新鄉(xiāng)市普通高校體育教師課程價值取向差異、成因及其對策研究

【摘要】:綜觀國內外教師課程價值取向的研究,大多數是從全部的教師出發(fā),這樣的研究結果具有普適性,但是并不能很好的反映出單個學科教師的特色,本研究立足于體育教師課程價值取向進行研究,對新鄉(xiāng)市高校體育教師發(fā)展的整體態(tài)勢,新鄉(xiāng)市高校體育教師課程價值取向的現(xiàn)狀以及形成歸因進行分析研究。教師作為學校課程的實施者在課程實施中占據主導地位,其價值取向尤為重要,體育是學校教育的重要組成部分,體育教師的課程價值取向對學生日后的成功成才具有重要作用,研究體育教師發(fā)展的整體態(tài)勢,對體育教師課程價值取向的差異、成因以及對策進行研究有利于體育教師課程價值取向的優(yōu)化。本研究以新鄉(xiāng)市普通高校體育教師課程價值取向為研究對象,以新鄉(xiāng)市9所普通高校的體育教師為調研對象,運用文獻資料法、問卷調查、邏輯分析、數理統(tǒng)計、訪談法等研究方法為基本手段對新鄉(xiāng)市的9所高校的體育教師調查研究以客觀理論數據為支撐進行客觀分析研究,對新鄉(xiāng)市普通高校的體育教師課程價值取向的整體概況,不同背景的體育教師課程價值取向的差異、成因以及對策進行研究。通過研究得出四個結果新鄉(xiāng)市普通高校體育教師課程價值取向整體實施的優(yōu)先選擇順序為教授效率取向,運動人本取向,運動過程取向,競技價值取向,生態(tài)整合取向,社會重構取向。新鄉(xiāng)市普通高校體育教師不同性別、年齡、職稱、教齡、學歷、職務的體育教師在這六種價值取向中的認可程度存在差別,但不存在排斥現(xiàn)象。新鄉(xiāng)市普通高校體育教師的課程價值取向的形成歸因可以總結為老師、學生、制度、教材四個個層面。教師課程價值取向優(yōu)化的對策主要是教師個體的核心價值觀和哲學思維不斷進步、加強體育教師教學培訓與創(chuàng)新職稱評審機制、重視學生個體性、優(yōu)化教材內容與結構。
[Abstract]:Looking at the research of teachers' curriculum value orientation at home and abroad, most of them are based on all teachers. The research results are universal, but they can not reflect the characteristics of individual subject teachers. This study is based on the study of PE teachers' curriculum value orientation, and analyzes the overall situation of the development of college PE teachers in Xinxiang city, the present situation of the curriculum value orientation of college PE teachers in Xinxiang city and the attribution of the formation of the curriculum value orientation. Teachers, as implementers of school curriculum, play a leading role in curriculum implementation, and their value orientation is particularly important. Physical education is an important part of school education. The curriculum value orientation of PE teachers plays an important role in the success of students in the future. This paper studies the overall situation of PE teachers' development and the differences of PE teachers' curriculum value orientations. The research of causes and countermeasures is beneficial to the optimization of PE teachers' curriculum value orientation. This study takes the curriculum value orientation of physical education teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinxiang as the research object, and takes the physical education teachers of 9 colleges and universities in Xinxiang as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics. The investigation and research of physical education teachers in nine colleges and universities in Xinxiang is carried out with the objective theoretical data as the support, and the general situation of the curriculum value orientation of physical education teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Xinxiang. The differences, causes and countermeasures of curriculum value orientation of PE teachers from different backgrounds are studied. Through the research, it is concluded that the priority of the overall implementation of the curriculum value orientation of physical education teachers in Xinxiang is the orientation of teaching efficiency, the orientation of sports humanism, the orientation of sports process, the orientation of competitive value and the orientation of ecological integration. The orientation of social reconstruction. There are differences in the degree of recognition of PE teachers in these six value orientations among different gender, age, professional title, teaching age, educational background and post, but there is no exclusion phenomenon in the six value orientations of PE teachers in Xinxiang city. The formation and attribution of curriculum value orientation of PE teachers in colleges and universities in Xinxiang City can be summarized into four levels: teacher, student, system and teaching material. The countermeasures to optimize the value orientation of teachers' curriculum are the continuous progress of the teachers' core values and philosophical thinking, the strengthening of the mechanism of physical education teachers' teaching and training and the evaluation mechanism of innovative titles, the emphasis on students' individuality, and the optimization of the content and structure of teaching materials.
