【摘要】：籃球裁判員執(zhí)裁沖突問題是我國職業(yè)聯(lián)賽中裁判員、教練員和運動員需要面臨的主要問題,更是職業(yè)聯(lián)賽籃球裁判員需要重視的問題。執(zhí)裁沖突問題由復雜的因素引起,產(chǎn)生在裁判員內部或與教練員、運動員、觀眾之間的任何一個環(huán)節(jié),也是引發(fā)社會不良影響的源頭之一。通過借鑒沖突理論對沖突各個環(huán)節(jié)因素的詮釋有助于裁判員和比賽的參與者們正確和理智的面對執(zhí)裁過程中的沖突問題,順利的完成執(zhí)裁任務,營造和諧賽場。本文采用文獻資料法、問卷調查法和專家訪談法對裁判員執(zhí)裁過程沖突現(xiàn)狀進一步分析,找出裁判員與裁判員、裁判員與教練員、運動員、觀眾之間的沖突因素,并結合沖突理論相關知識為裁判員如何應對執(zhí)裁沖突所發(fā)生的問題提出對策。通過研究得出以下結論:1.我國籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽中,裁判員在比賽執(zhí)裁過程中發(fā)生沖突的情況較多,裁判員面對比賽的環(huán)境越來越復雜,導致沖突頻發(fā)。在臨場比賽中表現(xiàn)為:裁判員之間猜疑;教練員質疑判罰;運動員不服從判罰;觀眾謾罵指責裁判員等現(xiàn)象。2.裁判員之間沖突主要原因是人際關系、臨場溝通、裁判等級。3.裁判員與教練員之間的沖突主要原因是有利益關系、執(zhí)裁水平、記錄臺因素、溝通程度、不尊重他人因素、環(huán)境因素、規(guī)則認知。4.裁判員與運動員之間的沖突主要原因是有利益關系、執(zhí)裁水平、規(guī)則理解、環(huán)境因素。5.裁判員與觀眾之間的沖突主要原因是環(huán)境因素、規(guī)則理解、文化差異、裁判自身、觀賽動機、感情投入過度、社會輿論。
[Abstract]:The problem of basketball referees' enforcement conflict is the main problem that referees, coaches and athletes need to face in our professional league matches, and it is also a problem that professional league basketball referees need to pay attention to. The conflict of adjudication is caused by complicated factors. Any link between referees and coaches athletes and spectators is also one of the sources of social adverse effects. By using the conflict theory for reference, it is helpful for the referees and the participants in the competition to face the conflict problem correctly and rationally, finish the judgment task smoothly and build a harmonious competition field. In this paper, the author further analyzes the conflict between referee and referee, referees and coaches, athletes and spectators by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interview, and finds out the conflict factors between referees and referees, coaches, athletes and spectators. Combined with the relevant knowledge of conflict theory, this paper puts forward countermeasures for referees how to deal with the problems arising from conflict of adjudication. The following conclusion is drawn from the study: 1. In the professional basketball league of our country, there are more conflicts between the referees in the process of the competition, and the referees face more and more complicated environment, which leads to the frequent conflicts. In the field competition performance: the referee between suspicion; coaches doubt the punishment; athletes do not accept the punishment; the audience abusive criticism of referees and other phenomena. 2. The main causes of conflict between referees are interpersonal relations, field communication, referee grade. 3. The conflicts between referees and coaches are mainly caused by interest relationship, judgment level, record table factors, communication level, disrespect for others, environmental factors, rule cognition. 4. The conflicts between referees and athletes are mainly caused by interest relationship, judgment level, rule understanding, and environmental factors. The main causes of the conflict between the referee and the audience are environmental factors, rules understanding, cultural differences, referee itself, motivation for watching the match, excessive emotional input, and public opinion.
