我國優(yōu)秀男子三級跳運動員2013-2015賽季比賽成績的分析與研究

【摘要】:三級跳遠項目歷來就在田徑項目中一直備受關(guān)注,我國的男子三級跳遠水平開始達到世界級水平是在50年代中期的時候,由我國的男子三級跳遠運動員李容國創(chuàng)造的,他當時的成績是14.66m。我國的男子三級跳遠運動員在1964年時創(chuàng)造出了世界第二的佳績,那便是由田兆鐘創(chuàng)造的16.56m。從我國選手鄒振先率先突破17m大關(guān),取得世界第七的名次。到陳燕平、鄒四新進入世界前五,再到李延熙在2006年多哈亞運會取得了第一名17.06m的成績,后又在2009年柏林世界田徑錦標賽上創(chuàng)造17.23m的成績,將塵封二十六年的最高成績刷新。在我國第十一屆全運會上,李延熙締造出17.59m的成績,這個記錄打破了由鄒振先保持了28年被稱為“胡子紀錄”的17.34m?梢娢覈哪凶尤壧h發(fā)展非?捎^。三級跳一直被視為最有希望的項目之一,其價值不可估量。伴隨著高科技技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代教學的推動,鑄就一代代高精尖技術(shù)人才以及科研成果的長足進步,需要我們借助社會歷史力量的推動而主動出擊,在學習國外優(yōu)先科學技術(shù)的同時努力研究自己的發(fā)展特點,并使之成為特長,躋身于世界體育之林。本文分別采用了地方觀摩法、采訪調(diào)查法、文獻資料法和問卷調(diào)查法,借此充分分析并了解不同的運動員的成績與技術(shù)水平以及日常訓練的方法,并分析運動員日常訓練中整個的布局和細化的手段的實施。通過觀察比賽運動員臨賽的反應及成績水平發(fā)揮分析,找出三級跳運動員在訓練安排的過程中的利弊。同時分析運動員能力的儲備和實力。研究結(jié)論如下:(1)我國的男子三級跳遠對于身體素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的重視比較大,但并非技術(shù)能力的培養(yǎng),這種針對性的能力練習仍亟待我們進一步的探索。(2)技術(shù)能力保持在高水平的運動員訓練手段與其自身的日常練習并不可同時而語,但又要保持之前的蓄勢待發(fā)的準備階段,這其中的負荷平衡非常重要。(3)我國三級跳運動員運動壽命均不夠理想,競技能力的維持能力比較差,這需要更加科學安排訓練周期。
[Abstract]:The triple jump event has always been the focus of attention in the track and field events. The men's triple jump level in our country began to reach the world-class level when it was created by our men's triple jump athlete Li Rongguo in the mid-1950s. His score was 14.66 m. Our men's triple jumpers made the second best achievement in the world in 1964, which was 16.56 m. created by Tian Zhaozhong. Zou Zhenxian of our country first broke through the 17 m mark and got the seventh place in the world. To Chen Yanping, Zou Sixin into the top five in the world, then to Lee Yanxi in 2006 Doha Asian Games in the first 17.06m results, and then in 2009 in Berlin World Athletics Championships created 17.23m results, will dust 26 years of the highest results refresh. At the 11th National Games of China, Li Yanxi achieved 17.59m, a record that was broken by Zou Zhenxian for 28 years, known as the "Beard record" of 17.34m. We can see that our men's triple jump development is very impressive. The three-level jump has always been regarded as one of the most promising projects and its value is incalculable. With the promotion of high-tech technology and modern teaching, we need to take the initiative to attack with the help of the social and historical forces. While studying foreign priority science and technology, we try to study their own development characteristics, and make them become the special strength, and join in the world sports forest. In this paper, local observation method, interview method, literature method and questionnaire method are used to analyze and understand the performance and skill level of different athletes, as well as the methods of daily training. And analyzes the athletes in the daily training of the overall layout and detailed means of implementation. By observing the reaction and performance level of the athletes in the competition, the advantages and disadvantages of the three-level jumpers in the process of training arrangement are found out. At the same time, it analyzes the reserve and strength of athletes' ability. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the men's triple jump in China pays more attention to the training of physical fitness, but it is not the cultivation of technical ability. This kind of targeted ability training still needs to be further explored. (2) the training means of athletes who keep their technical ability at a high level cannot be synchronized with their own daily exercises, but they should also maintain the preparatory stage in which they are ready for development. The balance of load is very important. (3) the life span of the three-level jumpers in our country is not ideal, and the ability of maintaining competitive ability is poor, which requires more scientific arrangement of training cycle.
