【摘要】：正21世紀是以改革與創(chuàng)新為動力的信息時代。在迅速發(fā)展的時代環(huán)境下,人們面臨著社會、經(jīng)濟、文化的巨大變革,其生活方式、思維方式、價值觀等一系列觀念也都發(fā)生著變化。作為培育人才的重要環(huán)節(jié),教育也要順應(yīng)時代變化對人才的要求,積極推動教學(xué)的全方位改革與發(fā)展。體育作為教育的重要組成部分,是培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人的一個重要方面。學(xué)校體育對學(xué)生的教育作用是全方位的,蘊藏著巨大的潛力和深刻的內(nèi)涵。體育教學(xué)工作的組織與管理作為體育教學(xué)的核心問題,集中反映了體育教學(xué)的目標、內(nèi)容,對體育教學(xué)有著重要的指導(dǎo)作用。因而,新時期下,推動學(xué)校體育教學(xué)的改革與創(chuàng)新,首先要著眼于體育教學(xué)工作的組織與管理,針對時代、社會發(fā)展對人才的要求,調(diào)整體育教學(xué)的目標,創(chuàng)新體育教學(xué)工作的管理模式,進而更加全面、有力地推動體育教學(xué)工作改革和創(chuàng)新的步伐�！扼w育教學(xué)工作的科學(xué)組織與管理》一書采用總分結(jié)構(gòu),立
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an information age driven by reform and innovation. With the rapid development of the times, people are facing great changes in society, economy and culture, and a series of concepts such as life style, thinking mode and values are also changing. As an important link in cultivating talents, education should also comply with the requirements of the times and actively promote the all-round reform and development of teaching. As an important part of education, physical education is an important aspect of training the all-round development of people. The function of school physical education to students is all-around and contains great potential and profound connotation. The organization and management of physical education work, as the core problem of physical education teaching, reflect the goal and content of physical education teaching, and play an important guiding role in physical education teaching. Therefore, in order to promote the reform and innovation of physical education teaching in schools in the new period, we should first focus on the organization and management of physical education teaching work, adjust the goals of physical education teaching in accordance with the requirements of the times and social development for talents. To innovate the management mode of physical education teaching work, and then to promote the reform and innovation of physical education teaching work more comprehensively and forcefully.
