京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展及其發(fā)展策略

【摘要】:啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)自2000年在中國(guó)開始萌芽,現(xiàn)已發(fā)展17年,啦啦操已作為一股強(qiáng)勁的力量融入體育健身項(xiàng)目中,有自己的競(jìng)賽規(guī)則和賽事平臺(tái),每年在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)舉辦規(guī)模不同的賽事,關(guān)注和參賽人群也隨之增多。在校園里,啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展深受學(xué)生的喜愛,對(duì)增強(qiáng)學(xué)生體質(zhì)、塑造形體,陶冶情操、塑造意志品質(zhì)、崇尚集體主義精神有著積極作用,也豐富著校園文化建設(shè)。本文以京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展及其發(fā)展策略為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地考察法等研究方法對(duì)京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)在教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練及競(jìng)賽等方面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:1、京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)的整體開展情況較好,以課程、社團(tuán)和訓(xùn)練隊(duì)等不同形式開展。2、京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦操師資隊(duì)伍整體水平較高,在年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、職稱結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)上來看偏向中青年教師;教師參加培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)較少,教師參與科研的積極性不高。3、京津冀地區(qū)體育院校低年級(jí)學(xué)生參與啦啦操積極性較高,女生多于男生;學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)主要有提高啦啦操技術(shù)能力、提高身體素質(zhì);通過瀏覽啦啦操官網(wǎng)、書籍資料等途徑了解啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)。4、京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦操教學(xué)內(nèi)容有舞蹈啦啦操和技巧啦啦操;啦啦操訓(xùn)練隊(duì)主要有專項(xiàng)學(xué)生和非專項(xiàng)學(xué)生組成,部分體育院校訓(xùn)練隊(duì)保持長(zhǎng)期的訓(xùn)練、賽前集訓(xùn)的形式;競(jìng)賽方面,參加全國(guó)啦啦操聯(lián)賽的隊(duì)伍較多,參賽項(xiàng)目上選擇花球啦啦操較多,對(duì)參賽學(xué)生的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)主要是學(xué)分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、證書及訓(xùn)練補(bǔ)助5、影響京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的因素:學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視程度不夠;缺乏專業(yè)啦啦操教師,啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)的宣傳力度不夠,缺少交流學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)。6、京津冀地區(qū)體育院校啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展策略:引起學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,加大資金投入,完善培訓(xùn)制度,增加教師培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì);積極申請(qǐng)啦啦操星級(jí)俱樂部;組建高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì);定期舉辦賽事,搭建交流平臺(tái);借鑒其他運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的開展。
[Abstract]:The cheerleading sport began to sprout in China in 2000 and has now developed for 17 years. As a strong force in sports and fitness projects, it has its own competition rules and competition platform, holding different scale events in the international and domestic countries every year. Attention and participation in the crowd also increased. In the campus, the development of the cheerleading movement is deeply loved by the students, which has a positive effect on strengthening students' physique, shaping their body, shaping their sentiment, shaping the quality of will and advocating the collectivism spirit, and it also enriches the construction of campus culture. This paper takes the development and development strategy of cheerleading in sports colleges in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area as the research object, and uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and other research methods to teach cheerleading in sports colleges and universities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. The training and competition were investigated. Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, the overall development of sports colleges and universities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is relatively good, with courses, associations and training teams developing in different forms. The overall level of cheerleading teachers in sports colleges and universities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is relatively high. In terms of age structure, professional title structure and educational background structure, teachers tend to be young and middle-aged teachers; teachers have fewer opportunities to participate in training, teachers are not highly motivated to participate in scientific research. Girls are more than boys; their motivation is mainly to improve their skills and improve their physical fitness; by browsing the official website of cheerleading and calisthenics, Books and materials, etc., to learn about cheerleading. 4. The teaching contents of cheerleading in sports colleges in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have dance, cheerleading, and skills. The cheerleading training team is mainly composed of specialized students and non-specialized students. Some sports college training teams maintain long-term training, the form of pre-match training; in the competition, more teams participate in the national cheerleading league, more athletes choose the ball and cheerleading in the participating events, and the main reward for the participating students is credit. The factors that affect the development of cheerleading in sports colleges and universities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are: the school leaders pay less attention to it; the lack of professional cheerleading teachers, and the insufficient propaganda of cheerleading. Lack of communication learning platform .6, sports colleges and universities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the development strategy of cheerleading sports: cause school leaders to pay attention to, increase capital investment, improve training system, increase the opportunity of teacher training; actively apply for cheerleading clubs; Set up a high-level sports team; hold regular events, build a platform for communication; learn from the development of other sports.
