杭州市健身服務(wù)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:隨著近幾年杭州市整體經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的大幅度提高,人們在吃穿住行上的消費顯著上升,這對杭州市體育健身服務(wù)行業(yè)中的供應(yīng)與需求影響巨大。目前杭州市體育健身服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展達(dá)到了迅猛之勢,然而服務(wù)相關(guān)水平依然需要改善。運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法的不斷查證演算,通過數(shù)據(jù)從而分析杭州市體育健身服務(wù)業(yè)供應(yīng)與需求特征加以分析,推導(dǎo)出消費者在意識行為方面,消費者消費目的與習(xí)慣方面,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)投資經(jīng)營策略,資金來源方面,所有制形式等等關(guān)系的結(jié)論。同時,針對杭州市體育健身服務(wù)業(yè)供給與需求,研究它們在結(jié)構(gòu)特征上的聯(lián)系與關(guān)聯(lián),提出相對應(yīng)的建議,從而完善在供需方面的不足,為杭州市健身服務(wù)業(yè)未來的完善與進(jìn)步指引道路。本次調(diào)查研究結(jié)果如下所示:在杭州市內(nèi),內(nèi)資私營企業(yè)占據(jù)了健身服務(wù)供方市場的主導(dǎo)地位,且主要以小規(guī)模形式生存發(fā)展,分布以區(qū)域特點為主,通常采用的經(jīng)營模式為培訓(xùn)+服務(wù)二合一模式,但健身項目不夠多元,不能滿足大眾消費者日益多樣化的需求。2.杭州市健身服務(wù)業(yè)的消費現(xiàn)狀與諸多因素有關(guān)例如年齡,職業(yè),收入,愛好等,從這些方面著手調(diào)查研究日趨多元化的健身消費結(jié)構(gòu)。3.杭州市體育健身服務(wù)業(yè)需求市場的影響要素包括:不同健身項目的價格產(chǎn)品、、客觀人群經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、閑暇時間段主要分布、社會大眾健身趨勢、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、收效是否顯著、消費者文化水平。4..杭州市體育健身服務(wù)業(yè)供給市場的影響因素包括:體育健身項目收入高低、企業(yè)內(nèi)部自我管理水平、政府的政策指導(dǎo)、產(chǎn)品本身的質(zhì)量、所選場地的地理位置(周圍居民區(qū)的數(shù)量,交通水平)。5.杭州市體育健身服務(wù)業(yè)為得到更長期久遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展,要從多個方面入手,政府調(diào)控以及強(qiáng)化自身管理水平,豐富各個健身項目,完善配套設(shè)施,深入宣傳全民健身理念。
[Abstract]:With the development of Hangzhou's overall economic level in recent years, people's consumption of food, clothing, housing and transportation has increased significantly, which has a great impact on the supply and demand of Hangzhou's sports and fitness service industry. At present, Hangzhou sports fitness service industry has achieved a rapid development trend, but the service level still needs to be improved. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the supply and demand characteristics of Hangzhou's sports and fitness service industry, and deduces the consumers' conscious behavior. Consumer consumption purpose and habit, sports industry enterprise investment management strategy, capital source, ownership form and so on relations conclusion. At the same time, aiming at the supply and demand of sports and fitness service industry in Hangzhou, this paper studies their connection and relation in structure characteristics, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the shortage of supply and demand. Hangzhou fitness service industry for the future improvement and progress guide the way. The results of this investigation are as follows: in Hangzhou, domestic and private enterprises occupy a dominant position in the market of fitness service providers, and mainly exist and develop in a small scale, with regional characteristics as the main distribution. The usual mode of operation is the two-in-one mode of training service, but the fitness items are not diversified enough to meet the increasing diversified needs of the mass consumers. The consumption status of fitness service industry in Hangzhou is related to many factors, such as age, occupation, income, hobbies and so on. The influencing factors of Hangzhou sports fitness service demand market include: price products of different fitness items, economic income of objective crowd, distribution of leisure time period, trend of public fitness, service quality, and whether the effect is significant. Consumer literacy. The influencing factors of the supply market of sports fitness service industry in Hangzhou include: the income of sports and fitness items, the level of self-management within the enterprise, the policy guidance of the government, the quality of the product itself, The geographical location of the selected site (number of surrounding residential areas, traffic level) .5. In order to get more long-term development, Hangzhou sports fitness service industry should start from many aspects, the government should adjust and control and strengthen its own management level, enrich various fitness items, perfect supporting facilities, and thoroughly propagate the concept of national fitness.
