對(duì)新形勢(shì)下成都五人制足球裁判后備力量培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:成都作為四川省的省會(huì)城市,早些年足球水平一直在我國(guó)處在較高的發(fā)展階段,但近幾年成都的足球水平下降,裁判隊(duì)伍也呈現(xiàn)出斷層現(xiàn)象,這種現(xiàn)象是影響運(yùn)動(dòng)水平可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)根源。國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)審核通過(guò)了關(guān)于《中國(guó)足球改革總體方案》的文件,該方案對(duì)我國(guó)足球發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)意義,其中方案中第七條提出了“改進(jìn)足球?qū)I(yè)人才培養(yǎng)發(fā)展方式”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。內(nèi)容涉及到加強(qiáng)足球?qū)I(yè)人才培養(yǎng)與做好足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員轉(zhuǎn)崗就業(yè)工作的方針。我國(guó)足球水平與世界足球水平有較大的差距,其國(guó)際上的排名與本國(guó)的綜合實(shí)力也是不相匹配,將我國(guó)足球進(jìn)行深化改革是體育圈各界人士和國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人老生常談的熱點(diǎn),并且多次在官方場(chǎng)合提出要將我國(guó)足球進(jìn)行全面的改革。五人制足球運(yùn)動(dòng)十多年前在我國(guó)才開始發(fā)展起來(lái),該項(xiàng)目的裁判員隊(duì)伍發(fā)展也相對(duì)滯后。作為我國(guó)最早開展五人制足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的城市,與其他城市相比,成都有一定群眾基礎(chǔ)和社會(huì)影響力。通過(guò)對(duì)五人制足球裁判后備力量培養(yǎng)研究,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)角度考慮,有利于這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)在成都市周邊區(qū)域乃至整個(gè)四川省的快速推廣與普及,裁判隊(duì)伍的有效建設(shè)也有利于成都乃至全國(guó)推廣裁判后備力量培養(yǎng)起到示范與指導(dǎo)作用。文章采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以及比較分析法,研究成都市五人制足球后備力量培養(yǎng)方案,將成都裁判員作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,由于五人制足球運(yùn)動(dòng)及五人制裁判員發(fā)展市場(chǎng)較大,加之成都地區(qū)在五人制運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展有一定的基礎(chǔ)為契機(jī),進(jìn)行對(duì)成都五人制裁判后備力量培養(yǎng)方面進(jìn)行研究討論,在目前培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的不足進(jìn)行了剖析考慮,得出了進(jìn)一步完善成都五人制足球裁判員培養(yǎng)的意見(jiàn)和建議。本文著重是研究五人制足球裁判員在以下幾個(gè)方面的情況:1.在各轄區(qū)分布情況的研究;2.裁判員性別情況的研究;3.職業(yè)情況的研究;4.執(zhí)法經(jīng)歷的研究;5.學(xué)歷的研究;6.對(duì)五人制裁判員理論和體能測(cè)試情況的研究。通過(guò)對(duì)以上問(wèn)題地深入研究,可以得出以下結(jié)論:1.成都市裁判員在地區(qū)分布上呈現(xiàn)不均勻現(xiàn)象,男女裁判員所占比例差距大,出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重失調(diào)現(xiàn)象。2.成都裁判員年齡主要集中在20--30歲和40歲以上兩個(gè)階段,30--35歲年齡段裁判員數(shù)量較少,呈現(xiàn)中間年齡銜接斷層的現(xiàn)象。3.女性裁判員臨場(chǎng)實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)少,導(dǎo)致了積極性不高、經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺、欠缺自信心、缺乏業(yè)務(wù)交流等諸多問(wèn)題。4.成都市足球協(xié)會(huì)裁判委員會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置不健全,人員配備有些不足,沒(méi)有定期的培訓(xùn)、管理較松散、不系統(tǒng),裁判員之間缺乏合理的業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)交流。5.未合理利用與周邊協(xié)會(huì)及本地區(qū)高校合作的資源,對(duì)裁判后備力量培養(yǎng)環(huán)境造成限制。
[Abstract]:Chengdu, as the capital city of Sichuan Province, has been in a high level of football development in China in the early years. However, in recent years, the football level in Chengdu has declined, and the referee team has also shown a fault phenomenon. This phenomenon is a source of influence on the sustainable development of sports level. The State Council approved and approved the document on the General Plan for the Reform of Chinese Football, which has far-reaching significance for the development of Chinese football. The seventh item of the scheme puts forward the strategic goal of improving the mode of training and development of football professionals. The content involves the policy of strengthening the training of football professionals and doing a good job transfer of football players. There is a big gap between the football level of our country and that of the world football level, and its international ranking does not match the comprehensive strength of our country, so it is a hot point that people from all walks of life and national leaders in sports circles talk about deepening the reform of Chinese football. And many times in the official occasions to put forward a comprehensive reform of Chinese football. Five-man football began to develop in our country more than ten years ago, and the development of referees in this project lags behind. As one of the earliest cities in China, Chengdu has a certain mass base and social influence compared with other cities. Through the research on the training of the reserve force of the five-person football referee, from a long-term perspective, it is beneficial to the rapid promotion and popularization of this sport in the surrounding areas of Chengdu and even in the whole Sichuan Province. The effective construction of referees is also beneficial to Chengdu and even the whole country to promote the training of reserve force of referees to play a role in demonstration and guidance. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper studies the training scheme of Chengdu five-person soccer reserve force, and takes Chengdu referee as the object of investigation. Due to the fact that there is a large market for the development of five-person football and five-person referees, and that Chengdu has a certain basis for the development of five-person sports, it is necessary to carry out a study and discussion on the cultivation of the reserve force of the five-person referee in Chengdu. Based on the analysis and consideration of the deficiencies in the current training process, the suggestions and suggestions on how to further improve the training of Chengdu five-person football referees are obtained. This article focuses on the five-man football referees in the following areas: 1. A study on the distribution in each jurisdiction. A study on the gender of the referee. A study of the Vocational situation. Research on the experience of law enforcement. Research on academic qualifications. A study on the theory and physical fitness test of five-member referees. By studying the above problems in depth, we can draw the following conclusion: 1. The regional distribution of referees in Chengdu is uneven, the gap between male and female referees is large, and there is a serious imbalance. 2. The age of Chengdu referees is mainly concentrated in the age of 20-30 years and over 40 years old. The number of referees aged 30-35 years old is relatively small, showing the phenomenon of middle age connecting fault. The lack of practical opportunities for female referees leads to a lot of problems, such as low enthusiasm, lack of experience, lack of self-confidence, lack of business communication and so on. The referee committee of Chengdu Football Association is not set up properly, the personnel is not enough, there is no regular training, the management is loose, not systematic, and the referees lack the reasonable exchange of business learning. 5. The improper utilization of the resources of cooperation with the surrounding associations and local colleges and universities limits the training environment of reserve forces of referees.
