【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法等對我國足球球迷越軌行為進(jìn)行研究。主要結(jié)論:我國球迷越軌行為呈現(xiàn)多樣化、大型化、群體化、組織化、參與主體趨于年輕化且女性參與已露端倪等發(fā)展趨勢;治理球迷越軌行為需堅持"以德治體"與"以法治體"相結(jié)合,強(qiáng)化德法并重觀念。以德治體是遏制球迷越軌行為的治本之策,以法治體是遏制球迷越軌行為的根本途徑。建議:在強(qiáng)化德治觀念、加強(qiáng)體育職業(yè)道德建設(shè)等基礎(chǔ)上完善法律制度體系,確立司法介入機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)球迷越軌行為的執(zhí)法力度并建立全方位的監(jiān)督機(jī)制,以期最大限度地防范和減少球迷越軌行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the deviant behavior of football fans in our country by using the method of literature. The main conclusions are as follows: the deviant behavior of the fans in our country is diversified, large-scale, collective, organized, the participants tend to be younger and the female participation shows the trend of development; In order to deal with the deviant behavior of fans, we should stick to the combination of "governing by virtue" and "governing by rule of law" and strengthen the concept of equal emphasis on morality and law. The rule of law is the fundamental way to curb the deviant behavior of the fans, and the rule of law is the fundamental way to curb the deviant behavior of the fans. Suggestions: on the basis of strengthening the idea of rule by virtue and strengthening the construction of sports professional ethics, we should perfect the legal system, establish the mechanism of judicial intervention, strengthen the law enforcement of the deviant behavior of fans, and establish a comprehensive supervision mechanism. With a view to maximum prevention and reduce the occurrence of soccer fans deviant behavior.
