身體功能性訓(xùn)練對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員靈敏素質(zhì)影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:身體功能性訓(xùn)練作為一種新型的訓(xùn)練方法有其獨(dú)特的訓(xùn)練理念。它打破了傳統(tǒng)體能訓(xùn)練中單一訓(xùn)練模式,不是單獨(dú)訓(xùn)練某一塊肌肉、某一個(gè)關(guān)節(jié),而是將全身肌肉、關(guān)節(jié)看做一個(gè)完整系統(tǒng),將人整個(gè)身體的動(dòng)作看作是一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈,是一種更加注重人體運(yùn)動(dòng)模式和身體運(yùn)動(dòng)基本姿勢(shì)的訓(xùn)練方法。通過(guò)功能性訓(xùn)練的方法增強(qiáng)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員靈敏素質(zhì),提高專項(xiàng)表現(xiàn)能力,使專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)效率達(dá)到最大化,為運(yùn)動(dòng)員競(jìng)賽成績(jī)的提高提供新的訓(xùn)練思路。本文為了探索身體功能性訓(xùn)練在排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員靈敏素質(zhì)中的訓(xùn)練效果,選取了16名男子排球隊(duì)員作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象。并根據(jù)靈敏素質(zhì)測(cè)試指標(biāo)成績(jī)將其分為人數(shù)均等的兩組:實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。經(jīng)T檢驗(yàn)P大于0.05,兩組無(wú)顯著性差異。并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組分別進(jìn)行了為期10周的身體功能性訓(xùn)練和傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練,兩組專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練一樣。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后對(duì)靈敏性各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)再次進(jìn)行測(cè)試,記錄成績(jī),最后對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后兩組的成績(jī)用SPSS進(jìn)行組間和組內(nèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析處理。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果:與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組反映排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的4項(xiàng)靈敏素質(zhì)指標(biāo)成績(jī)均有所提高。而對(duì)照組成績(jī)雖有所提高,但與實(shí)驗(yàn)組相比,提高幅度很小。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)后的成績(jī)進(jìn)行差異性檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)測(cè)試指標(biāo)成績(jī)p0.05,有顯著性差異。研究結(jié)論:1身體功能性訓(xùn)練對(duì)提高排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員改變方向能力、變換動(dòng)作能力、協(xié)調(diào)性、反應(yīng)靈敏能力具有顯著的效果。2傳統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)提高排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的靈敏素質(zhì)有一定的效果。但在提高的幅度上,實(shí)驗(yàn)組提高的幅度高于對(duì)照組十個(gè)百分點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步表明了身體功能性訓(xùn)練能全面提高排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的靈敏素質(zhì)。本研究通過(guò)對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員靈敏素質(zhì)在技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平中的重要性和功能性訓(xùn)練中的多種訓(xùn)練方法的了解,結(jié)合排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn),制定出一套提高排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員靈敏素質(zhì)的功能性訓(xùn)練方法,豐富和完善靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練方法體系;并為排球教練員制定運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As a new training method, physical functional training has its unique training idea. It breaks down the single training mode in traditional physical training, not training a single muscle, a joint, but treating a whole body muscle, a joint as a complete system, and a movement of the whole body as a chain of movement. It is a kind of training method that pays more attention to the human body movement pattern and the body movement basic posture. Through the functional training method to enhance the volleyball players' sensitive quality, improve the special performance ability, make the special sports efficiency to maximize, and provide a new train of thought for the improvement of the athletes' competition results. In order to explore the effect of physical functional training on the sensitive quality of volleyball players, 16 male volleyball players were selected as experimental objects. According to the results of sensitive quality test, they were divided into two equal groups: experimental group and control group. After T test P > 0.05, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The experimental group and the control group were given 10 weeks of physical functional training and traditional training respectively, the two groups of special training were the same. At the end of the experiment, the indicators of sensitivity were tested again, and the scores were recorded. Finally, the scores of the two groups were analyzed and processed by SPSS between groups and within groups. Results: compared with before experiment, the results of the four sensitive quality indexes of the experimental group and the control group were improved. The results of the control group were improved, but the improvement was very small compared with the experimental group. The results of the experimental group and the control group were tested, and the results showed that there was significant difference in the scores of each test index (p0.05). Conclusion: the physical functional training of 1: 1 has remarkable effect on improving volleyball players' ability of changing direction, changing movement, coordination and responsiveness. 2. Traditional training has certain effect on improving the sensitive quality of volleyball players. However, the range of improvement in the experimental group is 10 percentage points higher than that in the control group, which further indicates that the physical functional training can improve the sensitive quality of volleyball players in an all-round way. Through the understanding of the importance of the sensitive quality of volleyball players in the technical and tactical level and the various training methods in the functional training, this study combines the characteristics of volleyball. To develop a set of functional training methods to improve the sensitive quality of volleyball players, to enrich and perfect the training method system, and to provide certain reference value for volleyball coaches to formulate sports training plans.
