普通高校羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生正手擊高遠(yuǎn)球技術(shù)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)研究

【摘要】:正手擊高遠(yuǎn)球是羽毛球運(yùn)動(dòng)中最為常見的擊球方式,也是學(xué)好羽毛球各項(xiàng)技術(shù)的動(dòng)作基礎(chǔ),所以對(duì)高遠(yuǎn)球動(dòng)作進(jìn)行研究在羽毛球各項(xiàng)技術(shù)中最具代表性。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量等方法對(duì)普通高校羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生正手擊高遠(yuǎn)球技術(shù)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)研究。在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中,以隨機(jī)抽取的5名牡丹江師范學(xué)院羽毛球?qū)_x學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用兩臺(tái)Quintic高速攝像頭,對(duì)學(xué)生整套正手擊高遠(yuǎn)球動(dòng)作進(jìn)行拍攝,并用美國艾里爾分析系統(tǒng)(APAS)對(duì)兩臺(tái)攝像機(jī)拍攝的實(shí)驗(yàn)視頻進(jìn)行三維同步數(shù)字化解析,得到研究所需的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)。運(yùn)用運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)相關(guān)的理論知識(shí),分析實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象在移動(dòng)、引拍、擊球、隨揮、回位階段身體各關(guān)節(jié)及各運(yùn)動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù),通過擊球技術(shù)分析找出擊球過程中存在的問題,并將所得的部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)與大學(xué)生羽毛球?qū)I(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行比較,認(rèn)清兩者間的實(shí)際差距,明確專選學(xué)生的技術(shù)提升空間和改進(jìn)方向,從而為羽毛球?qū)_x課的教學(xué)與科學(xué)訓(xùn)練提供參考。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:1.移動(dòng)階段初期的準(zhǔn)備姿勢(shì)符合人體運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)特征,便于發(fā)力、轉(zhuǎn)體及移動(dòng)。在移動(dòng)過程中,移動(dòng)速度偏慢,重心高度起伏幅度較大,重心控制不夠穩(wěn)定,不利于身體移動(dòng)。2.回環(huán)引拍的方式便于身體勢(shì)能的積蓄,引拍結(jié)束姿態(tài)符合“超越器械”原理,但整個(gè)引拍過程,軀干扭轉(zhuǎn)幅度較小,持拍臂肩關(guān)節(jié)角度偏小,小臂外旋不足,引拍不夠充分。3.整個(gè)擊球動(dòng)作符合“鞭打”原理,腰腹力量得到較好利用,擊球時(shí)持拍臂未完全伸直,沒有達(dá)到最高的擊球高度。4.回位階段,采用向前跑動(dòng)的回動(dòng)方式,平均用時(shí)1.216s,所用時(shí)間稍長,回位速度偏慢。5.專選學(xué)生與大學(xué)生專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員相比,在移動(dòng)速度、引拍幅度、擊球速度等主要方面都存在較大差距,專選學(xué)生技術(shù)提升還有較大空間。
[Abstract]:Forehand hitting high distance ball is the most common batting method in badminton, and it is also the basis of learning badminton techniques. Therefore, the study of high distance ball is the most representative of badminton techniques. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview and kinematics experiment were used to study the kinematics of forehand hitting high distance ball of badminton students in colleges and universities. In the course of the experiment, five randomly selected badminton students from Mudanjiang normal University were selected as the research objects, and two Quintic high-speed cameras were used to shoot the whole set of forehand hitting high distance ball movements of the students. Three dimensional synchronous digital analysis of experimental video taken by two cameras was carried out by using American Ariel Analysis system (APASS), and the kinematics data needed for the research were obtained. Based on the theory of kinematics, this paper analyzes the kinematics parameters of every joint and every part of the body in the moving, pounding, batting, swinging and returning stages, and finds out the problems existing in the course of batting through the analysis of batting technique. And compare some of the data with the college badminton professional athletes, recognize the actual gap between the two, and make clear the technical improvement space and improvement direction of the selected students. Thus provides the reference for the badminton specialized course teaching and the scientific training. The result of the experiment shows that 1: 1. The preparatory posture in the early stage of movement conforms to the kinematics characteristics of human body and is convenient to force, turn and move. In the process of movement, the moving speed is slow, the height of gravity center fluctuates greatly, and the control of center of gravity is not stable, which is not good for the body to move. 2. It is convenient to save the potential energy of the body by the way of retractive racket, and the end posture of the racquet conforms to the principle of "transcending instrument", but the torso amplitude of torso is small, the angle of shoulder joint of the holding arm is small, the angle of shoulder joint of the clapping arm is small, the external rotation of the forearm is insufficient, and the racquet is not enough. 3. The whole stroke is in line with the principle of "whipping", the waist and abdomen strength is well utilized, the racquet arm is not fully straightened when hitting the ball, and it does not reach the highest hitting height. 4. In the return stage, the average running time is 1.216s, the time is a little longer, and the speed of return is slow .5. Compared with the professional athletes of college students, there is a big gap in the main aspects such as moving speed, stroke range, stroke speed and so on, and there is still much room for the technical improvement of the special selection students.
