【摘要】：本研究以“2015-2018年新周期內(nèi)山東省優(yōu)秀運動隊后備人才基地”和“山東省國家田徑單項高水平后備人才訓(xùn)練基地”中的11所田徑訓(xùn)練基地為實驗對象,將其統(tǒng)稱為山東省優(yōu)秀田徑運動隊進(jìn)行研究分析。本文以專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法4種研究方法為主,立足目前山東省優(yōu)秀田徑運動隊后備人才基地建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,從運動員自身狀況、教練員情況、基地基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施3大方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,對基地建設(shè)與后備人才培養(yǎng)有一個全貌性的認(rèn)識。通過對后備人才來源情況、訓(xùn)練情況、文化課學(xué)習(xí)狀況、教練員執(zhí)教年限、教練員崗位培訓(xùn)、基地訓(xùn)練設(shè)施、基地文化設(shè)施、基地醫(yī)療設(shè)施、基地訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費等多項指標(biāo)進(jìn)行歸納分析整理,得出目前山東省優(yōu)秀基地建設(shè)與田徑運動隊在人才培養(yǎng)方面的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,綜合評估訓(xùn)練基地的戰(zhàn)略能力。在最近三屆全運會當(dāng)中,山東省田徑成績一直處于全國領(lǐng)先水平,這得益于山東省田徑后備人才源源不斷的輸送,所以綜合評估山東省優(yōu)秀田徑后備人才訓(xùn)練基地的戰(zhàn)略能力,不僅能為我省田徑后備人才事業(yè)續(xù)航,也能指引我省優(yōu)秀田徑運動隊后備人才基地建設(shè)及后備人才培養(yǎng)工作邁上新臺階,從而捍衛(wèi)山東省在國內(nèi)田徑強(qiáng)省的地位。立足山東省優(yōu)秀田徑運動隊后備人才基地在建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)方面的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,主要發(fā)現(xiàn)以下幾方面問題:1.目前山東省優(yōu)秀田徑運動隊后備人才年齡結(jié)構(gòu)分布比較合理,基本符合選材與訓(xùn)練的要求;2.運動員參與訓(xùn)練的動機(jī)比較明確,但是存在文化課與訓(xùn)練之間的矛盾,文化課學(xué)習(xí)成績令人堪憂;3.運動員畢業(yè)之后就業(yè)情況不樂觀;4.教練員在針對運動員選材方面大多數(shù)以經(jīng)驗選材為主,有部分教練員以科學(xué)的方法為選材依據(jù),所選用的訓(xùn)練方法比較合理;5.大部分運動員參加大型田徑比賽的機(jī)會較少,缺乏大賽的直接經(jīng)驗;6.教練員隊伍比較合理,以青壯年教練員為主,但是精英教練員相對不足,教練員自身的再學(xué)習(xí)能力還有待提高;7.教練員的學(xué)歷層次較高,但是參加崗位培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會甚少;8.教練員與運動員之間缺乏交流,缺少對運動員的關(guān)心;9.基地訓(xùn)練設(shè)施、教學(xué)設(shè)施與科研醫(yī)務(wù)施舍比較齊全,訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費比較充足,能滿足運動員正常的訓(xùn)練、學(xué)習(xí)與生活需要。通過發(fā)現(xiàn)以上問題,希望能幫助基地準(zhǔn)確定位,避免自身發(fā)展的盲目性,提高山東省優(yōu)秀田徑運動隊在基地建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)方面的針對性與實效性,不斷為山東省競技體育蓬勃發(fā)展注入新的活力,進(jìn)而為體育強(qiáng)省、強(qiáng)國做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This research takes 11 track and field training bases in "Shandong Province excellent sports team reserve talent base" and "Shandong Province national track and field single high level reserve talent training base" as the experimental object. It is referred to as the excellent track and field team of Shandong Province for research and analysis. Based on the four research methods of expert interview, questionnaire, literature and statistics, this paper bases on the present situation of reserve talent base construction and talent training of excellent track and field sports team in Shandong Province, from the athlete's own condition. The condition of coaches and the basic facilities of the base are investigated and studied in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the construction of the base and the cultivation of reserve talents. Through the situation of the source of the reserve talents, the training situation, the study condition of the culture class, the coaching period of the coach, the post training of the coach, the training facilities of the base, the cultural facilities of the base, the medical facilities of the base, Base training funds and other indicators are summarized and analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of Shandong excellent base construction and track and field team in personnel training are obtained, and the strategic ability of the training base is comprehensively evaluated. In the last three National Games, the track and field achievements of Shandong Province have been in the leading level of the whole country. This is due to the continuous transfer of reserve talents in the track and field of Shandong Province. Therefore, the strategic ability of Shandong Province's excellent track and field reserve talent training base has been comprehensively evaluated. It can not only continue the track and field reserve talent cause of our province, but also guide the construction of reserve talent base of our province's excellent track and field team and raise the reserve talent to a new level, thus defending Shandong Province's position in the strong track and field province of our country. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the reserve talent base of Shandong excellent track and field team in construction and talent training, the following problems are found: 1. At present, the age distribution of reserve talents of excellent track and field team in Shandong Province is reasonable, which basically accords with the requirements of material selection and training. Athletes' motivation to participate in training is clear, but there is a contradiction between culture class and training. The employment situation of athletes after graduation is not optimistic. Most coaches in the selection of athletes based on experience, some coaches based on scientific methods for the selection of materials, the selection of training methods are more reasonable. 5. Most athletes are less likely to take part in large track and field events and lack direct experience in big competitions. Coaches are more reasonable, mainly young coaches, but the elite coaches are relatively insufficient, the coaches' ability to learn again needs to be improved. Coaches have a higher level of education, but there are few opportunities for on-the-job training. There is a lack of communication between coaches and athletes and a lack of concern for athletes. The base training facilities, teaching facilities and scientific research medical alms are relatively complete, and the training funds are more adequate, which can meet the normal training, learning and living needs of athletes. By finding the above problems, we hope to help the base to locate accurately, avoid the blindness of its own development, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the excellent track and field team of Shandong Province in the construction of the base and the cultivation of talents. Continuously inject new vitality into the vigorous development of competitive sports in Shandong Province, and then make greater contribution to the strong province of sports and the powerful country.
