【摘要】：為備戰(zhàn)2020奧運(yùn)會和2024年奧運(yùn)會儲備人才,對皮劃艇國家二隊(duì)進(jìn)行功能動作篩查測試。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、測試法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,為2020年奧運(yùn)會備戰(zhàn)提供數(shù)據(jù)及理論的支撐。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):劃艇運(yùn)動員的總體情況好于皮艇運(yùn)動員;在單一的運(yùn)動平面中,運(yùn)動員的協(xié)調(diào)和穩(wěn)定性較好,在兩個(gè)以上的運(yùn)動平面中,運(yùn)動員的穩(wěn)定和控制能力有待提高;其三大關(guān)節(jié)(肩、膝、髖關(guān)節(jié))均存在失衡征象;運(yùn)動員的總的傷病率偏高,且傷病主要發(fā)生肩部和腰部;建議采取優(yōu)化準(zhǔn)備活動、加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練后的再生訓(xùn)練和力量訓(xùn)練之中包含糾正動作的措施,以提高運(yùn)動員功能動作篩查的得分及預(yù)防損傷。
[Abstract]:To prepare for the 2020 Olympic Games and 2024 Olympic Games reserve personnel, the kayak national second team to conduct functional action screening test. The methods of literature, test, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics are used to provide data and theoretical support for the preparation of the 2020 Olympic Games. It is found that the overall condition of rowing athletes is better than that of kayaking athletes, the coordination and stability of athletes are better in a single plane of movement, and the stability and control ability of athletes need to be improved in more than two sports planes. The three major joints (shoulder, knee and hip) all showed signs of imbalance; the total injury rate of athletes was high, and the injuries mainly occurred in shoulder and waist. Rebirth training and strength training after strengthening training include corrective action measures to improve the score of functional action screening and prevent injury.
