遼寧省中小學(xué)學(xué)生體質(zhì)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定研究

【摘要】:青少年學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康狀況的好壞是一件直接關(guān)系到國家民族素質(zhì)的大事,是衡量一個國家綜合國力的重要標(biāo)志之一。在目前的體質(zhì)健康促進(jìn)工作中,亟需研制針對性強(qiáng)的過程性評價手段與評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)!秶覍W(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2014年修訂)》(以下簡稱《國標(biāo)》)在制定時為了實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一性和規(guī)范性,不可能兼顧其民族性和區(qū)域性特征,而遼寧省學(xué)生的體質(zhì)優(yōu)于全國平均水平,將其用于評價遼寧省學(xué)生體質(zhì)時則會出現(xiàn)一定的偏差。本研究制得一套按年齡和性別分組,適合遼寧省學(xué)生的區(qū)域性體質(zhì)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可以有效地促進(jìn)學(xué)生參與體育活動,進(jìn)而有效促進(jìn)學(xué)生的體質(zhì)發(fā)展,為政府決策和學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展提供參考。本研究利用2015年遼寧省學(xué)生體質(zhì)檢測數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象,抽取35715名學(xué)生體質(zhì)檢測數(shù)據(jù)作為制定區(qū)域標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣本,用百分位法制定了按年齡和性別分組的《遼寧省中小學(xué)學(xué)生體質(zhì)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(以下簡稱《地標(biāo)》)。利用2014年遼寧省53626名學(xué)生的體質(zhì)檢測數(shù)據(jù)作為回代驗證樣本,對《地標(biāo)》進(jìn)行了驗證,并得出以下主要結(jié)論:1.全國學(xué)生體質(zhì)存在地域性差異,遼寧省學(xué)生體質(zhì)總體優(yōu)于全國水平。2.同一年級不同年齡的比例約占1/3。而不同年齡學(xué)生的各項體質(zhì)指標(biāo)存在差異,建立以年齡分組的體質(zhì)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具有一定的必要性。3.本文完全依據(jù)《國標(biāo)》采用的方法建立了適用于遼寧省學(xué)生體質(zhì)評價的《地標(biāo)》。與《國標(biāo)》相比,《地標(biāo)》對柔韌素質(zhì)、協(xié)調(diào)性和靈敏性素質(zhì)的評價要求有所升高,對肌肉耐力、速度素質(zhì)以及耐力素質(zhì)的評價要求有所降低,體型的BMI指標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值升高,肥胖檢出率會降低。4.利用2014年小樣本對《地標(biāo)》的驗證結(jié)果初步證明《地標(biāo)》已經(jīng)具有了比較良好的地方適用性,可以進(jìn)行更進(jìn)一步的驗證以及小范圍的應(yīng)用試驗。
[Abstract]:The quality of adolescent students' physical health is a major event directly related to the national quality and one of the important symbols to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. In the current work of promoting physical health, it is urgent to develop a process evaluation method and evaluation standard with strong pertinence. In order to achieve uniformity and standardization, the National Student physical Health Standard (2014 revision) > (hereinafter referred to as "GB") should be formulated in order to achieve uniformity and standardization. It is impossible to give consideration to their national and regional characteristics, but the physique of students in Liaoning Province is superior to the national average level, and there will be some deviation when they are used to evaluate the physique of students in Liaoning Province. In this study, a set of regional physique evaluation standards, which are grouped by age and sex and suitable for students in Liaoning Province, can effectively promote students' participation in sports activities and thus promote students' physique development. It provides reference for government decision making and the development of school physical education. In this study, 35715 students' physique test data were collected from 2015 students' physique test data in Liaoning province as the sample of regional standard. By means of percentile method, the evaluation standard of physical constitution of primary and middle school students in Liaoning Province was established according to age and sex (hereinafter referred to as Landmark). The physique test data of 53626 students in Liaoning Province in 2014 were used as the test samples to verify Landmarks, and the following main conclusions were drawn: 1. There are regional differences in students' physique in the whole country, and the students' physique in Liaoning Province is better than the national level. 2. 2. The proportion of different ages in the same grade is about one third. However, there are differences in various physique indexes of students of different ages, so it is necessary to establish the standard of physique evaluation by age grouping. According to the method of GB, this paper establishes the Landmark which is suitable for students' physique evaluation in Liaoning Province. Compared with the national standard, the evaluation requirements of flexibility, coordination and sensitivity were increased, the evaluation requirements of muscle endurance, speed and endurance quality were decreased, and the BMI standard value of body shape was increased. The prevalence of obesity will decrease by 4. 4. It is proved that Landmark has good local applicability by using 2014 small sample to verify Landmark, which can be further verified and applied in a small scale.
