【摘要】：女子七項(xiàng)全能成績是各單項(xiàng)成績的得分之和,因此,女子七項(xiàng)全能各單項(xiàng)之間、各單項(xiàng)與最終成績之間的相互關(guān)系和內(nèi)在規(guī)律是影響全能成績的關(guān)鍵因素,如何把握這關(guān)鍵因素是取得優(yōu)異成績的重中之重。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,對(duì)第12屆全運(yùn)會(huì)與第15屆田徑世錦賽女子七項(xiàng)全能前8名運(yùn)動(dòng)員的各單項(xiàng)成績和得分情況以及其對(duì)總成績的貢獻(xiàn)率進(jìn)行比較研究。結(jié)果表明:1)中國與世界優(yōu)秀女子七項(xiàng)全能運(yùn)動(dòng)員總成績存在較大差距,但是這種差距主要體現(xiàn)在單項(xiàng)成績上。2)中國與世界優(yōu)秀女子全能運(yùn)動(dòng)員各項(xiàng)群的得分排序與對(duì)總成績的貢獻(xiàn)率結(jié)構(gòu)基本一致,沒有本質(zhì)的差異。3)中國優(yōu)秀女子七項(xiàng)全能運(yùn)動(dòng)員成績不理想的原因是"優(yōu)勢項(xiàng)目(100 m欄、跳高、200 m)"不強(qiáng),"劣勢項(xiàng)目(標(biāo)槍、跳遠(yuǎn)和鉛球)"太弱,而且項(xiàng)目之間差異較大,不具有均衡性的態(tài)勢。建議:1)采用"木桶原理"的方法,狠抓劣勢項(xiàng)目。2)樹立"以速度項(xiàng)目為核心,以跳躍項(xiàng)目為主線,以投擲項(xiàng)目為突破"的女子全能項(xiàng)目選材觀和訓(xùn)練觀。為我國田徑女子全能成績的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Women's heptathlon is the sum of the scores of each individual event. Therefore, the interrelation and internal law between the women's heptathlon and the final result are the key factors influencing the all-round achievement. How to grasp this key factor is the top priority of achieving excellent results. By means of literature, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper makes a comparative study on the results and scores of the top 8 women's heptathlon athletes in the 12th National Games and the 15th World Athletics Championship and their contribution to the total results. The results show that there is a big gap between China and the world's elite women's heptathlon athletes' total achievements. However, this gap is mainly reflected in the single achievement (.2) the ranking of scores of Chinese and world elite women all-around athletes is basically the same as the structure of contribution rate to the total achievement. There is no essential difference. 3) the reason for the unsatisfactory performance of Chinese elite heptathlon athletes is that the superiority events (100m hurdle, 200m high jump) are not strong, the inferior events (javelin, long jump and shot put) are too weak, and the difference between the events is great. A situation that is not balanced. It is suggested that: 1) adopt the method of "barrel principle" and pay close attention to inferior item .2) establish the women's all-around material selection and training view of "speed event as the core, jump event as the main line, throwing event as the breakthrough". To provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of Chinese track and field women's all-round achievement.
