女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期情緒變化、體育鍛煉及體育衛(wèi)生知識現(xiàn)狀的研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)是終身體育形成的重要階段。由于女性的特殊生理特點(diǎn),女大學(xué)生作為一個特殊的群體,由于其生理周期的存在及其自身的特點(diǎn),經(jīng)期生理和情緒變化直接影響女大學(xué)生身心健康,對經(jīng)期科學(xué)的參加體育鍛煉有一定的制約性。了解女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期情緒變化、經(jīng)期體育鍛煉及體育衛(wèi)生知識,對指導(dǎo)女大學(xué)生形成經(jīng)期良好健身意識、終身體育習(xí)慣有著重要的意義。本文通過使用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對四川師范大學(xué)等幾所高校650名女大學(xué)生從經(jīng)期情緒變化、經(jīng)期體育鍛煉、經(jīng)期體育衛(wèi)生知識現(xiàn)狀、三者之間的相互關(guān)系四個方面來做現(xiàn)狀研究。結(jié)果表明:1.女大學(xué)生月經(jīng)不規(guī)律占多數(shù)。月經(jīng)期間參加體育鍛煉的意識較差。2.女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期主要存在“疲勞”、“憤怒”、“緊張”、“慌張”等不良情緒。年齡越大、年級越高、體育專業(yè)及正常類型的女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期不良情緒因子顯示越低。3.女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期參加體育鍛煉基本合理,但主要集中在正常型女大學(xué)生,且主要體現(xiàn)在運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度方面,年齡越大、體育專業(yè)、大二和大三的女大學(xué)生經(jīng)期參加體育鍛煉的時間、強(qiáng)度、頻率均高于其他女大學(xué)生。4.女大學(xué)生對經(jīng)期體育衛(wèi)生知識有基本的了解,其中年齡越大的及體育專業(yè)的女大學(xué)生體育衛(wèi)生知識掌握更好。5.體育鍛煉與情緒變化不良情緒呈負(fù)相關(guān);積極情緒呈正相關(guān),經(jīng)期體育衛(wèi)生知識與體育鍛煉呈正相關(guān)。適當(dāng)?shù)捏w育鍛煉可以調(diào)節(jié)經(jīng)期不良情緒,經(jīng)期體育衛(wèi)生知識可以指導(dǎo)經(jīng)期體育鍛煉。
[Abstract]:University is an important stage in the formation of lifelong physical education. Because of the special physiological characteristics of women, female college students as a special group, because of the existence of its physiological cycle and its own characteristics, menstrual physiological and emotional changes directly affect the physical and mental health of female college students. For the menstrual science to participate in physical exercise has a certain degree of restraint. It is of great significance to understand the changes of female college students' mood during menstrual period, physical exercise and knowledge of physical health in menstrual period, so as to guide female college students to form good fitness consciousness and lifelong physical habit. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the present situation of 650 female college students in several universities such as Sichuan normal University in terms of their emotional changes, physical exercise during menstrual period, physical education and health knowledge during menstrual period was studied. Four aspects of the relationship between the three to do the status of the study. The result shows that 1: 1. Female college students have irregular menstruation. The consciousness of participating in physical exercise during menstruation is poor. 2. 2. Female college students' menstrual period mainly includes fatigue, anger, tension, panic and so on. The older the age, the higher the grade, the lower. 3. 3. It is basically reasonable for female college students to participate in physical exercise during menstrual period, but it is mainly concentrated in normal female college students, and it is mainly reflected in the intensity of sports. The older the age, the more time that female college students majoring in physical education, sophomores and sophomores, sophomores and junior students, take part in physical exercise during the menstrual period. The intensity and frequency were higher than those of other female college students. Female college students have a basic understanding of sports health knowledge in menstrual period, among which, the older the female college students and sports major, the better the knowledge of sports health. 5. There was a negative correlation between physical exercise and mood change, positive correlation between positive emotion and physical health knowledge during menstrual period and positive correlation between physical exercise and physical exercise. Proper physical exercise can regulate the bad mood of menstrual period, and the knowledge of physical health can guide physical exercise during menstrual period.
