【摘要】:本研究通過(guò)“規(guī)則限制法”對(duì)體育專業(yè)院校籃球?qū)P迣W(xué)生進(jìn)行教學(xué)訓(xùn)練,旨在提高學(xué)生的傳接球能力,同時(shí),也為體育專業(yè)院校專修課堂拓展訓(xùn)練方法提供依據(jù);@球運(yùn)動(dòng)的傳接球技術(shù)與意識(shí)水平貫穿整個(gè)訓(xùn)練和比賽過(guò)程之中,隊(duì)員傳接球能力的提高,是減少失誤、增加比賽流暢性的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),傳接球的質(zhì)量直接影響著球隊(duì)的進(jìn)攻水平。因此,培養(yǎng)、發(fā)展籃球?qū)P迣W(xué)生的傳接球能力在比賽中就起到了非常重要的作用。本文運(yùn)用“規(guī)則限制法”限制運(yùn)球的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),探討分析與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)課堂訓(xùn)練方法的差異。本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、錄像觀察統(tǒng)計(jì)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法進(jìn)行研究。以“規(guī)則限制法”對(duì)培養(yǎng)體育專業(yè)院;@球?qū)P迣W(xué)生傳接球能力在訓(xùn)練中的運(yùn)用為研究對(duì)象。以山西師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院14級(jí)籃球?qū)P?班為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,專修1班為對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組運(yùn)用“規(guī)則限制法”來(lái)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組按照傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)訓(xùn)練方法進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,經(jīng)過(guò)12周的訓(xùn)練實(shí)驗(yàn),并收集實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析比較,得出本研究的結(jié)果。從本實(shí)驗(yàn)得出的結(jié)論為:(1)“規(guī)則限制法”限制運(yùn)球訓(xùn)練,讓學(xué)生在比賽中突顯出的傳接球技術(shù)和方式更為有效,對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在訓(xùn)練和比賽中的無(wú)球移動(dòng)以及閱讀比賽的能力有促進(jìn)作用;通過(guò)訓(xùn)練,提升了學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能和運(yùn)動(dòng)認(rèn)知,提高了學(xué)生應(yīng)變能力、比賽節(jié)奏控制能力以及捕捉進(jìn)攻機(jī)會(huì)的能力。(2)運(yùn)用“規(guī)則限制法”訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生在失誤控制方面有一定程度的提升。由此說(shuō)明“規(guī)則限制法”訓(xùn)練有效降低了學(xué)生的狀態(tài)焦慮水平,提高了學(xué)生的觀察、分析判斷的能力,使學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)調(diào)節(jié)、控制自己的心理狀態(tài)。(3)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn),證明“規(guī)則限制法”訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)化了學(xué)生戰(zhàn)術(shù)、時(shí)間、規(guī)則的意識(shí),熏陶戰(zhàn)術(shù)素養(yǎng),對(duì)提高球員意識(shí)水平、技戰(zhàn)術(shù)執(zhí)行能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)等方面都有十分明顯的效果。(4)研究結(jié)果表明,“規(guī)則限制法”訓(xùn)練是一種既簡(jiǎn)單又實(shí)用的訓(xùn)練方法,并且對(duì)學(xué)生專項(xiàng)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)能力的訓(xùn)練有著良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to improve the students' ability of passing and catching the ball, and also to provide the basis for the method of expanding the training in the specialized courses of physical education colleges through the method of "Rule restriction method" for basketball majors in physical education colleges and universities in order to improve the students' ability of passing and catching the ball. The skill and consciousness of passing and catching in basketball runs through the whole training and competition process. The improvement of players' ability of passing and catching is an important link to reduce mistakes and increase the fluency of the game. The quality of passing and catching directly affects the attacking level of the team. Therefore, the cultivation and development of basketball students' ability to pass and catch plays a very important role in the game. In this paper, the method of limiting dribbling is used to analyze the differences between traditional teaching and training methods. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature, interview, experiment, video observation and statistics, mathematical statistics and so on. This paper focuses on the application of "Rule restriction method" to the training of basketball majors in physical education colleges. Class 2 of Basketball Specialty Class 14 in P.E. College of Shanxi normal University was taken as experimental object and class 1 as control group. The experimental group used the "rule restriction method" to train, the control group was trained according to the traditional teaching training method, after 12 weeks of training experiment, and collected experimental data, through the analysis and comparison of the data, the results of this study were obtained. The conclusion from this experiment is that the "rule restriction method" restricts dribbling training, which makes the passing and catching techniques and methods highlighted by students in the match more effective. It can promote students' ability to move without ball in training and competition and to read competitions. Through training, it can improve students' motor skills and cognition, and improve students' ability to adapt to the situation. The ability of rhythmic control and the ability to capture attack opportunities. 2) using the "rule limitation method" training, students have a certain degree of improvement in error control. It shows that the training of "rule restriction method" can effectively reduce the level of state anxiety of students, improve students' ability of observation, analysis and judgment, make students learn to adjust and control their psychological state. It is proved that the training of "rule limitation method" strengthens the students' awareness of tactics, time, rules, nurtures tactical literacy, and improves the level of players' awareness. The results show that the "rule restriction method" is a simple and practical training method. And it has a good effect on the training of students'special technical and tactical ability.
