【摘要】：2010年3月,廣州恒大足球俱樂(lè)部正式成立。五年來(lái),廣州恒大足球俱樂(lè)部不僅獲得了中超聯(lián)賽冠軍、足協(xié)杯冠軍和超級(jí)杯冠軍,還獲得了代表亞洲足球俱樂(lè)部最高榮譽(yù)的亞冠冠軍,締造了中國(guó)足球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽歷史上的“恒大王朝”。在如此短的時(shí)間內(nèi),取得如此卓越的成績(jī),廣州恒大足球俱樂(lè)部不僅成為了中國(guó)其他各級(jí)別足球俱樂(lè)部重點(diǎn)研究的對(duì)象,其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)也得到了外界的一致認(rèn)可和好評(píng),“恒大模式”在中國(guó)迅速蔓延開(kāi)來(lái)。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、內(nèi)容分析法、訪談法、類(lèi)比法和邏輯法,對(duì)“恒大模式”進(jìn)行全面、詳細(xì)的分析。“恒大模式”,即廣州恒大足球俱樂(lè)部的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,在中國(guó)足球大環(huán)境并不是很好,且中國(guó)足球俱樂(lè)部普遍發(fā)展水平較低的背景下,廣州恒大足球俱樂(lè)部能夠取得如此出色的成績(jī),自然有著很高的研究?jī)r(jià)值�！昂愦竽Ｊ健笔呛愦蠹瘓F(tuán)的商業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)在足球場(chǎng)上的延伸,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代商業(yè)管理方式管理足球俱樂(lè)部,收到了很好的效果�！昂愦竽Ｊ健彪m然只是廣州恒大足球俱樂(lè)部的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,但對(duì)中國(guó)足球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽甚至整個(gè)中國(guó)足球的發(fā)展都有很強(qiáng)的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。不過(guò),在恒大俱樂(lè)部發(fā)展過(guò)程中,也出現(xiàn)了一系列令人詬病的問(wèn)題。“恒大模式”在被廣泛推崇的同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了一定的消極影響。“恒大模式”并不完美,仍然有很多需要完善的地方。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)“恒大模式”的探討,分析目前國(guó)內(nèi)足球俱樂(lè)部普遍存在的不足,并總結(jié)廣州恒大足球俱樂(lè)部的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),這不僅關(guān)乎中國(guó)職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽的發(fā)展,更關(guān)乎整個(gè)中國(guó)足球的發(fā)展�！昂愦竽Ｊ健睘橹袊�(guó)足球注入了新鮮血液,研究“恒大模式”,能夠拓寬中國(guó)足球的發(fā)展思路,建立科學(xué)、高效、合理的管理機(jī)制,為中國(guó)足球的發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:In March 2010, Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club was formally established. Over the past five years, Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club has not only won the Chinese Super League, the FA Cup and the Super Cup, but also the Asian Championship, which represents the highest honor of the Asian Football Club. Created the history of China's professional football league, the "Evergrande Dynasty." In such a short time, with such outstanding achievements, Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club has not only become the focus of research on other levels of football clubs in China, but also its successful experience has been unanimously recognized and praised by the outside world. The Evergrande Model is spreading rapidly in China. In this paper, literature, content analysis, interview, analogy and logic are used to make a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the "Evergrande Model". The "Evergrande Model", that is, the operation mode of Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club, is not very good in the Chinese football environment, and the development level of the Chinese football club is generally low. Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club can achieve such excellent results, naturally has a high research value. "Evergrande Model" is the extension of Evergrande Group's business management experience in football field. The application of modern commercial management to the management of football clubs has received very good results. "Evergrande Model" is only the operation mode of Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club, but it has a strong reference and guiding significance to the development of China Football Professional League and even the whole Chinese football. However, in the Evergrande club development process, also appeared a series of denouncing problems. Evergrande model is widely respected, but also brings some negative effects. The Evergrande Model is not perfect, and there is still a lot to perfect. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the "Evergrande Model", analyze the shortcomings of the present domestic football clubs, and sum up the successful experience of Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club, which is not only related to the development of China Professional Football League. More related to the development of Chinese football as a whole. The "Evergrande Model" has injected fresh blood into Chinese football. Studying "Evergrande Model" can broaden the development mentality of Chinese football, establish a scientific, efficient and reasonable management mechanism, and protect the development of Chinese football.
