深度知覺(jué)訓(xùn)練對(duì)體育院;@球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生技術(shù)動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確性影響的研究

【摘要】:文章著眼于不同運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的籃球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生其深度知覺(jué)能力存在的差異。深度知覺(jué)能力可以看作是籃球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生心理特點(diǎn)的一項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。深度知覺(jué)能力涉及到三維空間與三維空間物體相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的能力。不僅僅能感知事物的高度和寬度,還能感知事物的距離、深度。提升大學(xué)生的深度知覺(jué)能力是非常重要的,經(jīng)常進(jìn)行球類(lèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)能大大地提高深度知覺(jué)能力。但是我國(guó)的大學(xué)生在日常生活中養(yǎng)成了一系列的壞習(xí)慣,不經(jīng)常參加體育運(yùn)動(dòng),而是無(wú)謂的追求精神食糧,陶醉于網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲之中,或者是一味的追劇等,荒廢了大量的寶貴時(shí)間。使得大學(xué)生在深度知覺(jué)能力方面產(chǎn)生了差距,最為明顯的就是普通高校大學(xué)生與體育院校大學(xué)生之間的差異。深度知覺(jué)能力還可以作為測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo),為人才的選拔提供參考。本課題主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法。通過(guò)對(duì)吉林體育學(xué)院籃球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生深度知覺(jué)能力的測(cè)試與分析,啟動(dòng)SPSS軟件分析研究,初步探析了深度知覺(jué)訓(xùn)練對(duì)體育院校籃球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生技術(shù)動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確性的影響。驗(yàn)證了深度知覺(jué)訓(xùn)練對(duì)大學(xué)生而言有著重要的鍛煉價(jià)值。本論文還報(bào)告了籃球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生的深度知覺(jué)能力與年齡,運(yùn)動(dòng)年限,性別,專(zhuān)業(yè)等因素之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)論:1、運(yùn)動(dòng)水平不同的籃球?qū)m?xiàng)大學(xué)生其深度知覺(jué)能力存在著顯著的差別。因此,這種能力可看作是描寫(xiě)高水平籃球大學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)方面的一項(xiàng)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2、在18--24歲這個(gè)年齡階段,年齡因素不影響深度知覺(jué)能力。3、深度知覺(jué)能力是受訓(xùn)練影響的,但是在短期的訓(xùn)練中對(duì)深度知覺(jué)能力的影響不太顯著,所以,在選拔高水平籃球?qū)W生時(shí),應(yīng)對(duì)這種能力先天比較優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生應(yīng)該優(yōu)先考慮。4、為了能夠快速有效地提升籃球?qū)m?xiàng)大學(xué)生的整體運(yùn)動(dòng)水平,教練員以及教師在日常訓(xùn)練中應(yīng)該有意識(shí)地鍛煉和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的深度知覺(jué)能力。5、高師體育院校籃球?qū)m?xiàng)的大學(xué)生在這種能力上存在著明顯的不同。這說(shuō)明經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的、系統(tǒng)的、科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練能夠提高大學(xué)生的深度知覺(jué)能力,并且還能為提高大學(xué)生的整體運(yùn)動(dòng)水平以及心理素質(zhì)等方面提供更好的幫助。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the differences in depth perception of basketball students with different sports levels. The ability of deep perception can be regarded as an indicator of the psychological characteristics of basketball students. Depth perception refers to the ability of relative motion between three-dimensional space and three-dimensional objects. We can not only perceive the height and width of things, but also the distance and depth of things. It is very important to improve the depth perception ability of college students. However, the college students in our country have formed a series of bad habits in their daily life. They do not often take part in sports, but instead they pursue food for the spirit, indulge in online games, or blindly pursue drama, etc. A great deal of precious time has been wasted. The difference between college students and physical education students is the most obvious. Depth perception can also be used as an evaluation index to provide a reference for the selection of talents. This subject mainly uses the literature method, the experimental method, the mathematical statistics method. Through the test and analysis of the depth perception ability of the basketball special students in Jilin Institute of physical Education, the SPSS software analysis was started, and the influence of the depth perception training on the accuracy of the technical action of basketball special students in the physical education college was preliminarily analyzed. It is verified that deep perception training has important value for college students. This paper also reports the relationship between depth perception ability and age, sports years, gender, specialty and so on. Conclusion: 1, there are significant differences in depth perception ability of basketball specialized college students with different sports level. Therefore, this ability can be regarded as a reference standard in describing the psychological quality of high-level basketball college students. In the age period of 18-24 years, the age factor does not affect the depth perception ability .3. the depth perception ability is influenced by the training. However, the effect on depth perception ability is not significant in short-term training, so, in the selection of high-level basketball students, In order to quickly and effectively improve the overall sports level of basketball specialized college students, students who are naturally excellent in this ability should be given priority to .4. Coaches and teachers should consciously exercise and cultivate students' depth perception ability in their daily training. This shows that long-term, systematic, scientific training can improve the depth of perception of college students, and can also improve the overall level of sports and psychological quality of college students to provide better help.
