2~6年室內(nèi)游泳訓練對兒童骨量影響的研究

【摘要】:目的青春期是骨質(zhì)疏松初級預防的重要時期;游泳作為一種非負重運動方式,對改善青少年骨量方面的作用有待證實。研究通過對2~6年室內(nèi)游泳訓練兒童骨量的研究,探討長期室內(nèi)游泳訓練對骨量的影響。方法研究運用定量超聲骨強度儀對招募的20名長期系統(tǒng)室內(nèi)游泳訓練(平均訓練年限4.3±1.7年)的兒童(游泳組)和20名無訓練史的普通兒童(普通組),進行骨強度測試。結(jié)果游泳組身高高于普通組(145.5±11.3,142.3±15.1;P0.05)、體重低于普通組(36.1±9.1,39.25±17.0;P0.05)、BMI低于普通組(16.8±2.3,18.8±4.7;P0.05)。游泳組SOS值(3738±92m/s)顯著低于普通組(3824±52 m/s),經(jīng)T檢驗兩組間存在顯著性差異P0.05。游泳組骨量百分位數(shù)(游泳組61.55%±25.07%、普通組84.25%±12.30%;P0.05)和Z-值(游泳組0.33±0.80、普通組1.14±0.54;P0.05)均顯著低于普通組。對Z-值的具體分析發(fā)現(xiàn),游泳組有6人(33.3%)骨量低于平均基線水平,普通組骨量均高于平均基線水平。相關(guān)分析顯示,游泳組SOS值與身高(r=0.628,P0.05)和體重(r=0.551,P0.05)存在中度相關(guān),與其它指標無顯著相關(guān);普通組SOS值與其它指標無顯著相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論長期的系統(tǒng)游泳訓練可有助于青少年獲得更理想的身體質(zhì)量。長期室內(nèi)游泳訓練將引起青少年骨量減少;長期室內(nèi)游泳訓練產(chǎn)生的骨量減少,會對身高和體重的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective adolescence is an important period for the primary prevention of osteoporosis, and the role of swimming as a non-weight-bearing exercise in improving the bone mass of adolescents needs to be proved. The effect of long-term indoor swimming training on bone mass of children in indoor swimming training from 2 to 6 years was studied. Methods the bone strength of 20 children (swimming group) and 20 normal children (normal group) who were recruited for long-term systematic indoor swimming training (average training time 4.3 鹵1.7 years) and without training history (normal group) were studied. Results the height of swimming group was 145.5 鹵11.3142.3 鹵15.1P0.05, and the body weight of swimming group was lower than that of normal group (36.1 鹵9.1 鹵39.25 鹵17.0) P0.05A BMI was lower than that of normal group (16.8 鹵2.3142.3 鹵4.7p 0.05). The SOS value of swimming group (3738 鹵92 m / s) was significantly lower than that of normal group (3824 鹵52 m / s). There was a significant difference between the two groups by T test (P 0.05). The bone mass percentile (61.55% 鹵25.07 in swimming group, 84.25% 鹵12.30% in common group) and Z- value (0.33 鹵0.80 in swimming group and 1.14 鹵0.54 in normal group) were significantly lower than those in normal group. The specific analysis of Z- value showed that the bone mass of swimming group was lower than the average baseline level, and that of the common group was higher than the average baseline level. Correlation analysis showed that the SOS value in swimming group was moderately correlated with height and weight, but not with other indexes, but there was no significant correlation between SOS value and other indexes in normal group. Conclusion long-term systematic swimming training can help adolescents to obtain better body mass. Long-term indoor swimming training will lead to the reduction of bone mass of teenagers, and the reduction of bone mass produced by long-term indoor swimming training will have an impact on the development of height and weight.
