【摘要】：籃球是一項(xiàng)融合技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)、身體、毅力、智力、心理等各方面要素的團(tuán)隊(duì)競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)。技術(shù)和戰(zhàn)術(shù)一直被認(rèn)為是影響籃球水平和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)球隊(duì)在比賽中獲勝的重要因素,也一直是籃球訓(xùn)練的重心。從上世紀(jì)90年代起心理學(xué)家們的研究表明,影響籃球水平發(fā)展的不僅僅是技戰(zhàn)術(shù),情商的高低也是關(guān)系到籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員是否能夠充分發(fā)揮自身水平的重要因素。隨著籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,情商的重要作用越來(lái)越被重視,也被越來(lái)越多的專家學(xué)者關(guān)注。加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的情商培養(yǎng)已經(jīng)成為籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)的重要部分。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、測(cè)量法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法等對(duì)湖南省八所高職男子籃球隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的情商現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,并對(duì)湖南機(jī)電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行了一個(gè)學(xué)期的情商培養(yǎng)的干預(yù)訓(xùn)練,研究結(jié)果表明:1、湖南省高職男子籃球隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的情商值整體偏低;高職主力男子籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員情商水平較候補(bǔ)隊(duì)員高;比賽成績(jī)前三名男子代表隊(duì)的學(xué)�；@球運(yùn)動(dòng)員情商整體較未取得名次的球隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的情商高。2、通過(guò)有計(jì)劃地情商培養(yǎng)訓(xùn)練可以提高籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的整體情商,其中鼓勵(lì)性的基本練習(xí)可以提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員的自信能力,挫折訓(xùn)練可以提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員的意志能力;實(shí)驗(yàn)中通過(guò)十次定點(diǎn)罰籃、一分鐘跳投、全場(chǎng)運(yùn)球上籃等項(xiàng)目作為籃球水平的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證情商的提高能夠?qū)μ岣呋@球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的籃球水平發(fā)揮作用。通過(guò)本文的研究擴(kuò)充了籃球訓(xùn)練理論,也希望能夠?qū)鲜「呗毣@球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的情商培養(yǎng)發(fā)揮積極作用。
[Abstract]:Basketball is a team sport that combines technical, tactical, physical, willpower, intellectual, psychological and other elements. Technique and tactics have always been regarded as the important factors affecting basketball level and leading team to win the match, and have always been the center of basketball training. From the 1990s, psychologists have shown that basketball level is not only affected by the development of skills and tactics, the level of emotional intelligence is also related to the basketball players can give full play to their own level of an important factor. With the development of basketball, the important role of EQ has been paid more and more attention by more and more experts and scholars. Strengthening athletes'EQ training has become an important part of basketball players' training. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, measurement and experiment, this paper investigates the current situation of EQ of male basketball team players in eight higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province. The result shows that the emotional quotient of the male basketball players in Hunan higher vocational college is lower than that of the male basketball team players in Hunan higher vocational school. The EQ level of the main male basketball players in higher vocational colleges is higher than that of the alternates. The emotional quotient of the top three male team basketball players in the competition is higher than that of the unranked team players. The overall emotional quotient of the basketball players can be improved through the training of the planned emotional quotient. Among them, encouraging basic exercises can improve the confidence of athletes, frustration training can improve the will of athletes; in the experiment, through ten fixed baskets, one minute jump shot, As the measurement data of basketball level, it is proved that the improvement of EQ can play a role in improving the basketball level of basketball players. This paper expands the theory of basketball training and hopes to play an active role in the cultivation of emotional quotient of higher vocational basketball players in Hunan province.
