【摘要】：高爾夫由最早蘇格蘭牧羊人在閑暇時(shí)打發(fā)時(shí)間的一個(gè)游戲項(xiàng)目,在歷經(jīng)500多年的發(fā)展后,已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為緊隨足球、網(wǎng)球之后,具有全球重大影響力的“世界第三大體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目”。究其原因可能是因?yàn)楦郀柗蜻\(yùn)動(dòng)將大自然所特有的“藍(lán)天、白云、綠地”等生態(tài)元素緊緊融合在一起,讓每名運(yùn)動(dòng)參與者都可以盡情享受到非凡、獨(dú)特的運(yùn)動(dòng)體驗(yàn)所導(dǎo)致的。隨著人類(lèi)社會(huì)的發(fā)展需要,高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)也融進(jìn)了諸如“商業(yè)、競(jìng)技、交流”等顯著的時(shí)代標(biāo)簽。近年來(lái),高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展更是呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)化的特征。以高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)為核心,帶動(dòng)了諸如球場(chǎng)建造與管理、高爾夫賽事管理、高爾夫球培訓(xùn)、高爾夫球用品的生產(chǎn)及銷(xiāo)售等細(xì)分領(lǐng)域,以及房地產(chǎn)、酒店等其他相關(guān)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。回顧高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展歷史,從1984年我國(guó)的第一個(gè)高爾夫球俱樂(lè)部建成以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)參與高爾夫球的人口數(shù)量發(fā)生了極速的增長(zhǎng),這在一定程度上也促進(jìn)了高爾夫球項(xiàng)目在我國(guó)的發(fā)展。從競(jìng)技角度分析,近年來(lái)我國(guó)也培養(yǎng)出了如張連偉、曾雅妮、馮珊珊等眾多具有一定世界影響力的高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)員。因此,我們可以這樣認(rèn)為,高爾夫球在國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展,無(wú)論在數(shù)量上還是質(zhì)量上,都取得了明顯的發(fā)展。與此同時(shí)河北省又是我國(guó)開(kāi)展高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間較早的省份之一,憑借著省內(nèi)獨(dú)特且豐富的地形地貌條件、良好的自然環(huán)境和國(guó)家大力度打造京津休閑旅游生態(tài)圈等優(yōu)勢(shì)特征,為我省日后高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)可以得到的大力發(fā)展,奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本研究以河北省現(xiàn)有的23家高爾夫球俱樂(lè)部為研究對(duì)象,全面分析高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)在河北省的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,旨在全面深入的了解河北省高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)的規(guī)模和特征后,立足實(shí)際為全面促進(jìn)高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)在我省的快速發(fā)展,提出相對(duì)有針對(duì)性的發(fā)展建議,以此來(lái)謀求實(shí)現(xiàn)我省高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)在發(fā)展速度和質(zhì)量上的同步提升。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法進(jìn)行研究。研究表明,河北省高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展至今主要有以下幾方面特征:(1)高爾夫球場(chǎng)的擁有量位居全國(guó)前列,但種類(lèi)單一,地理分布不均勻;(2)高爾夫球場(chǎng)數(shù)量雖多,但整體缺乏核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;(3)俱樂(lè)部經(jīng)營(yíng)模式以半開(kāi)放會(huì)員制為主,且多依附于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè);(4)高爾夫參與人口仍以擁有高檔消費(fèi)能力,年齡在40——49的私企管理人員為主(5)高爾夫球賽事逐年增多,但賽事資源開(kāi)發(fā)等相關(guān)工作還比較落后。因此,本研究在立足于調(diào)查結(jié)論的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)之上,筆者又提出了如下幾條具有針對(duì)性的建議:(1)結(jié)合我省優(yōu)越的自然、旅游資源優(yōu)勢(shì),統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)高爾夫球場(chǎng)合理化布局;(2)立足長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn),加強(qiáng)自身內(nèi)在服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)球場(chǎng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的全面提升;(3)加大高爾夫練習(xí)場(chǎng)的建設(shè)力度,改善企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)壓力;(4)積極擴(kuò)寬消費(fèi)群體,讓高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)回歸本源;(5)加強(qiáng)賽事相關(guān)的人才培養(yǎng)力度,重視賽事的地位和作用�？傮w來(lái)說(shuō),本研究是對(duì)河北省高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展情況所進(jìn)行的全面調(diào)查研究,既做到了從戰(zhàn)略角度對(duì)高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)的分析,又提出具有相對(duì)具有實(shí)操價(jià)值科學(xué)建議,同時(shí)也彌補(bǔ)了學(xué)者對(duì)于河北地區(qū)相關(guān)研究的不足,因此,對(duì)于日后河北省高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)的可健康持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有深遠(yuǎn)的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:After 500 years of development, golf has developed into a world third major sport after 500 years of development, after 500 years of development. The ecological elements such as the sky, the white clouds, the green space and other ecological elements are tightly integrated, so that every sport participant can enjoy the extraordinary and unique sports experience. With the development of human society, golf is also incorporated into a marked time label such as "business, competition, communication". In recent years, the development of golf At the core, golf is the core of the development of golf course construction and management, golf tournament management, golf training, the production and sales of golf products and other sectors, as well as real estate, hotel and other related industries. Since the completion of the first golf club in China in 1984, the number of domestic participants in golf has been increasing rapidly. This has also promoted the development of golf projects in our country. From the competitive point of view, in recent years, our country has also trained many such as Zhang Lianwei, Ceng Yani, Feng Shanshan and so on. As a golfer with the influence of the world, we can think that the development of golf in China, both in quantity and in quality, has been greatly developed. At the same time, Hebei is one of the provinces in China to carry out golf, with the unique and rich terrain and geomorphic conditions in the province. The advantages of good natural environment and the great efforts of the state to build the ecological circle of Beijing and Tianjin leisure tourism have laid a solid foundation for the vigorous development of golf in Hebei. This study takes 23 golf clubs existing in the province as the research object, and analyzes the development status of golf in Hebei province. The aim of this paper is to fully understand the scale and characteristics of golf in Hebei Province, and to promote the rapid development of golf in our province in order to improve the speed and quality of golf in our province. This paper mainly adopts the literature method. Questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics and other methods to study. The research shows that the development of golf in Hebei province has the following characteristics: (1) the possession of golf courses is in the forefront of the country, but the species is single, geographical distribution is uneven; (2) although the number of golf courses is many, but the overall lack of core competitiveness; (3) music The main business model is semi open membership, and it is attached to the real estate industry. (4) golf events are still with high consumption ability and 40 to 49 private managers (5) of golf events are increasing year by year, but the development of competition resources is still relatively backward. Therefore, this research is based on the investigation. On the basis of the related theory, the author also puts forward the following suggestions: (1) combining the superior nature of our province, the advantage of tourism resources, coordinating the rationalization of golf course, and (2) strengthening the internal service quality in the long run, so as to achieve a comprehensive promotion of the core competitiveness of the golf course; (3) increase the golf practice. The construction of the field will improve the management pressure of the enterprise; (4) actively expand the consumer group and let the golf move back to the source; (5) strengthen the training of the related talents and attach importance to the status and role of the events. In general, this study is a comprehensive investigation and Research on the development of golf in Hebei Province, which has achieved both the strategy and the strategy. The analysis of the current situation and trend of the development of golf is made by the angle of view. It also puts forward some scientific suggestions with relatively practical value, and it also makes up for the lack of relevant scholars in Hebei area. Therefore, it has far-reaching theoretical and practical value for the healthy and sustained development of golf in Hebei province.
