肥胖少兒啞鈴操的創(chuàng)編及其運動負荷的生理生化評定

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究針對肥胖兒童創(chuàng)編了一套肥胖少兒啞鈴操,并通過實驗測得其運動負荷并驗證其減肥效果,目的是為肥胖兒童制定一個合理的鍛煉方式,塑造其體形并充實其校園生活。研究方法:本研究采用文獻資料法、實驗法、問卷調查法和數理統(tǒng)計法,本著趣味性、針對性、運動適宜等原則,依據兒童少年的身心發(fā)展特點進行創(chuàng)編。在珠海市香洲區(qū)第七實驗小學招募10名單純性肥胖少兒10~11歲(4~5年級),5男5女,實驗時間是2016年4月~5月。實驗包括兩部分:運動負荷測試和訓練效果實驗。其中運動負荷包括運動強度和運動量,本實驗選取心率(HR)、主觀疲勞感(RPE)、血乳酸(BLA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、尿蛋白(PRO)作為監(jiān)控運動強度的指標,用血尿素(BU)、尿膽原(URO)作為監(jiān)控運動量的指標(其中HR和RPE是生理指標)。其次是訓練效果實驗:4周訓練,測試的指標有身高、體重和體脂。研究結果:(1)學生調查問卷顯示喜歡這套啞鈴操的學生超過80.00%,70.00%的學生覺得難易適中,感覺不太累和一般的學生占75.00%,97.50%的學生愿意接受啞鈴操的學習90.00%的學生覺得自己掌握的情況好,85.00%的學生覺得這套啞鈴操安全。(2)教師調查問卷顯示,75.00%的教師認為這套操音樂速度適中適合編排啞鈴操且編排合理,超過65.00%的教師認為動作內容具有多樣性,音樂與動作協(xié)調統(tǒng)一,具有趣味性和安全性,85.00%的教師認為運動強度合適。(3)運動負荷測試測得這套啞鈴操的平均心率為134±9.73b/min,心率區(qū)間為120~160b/min;運動后測得RPE的平均值為12.10±1.65;三次測試血乳酸的均值呈上升趨勢;肌酸激酶呈上升趨勢;運動后70%的受試者尿蛋白(PRO)呈陰性,尿膽原(URO)無明顯變化;血尿素三次測試的均值呈上升趨勢。(4)訓練效果試驗:4周訓練前后受試者BMI有明顯下降趨勢(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計學意義;體脂率有下降趨勢(P0.05),但無統(tǒng)計學意義。研究結論:(1)這套少兒啞鈴操音樂節(jié)奏動感清晰,動作內容豐富、難度適中,運動強度合適,編排富有創(chuàng)新性和趣味性受到教師們的一致肯定和小學生們的喜愛,受試者學習積極性高,掌握情況良好。(2)從心率和血乳酸數據分析可以看出這套少兒啞鈴操屬于中等強度的有氧運動,分析RPE、血乳酸、尿蛋白、CK可以得出這套少兒啞鈴操屬于中低等強度的運動,分析血尿素、尿膽原、CK和尿蛋白數據可以得出少兒啞鈴操運動量適中。(3)這套啞鈴操有一定的減肥效果,其中受試者的體重和BMI下降,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);體脂也呈下降趨勢,但無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study designed a set of obese children's dumbbell exercises for obese children, measured their exercise load and verified their weight loss effects through experiments, in order to establish a reasonable exercise mode for obese children. Shape it and enrich its campus life. Methods: this study adopts the methods of literature, experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, based on the principles of interest, pertinence and fitness, according to the characteristics of children and adolescents' physical and mental development. Ten children with simple obesity were recruited from the 7th Experimental Primary School of Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City. The experimental time was from April to May 2016. The experiment consists of two parts: exercise load test and training effect experiment. The exercise load included exercise intensity and exercise volume. In this experiment, heart rate (HRV), subjective fatigue (RPE), blood lactic acid (lactic acid) BLAA, creatine kinase (CK), urinary protein (PROP) were selected as indicators to monitor exercise intensity. Blood urea bun and uro were used as indicators to monitor exercise volume (HR and RPE were physiological indexes). The second is the training effect experiment: 4 weeks training. The indexes are height, weight and body fat. Research results: 1) A student questionnaire shows that more than 80. 00% of students who like this set of dumbbell exercises find it easy to moderate. Students who feel not too tired and average students account for 75.00% of students are willing to learn dumbbell exercises 90.00% of students feel that they have a good grasp of the situation 85.00% of students think the dumbbell exercises are safe. 2) the teacher questionnaire shows that 75.00% of teachers think this set of exercises is safe. Moderate music speed is suitable for arranging dumbbell exercises and arranging them reasonably. More than 65.00% of teachers think that the content of action is diverse, and the music and movement are coordinated and unified. 85.00% of the teachers thought that the exercise intensity was suitable. 3) the average heart rate of the dumbbell exercise was 134 鹵9.73 b / min and the heart rate interval was 120 ~ 160 b / min, the mean value of RPE after exercise was 12.10 鹵1.65. Creatine kinase showed an upward trend, 70% of the subjects showed negative proteinuria after exercise, but there was no obvious change in uro. The mean value of blood urea trimester showed an increasing trend.) the BMI of subjects before and after 4 weeks training showed a significant decrease trend (P 0.05), and the body fat rate had a decreasing trend (P 0.05), but no statistical significance. Conclusion: (1) this set of children's dumbbell exercises has a clear rhythm, rich content, moderate difficulty, appropriate intensity of movement, and the creative and interesting arrangement has been unanimously affirmed by teachers and loved by pupils. From the analysis of heart rate and blood lactic acid data, we can see that this set of children dumbbell exercise belongs to moderate intensity aerobic exercise, analysis of RPE, blood lactic acid, This set of children's dumbbell exercises can be obtained by analyzing blood urea, urine gallstone CK and urine protein data. It can be concluded that the children's dumbbell exercises have moderate exercise amount. 3) this set of dumbbell exercises has certain weight loss effect. The body weight and BMI of the subjects decreased with statistical significance (P 0.05), and the body fat also showed a decreasing trend, but there was no significant difference in body fat (P 0.05).
