【摘要】：冬泳是一項(xiàng)深受廣大人民群眾喜愛的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,具有特殊的健身價(jià)值,近年來受到越來越多人的關(guān)注,冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國(guó)各個(gè)地方迅速發(fā)展起來,參與冬泳的人數(shù)和冬泳組織不斷增加。隨著全國(guó)冬泳的蓬勃發(fā)展,四川省宜賓市冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)也得到快速發(fā)展,宜賓市位于我國(guó)南方的亞熱帶季風(fēng)氣候地帶,優(yōu)越的氣溫和水源條件促進(jìn)了冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的迅速發(fā)展,從1974年1月1日至2017年1月1日,宜賓市舉辦了43屆“橫渡金沙江”冬泳活動(dòng),由最開始的幾十人發(fā)展到上千名冬泳者參與,堅(jiān)持群眾性游泳活動(dòng)在全省歷史最久,在全國(guó)也屬少見。宜賓市冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)雖然缺乏規(guī)范化統(tǒng)一的組織管理和缺少冬泳場(chǎng)館設(shè)施,但歷年來參與冬泳人數(shù)卻不斷飆升,冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)開展如此火熱,這是值得思考和研究的。本研究目的:(1)梳理宜賓市開展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的基本特點(diǎn);(2)分析其存在的問題,根據(jù)問題提出針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)建議,為宜賓市更好開展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法,對(duì)四川省宜賓市開展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,研究得出結(jié)論:(1)宜賓市三江匯流的水利優(yōu)勢(shì),為冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展提供物質(zhì)保障;(2)冬泳者主要為40-60歲的中老年人,泳齡超過6年以上者居多;(3)宜賓市歷年舉辦“橫渡金沙江”,為冬泳者搭建自我展示的舞臺(tái);(4)宜賓市自發(fā)組織冬泳隊(duì)參加多種比賽,為冬泳者提供交流學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái);(5)宜賓市開展冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)存在一定安全隱患,水上安全措施有待改進(jìn)。(6)宜賓市冬泳組織多為自發(fā),且具有“小、多、散”的特點(diǎn);(7)宜賓市歷年來成功舉辦多樣冬泳活動(dòng)離不開志愿者的幫助。根據(jù)分析及存在的問題,提出以下建議:(1)建議成立有效的水上救護(hù)隊(duì),確保冬泳運(yùn)動(dòng)科學(xué)安全開展;(2)建議積極爭(zhēng)取企業(yè)贊助等方式,以解決開展活動(dòng)資金缺乏問題;(3)建議當(dāng)?shù)卣块T及體育部門牽頭,組建規(guī)范化統(tǒng)一管理的冬泳組織。
[Abstract]:Winter swimming is a sport that is loved by the broad masses of people and has special fitness value. In recent years, more and more people pay attention to winter swimming. Winter swimming has developed rapidly in every part of our country. The number of people participating in winter swimming and the number of winter swimming organizations are increasing. With the vigorous development of winter swimming in the whole country, the winter swimming movement in Yibin City of Sichuan Province has also been developed rapidly. Yibin City is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone in the south of China, and the superior temperature and water source conditions promote the rapid development of the winter swimming movement. From January 1, 1974 to January 1, 2017, Yibin City held the 43rd Winter Swimming event "crossing the Jinsha River", which was developed from dozens of people at the beginning to thousands of winter swimmers, and insisted that mass swimming activities have the longest history in the province. It is also rare throughout the country. Although there is a lack of standardized and unified organization and management and facilities of winter swimming venues in Yibin City, the number of people participating in winter swimming has been soaring over the years, which is worthy of consideration and study. The purpose of this study is: (1) to sort out the basic characteristics of winter swimming in Yibin City; (2) to analyze the existing problems and put forward some suggestions for improving the winter swimming in Yibin City, which has certain practical significance for the better development of winter swimming in Yibin City. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field investigation and logical analysis, this paper makes a field investigation on the current situation of winter swimming in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the water conservancy advantages of the three rivers confluence in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. To provide material protection for the development of winter swimming; (2) the winter swimmers are mainly middle-aged and elderly people aged 40-60 years, most of whom are more than 6 years of swimming age; (3) Yibin City held "crossing the Jinsha River" in the past years. Setting up a stage for winter swimmers to display themselves; (4) organizing winter swimming teams spontaneously to participate in various competitions in Yibin City to provide a platform for exchange and learning for winter swimmers; (5) there are certain safety risks in developing winter swimming in Yibin City. The water safety measures need to be improved. (6) the winter swimming organizations in Yibin are spontaneous and have the characteristics of "small, more, scattered"; (7) the successful holding of various winter swimming activities in Yibin City over the years can not be separated from the help of volunteers. According to the analysis and existing problems, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) to set up an effective water rescue team to ensure the scientific and safe development of winter swimming; (2) to actively seek corporate sponsorship, etc. In order to solve the problem of lack of funds to carry out activities; (3) suggest that local government departments and sports departments take the lead to set up standardized and unified management of winter swimming organizations.
