【摘要】：戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國萌生較晚,隨著改革開放以及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的好轉(zhuǎn),人們普遍渴望親近大自然,體驗(yàn)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的愉悅感。張家界因其獨(dú)具特色的自然資源,使得戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)有了發(fā)展的根基與保障。2014-2016年始全國各省市紛紛出臺(tái)了地區(qū)性戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)加快發(fā)展和指導(dǎo)性方案,為戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)帶來優(yōu)越的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境和空間。探尋張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)的創(chuàng)新路徑為實(shí)然之舉。本文以張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)為研究對(duì)象,通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法等以張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)為著力點(diǎn),深入了解本地區(qū)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)開展的基本情況,歸結(jié)影響張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)的各種因素,以此結(jié)合實(shí)際情況探究張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)的創(chuàng)新路徑,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然的和諧相處,進(jìn)而走向資源共享、生態(tài)文明協(xié)同發(fā)展的道路。具體研究的結(jié)論如下:第一,張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)多樣化。張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源優(yōu)勢(shì)主要表現(xiàn)在生態(tài)環(huán)境資源、民族文化資源、旅游環(huán)境資源等方面,具備了開發(fā)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源的客體優(yōu)勢(shì)。張家界是一個(gè)多民族聚居區(qū),豐富多彩的傳統(tǒng)文化和傳統(tǒng)民族體育項(xiàng)目是開展體戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的載體,推動(dòng)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)與人文精神的整合,增強(qiáng)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的趣味性和吸引力。第二,基于檳榔谷戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。在個(gè)體認(rèn)知方面,涵蓋了個(gè)體的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能、興趣愛好、運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣等方面。在管理機(jī)制上實(shí)現(xiàn)賽事運(yùn)作的市場(chǎng)化,科學(xué)合理分配資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)資源共享,以及效益最大化。在市場(chǎng)拓展方面,戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)賽事運(yùn)作離不開多媒體的宣傳和推動(dòng),開發(fā)云服務(wù)管理模式以及賽事網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)。推促有形和無形賽事市場(chǎng)資源的拓展和品質(zhì)的提升。第三,基于檳榔谷戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)的啟示。健康中國引領(lǐng)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展,“健康中國”背景下戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)迎來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,這也契合了全民健身發(fā)展的需要。突出地區(qū)資源特色,合理開發(fā)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)環(huán)境資源,民族文化資源的互融與合理配置。第四,張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)路徑的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。對(duì)張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)地考察及案例因素研究,探尋新時(shí)期張家界市戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源開發(fā)、創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展的路徑,主要表現(xiàn)在:加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享;推動(dòng)資源合理利用,保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境、堅(jiān)持綠色發(fā)展;發(fā)揮資源優(yōu)勢(shì),提升安全保障,打造品牌形象;打造戶外精品賽事,促進(jìn)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)旅游發(fā)展;培養(yǎng)專業(yè)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)人才以及社會(huì)資本引進(jìn),促進(jìn)張家界地區(qū)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源的生態(tài)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Outdoor sports started late in our country. With the reform and opening up and the improvement of domestic economic situation, people generally longed to get close to nature and experience the pleasure of outdoor sports. Because of its unique natural resources, Zhangjiajie has the foundation and guarantee for the development of outdoor sports. Since 2014-2016, provinces and cities across the country have introduced regional outdoor sports industry development and guidance programs one after another. For outdoor sports to bring superior market economy development environment and space. To explore the innovative path of Zhangjiajie outdoor sports resources development is a real move. This paper takes the development of outdoor sports resources in Zhangjiajie as the research object, through using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and so on, taking the development of outdoor sports resources in Zhangjiajie as the focus. Deeply understand the basic situation of outdoor sports development in this area, sum up the various factors that affect the development of outdoor sports resources in Zhangjiajie City, and explore the innovative path of the development of outdoor sports resources in Zhangjiajie City by combining the actual situation. In order to achieve the harmony between man and nature, and then to share resources, ecological civilization coordinated development. The specific conclusions are as follows: first, Zhangjiajie outdoor sports resources development content presents diversification. The advantages of outdoor sports resources in Zhangjiajie City are mainly manifested in the aspects of ecological environment resources, national cultural resources, tourism environment resources and so on, which possess the object advantage of developing outdoor sports resources. Zhangjiajie is a multi-ethnic area. The rich and colorful traditional culture and traditional national sports are the carriers to carry out outdoor sports, promote the integration of outdoor sports and humanistic spirit, and enhance the interest and attraction of outdoor sports. Second, based on the development of outdoor sports resources in Betelnut Valley experience. In the aspect of individual cognition, it covers individual motor skills, hobbies, sports habits and so on. In the management mechanism, the marketization of the event operation, the scientific and reasonable allocation of resources, the sharing of market resources, and the maximization of benefits are realized. In the aspect of market expansion, outdoor sports events can not operate without the promotion and promotion of multimedia, the development of cloud service management model and the construction of competition network platform. Promote tangible and intangible events market resources and quality development. Third, based on areca Valley outdoor sports resources development enlightenment. Healthy China leads the development of outdoor sports. Under the background of "healthy China", outdoor sports ushered in a new development opportunity, which also meets the needs of the development of national fitness. Fourth, Zhangjiajie city outdoor sports resources development path innovation and development.
