體育院校亟待培養(yǎng)“文體編導(dǎo)”人才的必要性與優(yōu)勢(shì)分析

【摘要】:改革開放以來,隨著文化活動(dòng)的日益繁榮,文化產(chǎn)品更加豐富。一方面越來越多的人民群眾加入到群眾性文體活動(dòng)中,不僅豐富了群眾的文化生活,展現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代人健康、積極的精神風(fēng)貌,而且為建設(shè)文化強(qiáng)國(guó)、增強(qiáng)民族“軟實(shí)力”、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了積極的效應(yīng)。另一方面,隨著我國(guó)體育健兒在奧運(yùn)、亞運(yùn)賽場(chǎng)上爭(zhēng)金奪銀,難美性競(jìng)技體育項(xiàng)目從以單一追求高難度技術(shù)逐漸向技術(shù)與藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力均衡的方向發(fā)展,藝術(shù)與體育的結(jié)合越來越緊密。隨著2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)在我國(guó)舉行,大型開幕式文體表演內(nèi)容也越來越豐富多彩。無論是群眾性文體作品的創(chuàng)作還是難美性競(jìng)技體育項(xiàng)目成套動(dòng)作的編排都迎來了新的春天,而現(xiàn)有的舞蹈編導(dǎo)、影視編導(dǎo)、電視編導(dǎo)等藝術(shù)編導(dǎo)已經(jīng)不能滿足群眾性文體活動(dòng)和難美性競(jìng)技體育項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的需求。我們迫切需要既懂藝術(shù)編導(dǎo)規(guī)律、法則,又懂體育運(yùn)動(dòng)特色,能將文藝與體育充分融合并不斷創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的新型藝術(shù)編導(dǎo)。目前,滿足這一需求的藝術(shù)編導(dǎo)尚且沒有,本文嘗試用“文體編導(dǎo)”為其命名并從概念界定、特點(diǎn)、要求與“舞蹈編導(dǎo)”的比較進(jìn)行理論探索。闡述體育院校培養(yǎng)“文體編導(dǎo)”的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件和時(shí)代要求。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于提出“文體編導(dǎo)”這一全新的概念,并將其與“舞蹈編導(dǎo)”進(jìn)行比較,進(jìn)一步分析“舞蹈編導(dǎo)”與“文體編導(dǎo)”的互相不可替代性。針對(duì)體育院校亟待培養(yǎng)“文體編導(dǎo)”人才的必要性進(jìn)行分類闡述并初步得到以下結(jié)論:1.確定了“文體編導(dǎo)”的概念,即:在具備文化底蘊(yùn)和審美能力的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循體育運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)作特點(diǎn)和競(jìng)賽規(guī)則,借助音樂、舞蹈、舞美等工具,對(duì)作品或成套動(dòng)作行進(jìn)創(chuàng)作、排練、演出、競(jìng)賽,創(chuàng)造和組織肢體語言,更好的體現(xiàn)體育項(xiàng)目藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力和感染力的組織者和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。2.通過調(diào)查研究,難美性競(jìng)技體育項(xiàng)目、群眾性文體活動(dòng)、大型開幕式文體表演對(duì)“文體編導(dǎo)”的需求與日俱增。體育院校藝術(shù)類專業(yè)對(duì)“文體編導(dǎo)”人才的培養(yǎng)有各方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)。3.體育學(xué)院對(duì)體育和藝術(shù)的人才培養(yǎng)有各自完整的培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng),教學(xué)環(huán)境能有機(jī)的組合在一起,師資資源也能很好的共享,實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)相對(duì)豐富。為“文體編導(dǎo)”的培養(yǎng)提供的有力的支持。不僅可以系統(tǒng)地培養(yǎng)“文體編導(dǎo)”人才,還可以有針對(duì)性地設(shè)置實(shí)用的短期“文體編導(dǎo)”培訓(xùn)班,拓展充實(shí)“文體編導(dǎo)”隊(duì)伍。4.“文體編導(dǎo)”人才的培養(yǎng),體育院校具備特色復(fù)合式的教學(xué)資源。無論在教師、 學(xué)科和環(huán)境方面體育院校在培養(yǎng)“文體編導(dǎo)”人才方面都有絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the increasing prosperity of cultural activities, cultural products are more abundant. On the one hand, more and more people join in mass cultural and cultural activities, which not only enrich the cultural life of the masses, but also show the healthy and positive spirit of modern people, and enhance the "soft power" of the nation in order to build a strong cultural power. The construction of a harmonious society has had a positive effect. On the other hand, as our country's athletes compete for gold and silver in the Olympic Games and the Asian Games, the difficult competitive sports events have gradually developed from a single pursuit of high difficult technology to a balance between technology and artistic expressiveness. The combination of art and sports is getting closer and closer. With the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games held in China, large-scale opening ceremony style performance content is more and more colorful. Whether it is the creation of mass literary works or the choreography of the complete set of movements of difficult beauty sports events, there is a new spring, and the existing choreographers, film and television directors, The artistic choreographer, such as television director, can not meet the needs of mass sports activities and the development of hard-to-beauty competitive sports. We urgently need a new art director who not only understands the law and rules of art editing, but also knows the characteristics of sports and sports, and can fully integrate art and sports and innovate and develop constantly. At present, there is no artistic choreographer to meet this demand. This paper attempts to name it with "stylistic choreographer" and to define its concept, characteristics, and requirements for theoretical exploration in comparison with "choreographer". This paper expounds the advantages and requirements of cultivating stylistic Editing in physical Education Colleges and Universities. The innovation of this paper lies in putting forward the new concept of "stylistic choreography", comparing it with "choreographer", and further analyzing the irreplaceable relationship between "choreographer" and "stylistic choreographer". Aiming at the necessity of cultivating talents of stylistic editing in physical education colleges and universities, this paper classifies and expounds the necessity and draws the following conclusion: 1. The concept of "stylistic choreography" is defined, that is, on the basis of having cultural background and aesthetic ability, following the characteristics of sports movements and the rules of competition, and with the aid of music, dance, dance and other tools, to create works or sets of movements, Rehearsals, performances, competitions, creation and organization of body language, a better embodiment of sports artistic expression and appeal of the organizers and leaders. Through investigation and research, the demand for stylistic choreography is increasing day by day in the sports events, mass sports activities and large-scale opening ceremony stylistic performances. Sports colleges and universities art major to "style editor" personnel training has all aspects of advantages. 3. Physical Education Institute has its own complete training system for talents training of physical education and art, teaching environment can be organically combined, teachers resources can also be well shared, and practice opportunities are relatively rich. To provide strong support for the cultivation of stylistic choreography. It is not only possible to train talents of stylistic director systematically, but also to set up practical short-term training courses for stylistic choreography, to expand and enrich the ranks of stylistic choreographers. Sports colleges and universities have the characteristic compound teaching resources to train the talents of stylistic editing and directing. In terms of teachers, disciplines and environment, PE colleges have absolute advantages in cultivating talents of stylistic direction.
