【摘要】：對(duì)排球裁判員執(zhí)裁評(píng)價(jià)打分表進(jìn)行分析,從裁判員管理的角度,對(duì)建立排球裁判員理論分級(jí)考核的基本原則及模式進(jìn)行初步研究。結(jié)果顯示:我國(guó)國(guó)家級(jí)排球裁判員,包括國(guó)家B級(jí)、國(guó)家A級(jí)、國(guó)家排協(xié)級(jí)考核內(nèi)容有本質(zhì)區(qū)別,應(yīng)該根據(jù)每年國(guó)家級(jí)排球裁判員的執(zhí)哨水平來確定來年的考核方案與重點(diǎn)。制定科學(xué)合理的動(dòng)態(tài)理論考核方法,對(duì)提高我國(guó)排球裁判的整體水平有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the scoring table of volleyball referees' judgment evaluation, and makes a preliminary study on the basic principles and models of establishing the volleyball referees' theoretical grading assessment from the point of view of the referee's management. The results show that there are essential differences in the assessment contents of the national volleyball referees, including the national B level, the national A level and the national volleyball association level, and the evaluation scheme and key points should be determined according to the annual level of the national volleyball referees. It is of great significance to establish a scientific and reasonable assessment method of dynamic theory for improving the overall level of volleyball referees in China.
