太原市普通高校大學生終身體育意識影響因素調(diào)查及對策分析
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the era of economic integration and information technology has arrived. In the highly developed environment of human civilization, mental labor has replaced most of the manual labor. People's life rhythm is speeding up, the pressure in work and study also increases, unable to obtain enough physical exercise to maintain their own health, various occupational diseases and psychological problems have emerged as the times require. The concept of lifelong sports advocates that "live forever, exercise to old". It is not only the ultimate goal of current school physical education, but also an important symbol to embody the concept of "lifelong sports" by arousing people's interest in sports, forming their hobbies and specialties, and developing good sports literacy and healthy way of life. As one of the important components of school physical education, university is the link between school physical education and social sports. In this period, it is very important to train students to form the thought of lifelong physical exercise and to form the habit of lifelong physical exercise. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate the college students of Taiyuan University of Technology, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Shanxi Medical University and Taiyuan normal University. To understand the influence of physical education in colleges and universities on the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness of students. According to the data feedback of the questionnaire in this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the investigation found that the majority of college students in Taiyuan City do not know enough about lifelong physical education, and even many students have not heard of it. But most students think lifelong sports are important. The majority of students have ambiguous attitude towards physical exercise under the guidance of lifelong physical education concept. (2) through orderly multivariate Logsitic regression analysis, it is found that there is a significant effect on the cultivation of lifelong physical education consciousness of college students in Taiyuan. The main factors affecting the effect are: the teaching level of teachers in physical education teaching, The quality of teachers' character, the relationship between teachers and students and the teachers' control of the classroom atmosphere, the strong interest of the participants in physical form, function and physical exercise, the knowledge about physical physiology and health care, Whether you can master one or two sports skills, the ability to evaluate the effect of exercise and physical condition correctly, the ability to arrange exercise time, the ability to adjust exercise load, and the ability to execute sports. A sports association organized by a school. In order to further explore the law and relationship among the above influencing factors, this paper carries on the principal component analysis to them, and finds out that the cultivation of college students' lifelong physical education consciousness in Taiyuan is mainly influenced by habit and interest factors, and teachers' teaching factors. (3) the main problems in the cultivation of lifelong physical education consciousness of college students in Taiyuan City are as follows: college students do not have a high level of understanding of lifelong physical education, part of the relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious. The content of the course pays too much attention to interest and despises the spread of sports skills. Physical education teachers generally adopt the traditional teaching method, the teaching organization form is single, the students have a strong sense of fitness, the number of people in sports is small, and the facilities are poor. (4) aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of lifelong physical education consciousness of ordinary college students in Taiyuan, the following countermeasures are put forward: interactive exchange, construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship, promotion of teaching reform and optimization of teaching contents and methods; According to students' aptitude, we should pay attention to students' individual differences, strengthen their cognition, enhance their participation in sports, optimize the environment, perfect the facilities and atmosphere of gymnasiums and gymnasiums, and strengthen the cultivation and molding of college students' lifelong sports consciousness.
