【摘要】：2016年國家體育局和旅游局共同下發(fā)《大力發(fā)展體育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的若干意見》,在體育旅游市場的不斷發(fā)展和國家大政策背景的驅(qū)動下,國內(nèi)各地區(qū)逐漸將體育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)列入到體育產(chǎn)業(yè)和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃之中,著力于打造擁有自身特色的體育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。合肥市政府在體育產(chǎn)業(yè)“十三五”規(guī)劃中明確指出今后將大力發(fā)展體育旅游,環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)根據(jù)其豐富的體育旅游資源已經(jīng)開始規(guī)劃發(fā)展一些區(qū)域性的體育旅游項目。因此,本文試圖從主體功能區(qū)視角下對環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游發(fā)展進行分析。本文的主要目的對體育旅游和主體功能區(qū)相關(guān)文獻整理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,初步設(shè)定促進環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)發(fā)展的成長變量,采用德爾菲法對環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)的成長變量進行篩選,根據(jù)篩選后的成長變量對環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)進行測評,提出環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)近期發(fā)展對策與遠期發(fā)展構(gòu)想。本文以環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游為研究對象,采用文獻資料、問卷調(diào)查法、德爾菲法、實地考察法進行研究。全文共包括六個部分:第一部分為前言,主要對論文的研究背景、目的和意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究對象和方法、研究思路等方面進行闡述;第二部分為文獻綜述,一方面闡述了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ),另一方面對國內(nèi)外體育旅游和主體功能區(qū)的相關(guān)文獻進行梳理,界定了體育旅游主體功能區(qū)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵、特征和功能;第三部分為研究區(qū)域概況,從環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)發(fā)展的地理環(huán)境條件、社會經(jīng)濟條件和體育旅游發(fā)展條件三方面進行了分析,了解環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)發(fā)展的基本情況;第四部分為結(jié)果與分析,采用德爾菲法對初步設(shè)定的環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)成長變量進行篩選,并從體育旅游資源環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟社會環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境三方面對成長變量進行測評;第五部分為近期發(fā)展對策與遠期發(fā)展構(gòu)想,綜合全文分析提出了打造環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)的近期發(fā)展對策和遠期發(fā)展構(gòu)想;第六部分為研究局限和未來展望,提出本文研究的不足和未來研究的方向。本文通過德爾菲法對環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游主體功能區(qū)成長變量進行篩選,最終確定了體育旅游資源環(huán)境(體育旅游資源的承載力、體育旅游資源的鮮明性、體育旅游資源的分布、體育民俗文化的特色性),社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境(政府扶持與戰(zhàn)略選擇、當?shù)厝丝诘囊?guī)模與質(zhì)量、地方經(jīng)濟的發(fā)達程度),產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境(體育旅游企業(yè)的數(shù)量和規(guī)模、體育旅游項目種類、體育旅游的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、體育旅游人才的供給程度)三個一級變量共11個二級變量,并針對上述二級變量對環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)發(fā)展體育旅游主體功能區(qū)進行了測評。研究結(jié)果認為:(1)在體育旅游資源環(huán)境方面,環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游資源承載力較高;體育旅游資源豐富、開發(fā)價值大、具有特色且分布較集中,適合發(fā)展體育旅游主體功能區(qū)。(2)社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境方面,環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)近幾年經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅速,但與發(fā)達地區(qū)上存在一定差距;體育旅游專業(yè)人才缺乏;政府制出臺一系列產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,為該地發(fā)展主體功能區(qū)提供了政策保障。(3)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境方面,環(huán)巢湖地區(qū)體育旅游尚處于發(fā)展階段,還不成熟,在體育旅游的數(shù)量和規(guī)模、體育旅游產(chǎn)品項目、體育旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等問題上還存在較多的問題。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the National Sports Bureau and the Tourism Bureau jointly issued a number of opinions on the development of the sports tourism industry. Under the continuous development of the sports tourism market and the national policy background, the sports tourism industry was gradually included in the sports industry and the tourism industry development planning. The Hefei municipal government clearly points out that the sports tourism will be vigorously developed in the "13th Five-Year" plan of the sports industry, and the Chaohu region has begun to plan and develop some regional sports tourism projects according to its rich sports tourism resources. Therefore, this paper tries to make a study of the Chaohu area from the perspective of the main function area. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the related literature of sports tourism and the main function area. On the basis of the related literature of sports tourism and the main function area, we initially set up the growth variables to promote the development of the main functional areas of the sports tourism in the Chaohu region, and select the growth variables of the main functional areas of the sports tourism in the Chaohu region by using Delphy method. Based on the selected growth variables, this paper makes an evaluation on the main functional areas of the sports tourism in the ring Chaohu area, and puts forward the countermeasures and the long-term development conception of the main functional areas of the sports tourism in the Chaohu region. This article takes the sports tourism around Chaohu area as the research object and adopts the literature, the questionnaire, Delphi method and the field investigation method. The full text consists of six parts: the first part is the preface, mainly on the research background, purpose and significance, research content, research objects and methods, research ideas and other aspects. The second part is the literature review, on the one hand, it expounds the rationale of this study, on the other hand, the sports tourism and the main function at home and abroad. The relevant literature of the area is combed, and the connotation, characteristics and functions of the development of the main function area of sports tourism are defined. The third part is the study of the regional general situation, the analysis of the geographical environment conditions, the social and economic conditions and the development conditions of sports tourism in three aspects of the main functional areas of the sports tourism in the ring Chaohu area, and the understanding of the Chaohu area around the region. The basic situation of the development of the main functional area of sports tourism; the fourth part is the result and analysis, and the selection of the growth variables of the main functional area of the sports tourism in the ring Chaohu area is selected by Delphy Fa, and the growth variables are evaluated from three aspects of the sports tourism resource environment, the economic and social environment and the industrial development environment; fifth parts are evaluated. It is divided into recent development countermeasures and long-term development conception, comprehensive full text analysis put forward the recent development countermeasures and long-term development conception of building the main functional area of sports tourism in Chaohu region; the sixth part is the limitations and future prospects of the research, and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the direction of future research. This article through Delphy Fa to the Chaohu area The growth variables of the main functional area of sports tourism are screened, and the environment of sports tourism resources (the carrying capacity of sports tourism resources, the distinctiveness of sports tourism resources, the distribution of sports tourism resources, the characteristics of sports Folklore Culture), the social and economic environment (government support and strategic choice, the scale and quality of local population, and the quality and quality of the local population) are finally determined. The three first variables of the industrial development environment (the number and scale of the sports tourism enterprises, the types of sports tourism projects, the infrastructure of sports tourism and the supply of sports tourism talents) are 11 two variables, and the main functional areas of the development of sports tourism in the Chaohu region are measured according to the above two level variables. The results are as follows: (1) in the environment of sports tourism resources, the carrying capacity of sports tourism resources in the Chaohu region is higher; sports tourism resources are rich, the development value is great, it has the characteristics and the distribution is more centralized. (2) the economic development of the region is rapid in recent years, but in the environment of social economy, the economic development is rapid, but it is the same. There are certain gaps in developed areas; sports tourism professionals are lacking; government system has issued a series of industrial policies to provide policy guarantee for the main function area of the development. (3) in the environment of industrial development, sports tourism around Chaohu is still at the stage of development, it is still not mature, the quantity and scale of sports tourism, sports tourism product item. There are still many problems in sports tourism infrastructure.
