茶文化對我國體育教學(xué)的啟示

【摘要】:我國有著濃厚的茶文化體系內(nèi)涵,在整個(gè)茶文化體系中,我們不僅能夠?qū)ふ业胶线m的價(jià)值理念內(nèi)涵,并且探究到茶文化體系中所包含的思維元素,同時(shí)為當(dāng)前整個(gè)體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)創(chuàng)新開展提供重要幫助。因此,在體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)創(chuàng)新實(shí)施過程中,融入茶文化體系的具體理念內(nèi)涵就極其重要。本文從我國體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)中潛在的問題和不足切入,結(jié)合我國體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)開展的具體要求,通過融入茶文化理念的具體內(nèi)涵認(rèn)知,從而探究茶文化對我國體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的具體啟示。
[Abstract]:Our country has a strong connotation of tea culture system, in the whole tea culture system, we can not only find the appropriate value concept connotation, but also explore the thinking elements contained in the tea culture system. At the same time for the current physical education activities innovation to provide important help. Therefore, in the process of the innovation and implementation of physical education activities, it is extremely important to incorporate the concrete concept connotation of tea culture system. In this paper, from the potential problems and deficiencies in physical education activities in China, combined with the specific requirements of physical education activities in China, through the integration of tea culture concept of the specific connotation of cognition, So as to explore the specific implications of tea culture on physical education activities in China.
