【摘要】：空手道是一門(mén)徒手進(jìn)行格斗的技術(shù),它具有很強(qiáng)的技擊性,是以拳法、腿法、摔法基本技術(shù)為核心,通過(guò)“型”、組手等運(yùn)動(dòng)形式,培養(yǎng)人的精神和意志,增強(qiáng)人的體魄和技藝,逐步達(dá)到人格的完善。本文通過(guò)對(duì)2010年、2012年空手道世界錦標(biāo)賽國(guó)內(nèi)外女子優(yōu)秀空手道組手運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)特征進(jìn)行綜合性分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,預(yù)期以能對(duì)今后我國(guó)的空手道組手訓(xùn)練與國(guó)際賽事備戰(zhàn)提供可參考和借鑒的依據(jù)。本文以錄像觀摩為主,采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法、專家訪談法,通過(guò)對(duì)2010年、2012年世界空手道錦標(biāo)賽女子組手賽事錄像進(jìn)行綜合分析發(fā)現(xiàn)：1、從國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀女子空手道組手比賽總體拳法技術(shù)使用情況來(lái)看,拳法技術(shù)的使用率比其他技術(shù)使用率相對(duì)較高,國(guó)外運(yùn)動(dòng)員得分率比國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)員高,在比賽中占有至關(guān)重要的地位。其次腿法使用率高于組合動(dòng)作使用率,但組合技術(shù)動(dòng)作得分率國(guó)外選手更高。拳法技術(shù)頻率高,但成功率卻低。2、國(guó)內(nèi)外空手道優(yōu)秀女子運(yùn)動(dòng)員拳法技術(shù)使用上,相比以往各重大比賽,以及2012年與2010年的對(duì)比中,發(fā)現(xiàn)前拳上段的使用率上升,而后拳中段技術(shù)雖然使用率有所上升,但是成功率并沒(méi)有上段拳法得分率高。3、國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀女子組手運(yùn)動(dòng)員腿法技術(shù)動(dòng)作也是主要得分動(dòng)作,橫踢腿這以技術(shù)動(dòng)作使用次數(shù)最多,且其他技術(shù)動(dòng)作配合較多。我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員前腿中橫踢腿使用成功率多于國(guó)外女子運(yùn)動(dòng)員,得分率在前腿橫踢也多于國(guó)外選手,但是在其他三種類(lèi)型的橫踢腿法上都低于國(guó)外選手。說(shuō)明橫踢腿的單招技術(shù)上,國(guó)外選手的技術(shù)更加全面,這是在以后的訓(xùn)練中我們要全面發(fā)展的,既要有必殺絕招,又要全面發(fā)展。4、在擊打部位的分析中,空手道組手比賽動(dòng)作和部位分部明顯,但是并不是每一次擊打都成功,說(shuō)明不是每一次擊打都是有效且得分,國(guó)內(nèi)外女子運(yùn)動(dòng)員均存在犯規(guī)現(xiàn)象,但國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)員尺度把握不夠精確,我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員多由跆拳道散打項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)型而來(lái),更應(yīng)該在訓(xùn)練中強(qiáng)調(diào)空手道組手規(guī)則的學(xué)習(xí),減少因以往訓(xùn)練帶來(lái)的影響
[Abstract]:Karate is a unarmed fighting technology, it has a strong technical ability, is based on the basic techniques of boxing, leg method, fall method as the core, through the "type", group hand and other forms of movement to cultivate the spirit and will of people. Strengthen people's physique and skill, and gradually achieve the perfection of personality. Through the comprehensive analysis and research on the technical characteristics of domestic and foreign elite women karate players in the world karate championships in 2010 and 2012, this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It is expected that it can provide reference and reference for our karate group training and international competition preparation in the future. In this paper, the main video observation, the use of mathematical statistics, logical analysis, expert interviews, Through a comprehensive analysis of the video of the women's group of karate championships in 2010 and 2012, we find out that from the use of the overall boxing techniques of the outstanding women's karate group at home and abroad, The utilization rate of boxing technique is higher than that of other techniques, and the scoring rate of foreign athletes is higher than that of domestic athletes, which plays an important role in the competition. Secondly, the utilization rate of leg method is higher than that of combined action, but the scoring rate of combined technique is higher than that of foreign players. The frequency of boxing technique is high, but the success rate is low. 2. Compared with the previous major competitions and the comparison between 2012 and 2010, we found that the utilization rate of the upper section of the front fist increased in the domestic and foreign karate elite women athletes. Although the utilization rate of the middle part of the later boxing has increased, the success rate is not high. 3. The technique of leg technique is also the main scoring movement of the domestic and foreign outstanding female athletes in the group of women. The most frequent use of the technical action is the cross kick. And other technical actions with more. The success rate of cross kick in the foreleg of Chinese athletes is higher than that of foreign female athletes, and the score rate is also higher than that of foreign players, but the other three types of cross kick are lower than those of foreign players. It shows that in terms of the single technique of cross-kicking, the foreign players' techniques are more comprehensive. This is what we want to develop comprehensively in the future training. We must not only have the kill strategy, but also develop the .4. in the analysis of the hit position, The action and part of the karate group are obvious, but not every hit is successful, which means that not every hit is effective and scoring, and there are fouls in women athletes both at home and abroad. However, domestic athletes are not accurate enough to grasp the yardstick. Most of the athletes in our country are transformed from taekwondo Sanda events. We should emphasize the study of karate group rules in training so as to reduce the influence brought by the previous training.
