【摘要】：排球教師具有的教學(xué)理念,會在排球教學(xué)中反映出來,作用于排球教學(xué),會影響學(xué)生對排球的學(xué)習(xí)效果,進而影響排球的開展。研究對北京體育大學(xué)排球教師教學(xué)理念進行的歸納總結(jié),希望能在教學(xué)理念與實踐中給予排球工作者啟發(fā),提高排球教學(xué)質(zhì)量,促進排球運動的發(fā)展。本文采用質(zhì)化與量化相結(jié)合的方式,用質(zhì)性研究軟件NVIVO8對訪談的文字資料進行登錄,利用扎根理論,編碼歸納總結(jié)北京體育大學(xué)排球教師具有的教學(xué)理念。用學(xué)生問卷與課程的觀察,得出學(xué)生對北京體育大學(xué)排球教師將教學(xué)理念在課程中貫徹的認(rèn)可程度。得出結(jié)論:北京體育大學(xué)排球教師具有的教學(xué)理念有:堅持‘安全第一’,促進學(xué)生健康成長、關(guān)注個體差異與需求不同,確保每一個學(xué)生受益、激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終生排球意識、以學(xué)生發(fā)展為中心,重視學(xué)生主體地位、快樂排球、以良好的師生關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)、培養(yǎng)團結(jié)協(xié)作與競爭意識、重視排球技術(shù)動作、目標(biāo)激勵教學(xué)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合能力、遵循排球特點與教學(xué)規(guī)律教學(xué)和多元化評價學(xué)生這12個排球教學(xué)理念。北京體育大學(xué)排球教師在排球普修課中將以上12個排球教學(xué)理念在課程的貫徹上得到學(xué)生的高度認(rèn)可,其中有最高有99%的學(xué)生認(rèn)可以學(xué)生發(fā)展為中心,重視學(xué)生主體地位的教學(xué)理念的貫徹,最低有89%的學(xué)生認(rèn)可有效激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終生排球意識的教學(xué)理念的貫徹。北京體育大學(xué)排球教師在排球普修課上通過體育教學(xué)八大要素積極貫徹12個排球教學(xué)理念,在教學(xué)中反映理念,又將理念作用于教學(xué)。
[Abstract]:The teaching idea of volleyball teachers will be reflected in volleyball teaching, which will affect the students' learning effect of volleyball, and then affect the development of volleyball. This paper studies and summarizes the teaching ideas of volleyball teachers in Beijing physical Education University, hoping to enlighten volleyball workers in teaching ideas and practice, improve the quality of volleyball teaching and promote the development of volleyball. In this paper, the qualitative research software NVIVO8 is used to record the interview materials, and the theory of taking root is used to sum up the teaching ideas of volleyball teachers in Beijing University of physical Education. With the observation of students' questionnaire and curriculum, the degree of students' acceptance of volleyball teachers' carrying out the teaching idea in the course of Beijing physical Education University is obtained. It is concluded that volleyball teachers of Beijing physical Education University have the following teaching ideas: insisting on safety first, promoting students' healthy growth, paying attention to individual differences and different needs, ensuring that every student benefits and arousing students' interest. Cultivating students' lifelong awareness of volleyball, taking students' development as the center, paying attention to students' main position, happy volleyball, taking good teacher-student relationship as the basis, cultivating the consciousness of unity, cooperation and competition, attaching importance to volleyball technical action, and encouraging teaching by goal. To cultivate students' comprehensive ability, to follow the teaching principles of volleyball characteristics and teaching rules, and to evaluate students'12 volleyball teaching concepts. The volleyball teachers of Beijing physical Education University have highly recognized the above 12 volleyball teaching ideas in the course of volleyball general course, among which 99% of the students agree to take the student development as the center. We should pay attention to the implementation of the teaching idea of students' main body status, and at least 89% of the students approve the implementation of the teaching idea of effectively arousing students' interest and cultivating students' awareness of volleyball for the rest of their lives. The volleyball teachers of Beijing physical Education University actively carry out 12 volleyball teaching ideas through the eight elements of physical education, reflect the ideas in the teaching, and apply the ideas to the teaching.
