輕器械體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練對(duì)盲童平衡能力及心境狀態(tài)影響的研究

【摘要】:目的:盲童作為社會(huì)的弱勢(shì)群體,在成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中視力的缺陷嚴(yán)重影響其身心健康。適度的情緒表達(dá)與控制是心理健康的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,盲童因無(wú)法控制自己的情緒導(dǎo)致其不能像普通兒童一樣快樂(lè)的成長(zhǎng)。平衡能力是人體重要的生理機(jī)能,是維持人體姿勢(shì)的能力,特別是在較小的支撐面上,控制身體重心的能力。大量研究表明盲童平衡能力低于正常人。因此本文運(yùn)用體育舞蹈的干預(yù)方式,從盲童適應(yīng)社會(huì)的需要出發(fā),在咨詢(xún)專(zhuān)家后,設(shè)計(jì)出一套適合盲童的訓(xùn)練方法,并嚴(yán)格按照此方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)兩組盲童平衡能力及心境狀況分析、比較,來(lái)證實(shí)體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練對(duì)盲童平衡能力及心境狀態(tài)的影響,并且總結(jié)出一套適合盲童學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈的方法。從而填補(bǔ)盲人學(xué)習(xí)體育舞蹈的空白,豐富盲人體育教育項(xiàng)目。方法:本文采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法,對(duì)廣州市盲人學(xué)校的22名盲童進(jìn)行測(cè)試,獲得其平衡能力及心境狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)。研究結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)后閉眼單腳站立指標(biāo)實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組具有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),說(shuō)明輕器械體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練可以明顯的提高盲童的靜態(tài)平衡能力。雖然與對(duì)照組相比動(dòng)態(tài)平衡能力并未有顯著性差異,但均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,并且經(jīng)過(guò)訓(xùn)練后盲童的心境狀態(tài)總體得到改善。從而得出結(jié)論:參加輕器械體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練的盲童增加了腿部的力量、穩(wěn)定性、協(xié)調(diào)性,使盲童能夠有效的控制自己身體。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)查,輕器械體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練對(duì)盲童靜態(tài)平衡能力的積極影響更加顯著,在促進(jìn)盲童靜態(tài)平衡能力的基礎(chǔ)上促進(jìn)動(dòng)態(tài)平衡能力的提高。經(jīng)過(guò)輕器械體育舞蹈的練習(xí),增加了盲童體育學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,有利于培養(yǎng)盲童體育鍛煉的習(xí)慣、使盲童心境狀態(tài)有所改善,有利于其身心健康發(fā)展,有助于提高盲童適應(yīng)社會(huì)的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: blind children as a vulnerable group in the process of growth of visual impairment seriously affect their physical and mental health. Moderate emotional expression and control is one of the standards of mental health. Blind children can not grow up as happy as ordinary children because of their inability to control their emotions. Balance ability is an important physiological function of human body, it is the ability to maintain human posture, especially the ability to control the body center of gravity on a small supporting surface. A large number of studies have shown that the balance ability of blind children is lower than that of normal people. Therefore, this article uses the sports dance intervention method, from blind children to adapt to the needs of society, after consulting experts, designed a set of training methods suitable for blind children, and strictly according to this method to carry out experiments. The balance ability and state of mind of two groups of blind children before and after the experiment were analyzed and compared to verify the influence of sports dance training on the balance ability and state of mind of blind children and to summarize a set of methods suitable for blind children to learn sports dance. In order to fill the blank of blind people to learn sports dance, enrich the blind physical education projects. Methods: 22 blind children in Guangzhou School for the Blind were tested by mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and their balance ability and state of mind data were obtained. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the index of standing on one foot with closed eyes after the experiment, which indicated that the sports dance training of light equipment could obviously improve the static balance ability of blind children. Although there was no significant difference in dynamic balance ability compared with the control group, it was better than the control group, and the mental state of the blind children was improved after training. The conclusion is that the blind children who take part in the sports dance training increase the strength, stability and coordination of the legs, so that the blind children can effectively control their bodies. Through the experimental investigation, the sports dance training of light equipment has more significant influence on the static balance ability of blind children, and on the basis of promoting the static balance ability of blind children, it can promote the improvement of dynamic balance ability. Through the exercise of light instrument sports dance, the interest of blind children in physical education is increased, the habit of physical exercise of blind children is cultivated, the state of mind of blind children is improved, and the physical and mental health of blind children is improved. It helps to improve the ability of blind children to adapt to society.
