對我國優(yōu)秀女子鏈球運動員投擲技術(shù)的運動學分析

【摘要】:選定我國優(yōu)秀女子鏈球運動員王崢、張文秀為研究對象。使用2臺JVC GC-PX10AC高速攝像機,對王崢和張文秀在比賽時的鏈球投擲技術(shù)動作進行拍攝,其中1號機位于投擲圈正后方5米處,2號機位于投擲圈右后方5米處,機高約1.2米,拍攝頻率為50幀/秒,攝像機的主光軸夾角約為90°.對鏈球的預(yù)擺到出手的全程動作過程進行拍攝。采用北京森淼鑫公司開發(fā)研制的星高鈦3D Signal TEC V3.2HDC解析系統(tǒng)對拍攝的錄像進行解析,解析時采用逐幅解析,得到投擲技術(shù)動作的相關(guān)運動學參數(shù),然后對這些運動學參數(shù)進行分析。其主要的分析結(jié)果如下:(一)我國運動員在預(yù)擺階段的用時與庫岑科娃相比更長,這將會導(dǎo)致鏈球的預(yù)擺速度過慢,進而導(dǎo)致本應(yīng)該在預(yù)擺階段為鏈球加速的任務(wù),不得不延遲到下一階段來完成,這樣就增加了旋轉(zhuǎn)階段的壓力。(二)在旋轉(zhuǎn)的第一圈、第二圈右腳著地時刻,王崢和張文秀的肩髖角度均大于300,表明軀干扭轉(zhuǎn)的較好,有利于右腳提前進入雙支撐和延長雙支撐的時間;然而,隨著旋轉(zhuǎn)圈數(shù)的增加,在第三、四圈右腳著地時刻,肩髖角逐漸減小。使右腳過晚的著地,增加了單腳支撐的時間,不利于鏈球的加速。經(jīng)過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),造成在后兩圈肩髖角變小的原因可能是,在鏈球旋轉(zhuǎn)速度達到一定程度時,運動員必須靠軀干后傾來維持身體平衡,以減小速度為代價以維持身體的動態(tài)平衡。(三)我國運動員的出手高度與庫岑科娃相比沒有明顯的差距,但是在鏈球出手速度和出手角度方面,我國運動員與世界優(yōu)秀運動員庫岑科娃均有一定差距,而這也正是造成我國運動員鏈球成績不如外國運動員的重要原因。因此,希望我國運動員在鏈球投擲的完整技術(shù)動作中,更加重視最后用力階段鏈球的出手速度。通過對我國優(yōu)秀女子鏈球運動員王崢、張文秀技術(shù)動作的重要運動學參數(shù)進行分析,得到她們擲鏈球技術(shù)動作的運動學特征,這對于提高王崢、張文秀鏈球技術(shù)水平具有重要的實踐意義,同時也豐富了投擲鏈球動作技術(shù)的理論。
[Abstract]:Wang Zheng, Zhang Wenxiu, an excellent Chinese female sprocket player, was chosen as the research object. Using two JVC GC-PX10AC high-speed cameras, Wang Zheng and Zhang Wenxiu were photographed during the match. Among them, plane 1 was located at 5 meters behind the throwing circle, and plane 2 was located at the right rear of the throwing ring at 5 meters, and the plane was about 1.2 meters high. The shooting frequency is 50 frames / s and the angle of the main optical axis of the camera is about 90 擄. Shoot the whole action process from the pre-swing of the chain ball to the shot. The video was analyzed by using the satellite high titanium 3D signal TEC V3.2HDC analytical system developed by Beijing Senmiao Xin Company. Then these kinematics parameters are analyzed. The main results of this analysis are as follows: (1) the time spent by Chinese athletes in the pre-swing phase is longer than that of Kuzhenkova, which will lead to the slow pre-pendulum speed of the chain ball, which will lead to the task that should have been accelerated for the chain ball in the pre-pendulum stage. It has to be delayed to the next stage, which increases the pressure on the rotation phase. (2) both Wang Zheng and Zhang Wenxiu had shoulder and hip angles greater than 300 at the first lap and the second right foot landing, indicating that torsion of the trunk was better, which was conducive to the advance entry of the right foot into the double support and the prolongation of the double bracing time; however, As the number of circles increases, the shoulder-hip angle decreases gradually at the third and fourth circles when the right foot lands. The right foot too late to the ground, increased the time of one-foot support, is not conducive to the acceleration of the ball. After analysis, it is found that the reason for the decrease of shoulder and hip angle in the last two circles may be that when the speed of the chain ball rotates to a certain extent, the athlete must lean back to maintain the balance of the body and maintain the dynamic balance at the cost of reducing the speed. (3) there is no obvious difference between the height of Chinese athletes and Kuzhenkova, but there is a certain gap between the Chinese athletes and the world elite athletes Kuzhenkova in terms of the speed and angle of the chain shots. This is also the important reason that our country athlete chain ball achievement is inferior to the foreign athlete. Therefore, it is hoped that Chinese athletes will pay more attention to the speed of the final exertion in the complete technical action of the throwing of the chain ball. Through the analysis of the important kinematics parameters of the technical movements of Wang Zheng and Zhang Wenxiu, Chinese excellent female sprocket athletes, the kinematics characteristics of the technical movements of throwing the sprocket are obtained, which can improve Wang Zheng. Zhang Wenxiu's technical level of chain ball has important practical significance and enriches the theory of throwing sprocket action technique.
