【摘要】：娛樂性體育是當(dāng)前環(huán)節(jié)人們身體疲勞與思想疲勞的大眾活動(dòng),能夠豐富人們的業(yè)余生活,提升人們的身體素質(zhì)。隨著人們生活水平不斷提高,娛樂性體育活動(dòng)也更加普及,更加多元化。在這樣的背景下,將茶文化融入娛樂性體育活動(dòng)中,能夠更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)茶文化的傳承,也能夠豐富娛樂性體育的文化內(nèi)涵,在提升人們身體素質(zhì)的同時(shí),也提高人們的文化修養(yǎng)。本文就以茶文化融入娛樂性體育活動(dòng)為內(nèi)容,對其具體途徑進(jìn)行幾點(diǎn)分析。
[Abstract]:Recreational sports is a mass activity of people's physical fatigue and ideological fatigue at present, which can enrich people's amateur life and improve people's physical quality. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, recreational sports activities are more popular and more diversified. In such a background, tea culture into recreational sports activities, can better achieve the heritage of tea culture, but also enrich the cultural connotation of recreational sports, in the promotion of people's physical quality, but also improve people's cultural accomplishment. In this paper, tea culture into recreational sports activities as the content, the specific ways to carry on several analysis.
