yàn),兩組間差異采用獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn),率的比較采用卡方檢驗(yàn),不同時(shí)間上的數(shù)據(jù)變化采用重復(fù)測(cè)量的多元方差分析,顯著性水準(zhǔn)P=0.05。結(jié)果:(1)55-64歲人群Fatmax范圍為30%—75%VO2max,男性約為50%VO2max,女性約為53%VO2max。(2)心肺耐力與Fatmax(VO2max%)呈負(fù)相關(guān),且具有非常顯著性差異(p0.01)。(3)男性Fatmax(VO2max%)顯著低于女性(p0.05);男性中,體脂正常者的Fatmax(VO2max%)低于超重肥胖者,無顯著性差異;女性中,體脂正常者的Fatmax(VO2max%)明顯低于超重肥胖者,且具有非常顯著性差異(p0.01)。(4)運(yùn)動(dòng)中ST段下降≥0.1mv反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率為7.32%。(5)Fatmax運(yùn)動(dòng)30min時(shí),老年組的PP要顯著高于中年組(p0.05)。(6)Fatmax運(yùn)動(dòng)30min時(shí),男性的SBP和DBP顯著高于女性,男性的RPP在30min內(nèi)有顯著變化(p0.05);在男性中,超重肥胖者RPP在30min內(nèi)的變化存在顯著性差異(p0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)55-64歲中老年人Fatmax的運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度范圍約在30%-75%VO2max,分布較廣,個(gè)體差異較大。(2)55-64歲人群進(jìn)行Fatmax運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)心血管事件陽性反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為7.32%。(3)55-64歲人群進(jìn)行Fatmax運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),老年人風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于中年人,男性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于女性,超重肥胖者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于體脂正常人群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of age, sex, percentage of body fat and exercise time on cardiovascular risk in 55-64 year old population. Methods: 41 healthy persons aged 55-64 years were selected from a community in Beijing, including 20 males and 21 females. The cardiopulmonary endurance was measured by the incremental exercise load scheme and the maximum fat metabolic intensity was calculated. To make this group continue to exercise under Fatmax, collect relevant data during exercise, evaluate the effect of age, sex, percentage of body fat, exercise time on heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure and the product of heart rate systolic pressure. The data were tested by Shapiro-Wilk normal distribution test, the difference between the two groups was tested by independent sample T test, and the rate was compared by chi-square test. Results: (1) the range of Fatmax in 55-64 age group was 30-75VO2max. male was about 50VO2max. female was about 53VO2max.
