北京市西城區(qū)中學(xué)生錯誤體重認(rèn)知與減肥行為的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討中學(xué)生錯誤的體重認(rèn)知與減肥行為的關(guān)系,為針對性的進行健康教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法抽取北京市西城區(qū)3所中學(xué)954名學(xué)生,比較中學(xué)生實測體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)和自報體重之間的差異,采用Logistic回歸分析低估體重和高估體重認(rèn)知模式與減肥行為的關(guān)系。結(jié)果對自身體重認(rèn)知錯誤的學(xué)生占62.1%(492/954)。男生傾向于低估體重(低估體重者占44.7%,高估體重者占17.5%),女生傾向于高估體重(低估體重者占20.7%,高估體重者占41.2%),男、女生對自身體重的認(rèn)知差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=20.907,P=0.002)。總體上,低估體重者采取減肥行為的可能性是體重認(rèn)知正確者的0.265倍(95%CI=0.173~0.404),高估體重者采取減肥行為的可能性是體重認(rèn)知正確者的10.439倍(95%CI=7.010~15.545)。男、女生均遵循此趨勢,但女生減肥行為的產(chǎn)生比男生更依賴于主觀判斷。結(jié)論中學(xué)生對于自身體重的理性認(rèn)知還存在較大的提升空間。應(yīng)根據(jù)性別采取有針對性的健康教育以幫助學(xué)生形成正確的體重觀,做出正確的健康決策,保持健康體重。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between the wrong weight cognition and weight loss behavior of middle school students, and to provide a scientific basis for the targeted health education. Methods 954 students from 3 middle schools in Xicheng District, Beijing, were selected to compare the differences between the measured body mass index (BMI) and self reported weight of middle school students, and the Logistic regression analysis was used to underestimate weight and overestimate weight. The relationship between cognitive model and weight loss behavior was 62.1% (492/954). Boys tend to underestimate weight (underweight, 44.7%, overweight 17.5%), girls tend to overestimate weight (underweight 20.7%, overweight 41.2%), male and female students have different cognitive differences on body weight. The study significance (x ~2=20.907, P=0.002). Overall, the possibility of weight loss behavior was 0.265 times more likely to be weighed by the underweight people (95%CI=0.173~0.404), and the possibility of weight loss behavior was 10.439 times as high as those of the correct body weight cognition (95%CI=7.010~ 15.545). Men, girls all followed this trend, but girls' weight loss behavior It is more dependent on subjective judgment than male students. Conclusion there is still greater room for students to improve their rational cognition of their own weight. It is necessary to adopt targeted health education according to sex to help students form the correct concept of body weight, make correct health decisions, and maintain healthy body weight.
