第31屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)蹦床比賽中外優(yōu)秀男子運(yùn)動(dòng)員動(dòng)作難度與編排對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)蹦床男子個(gè)人項(xiàng)目的競(jìng)技水平在國(guó)際上處于領(lǐng)先的地位,但是,國(guó)外選手的競(jìng)技水平也在不斷上升,中國(guó)想要繼續(xù)保持并擴(kuò)大我們?cè)诒拇岔?xiàng)目上的優(yōu)勢(shì),就必須知己知彼并不斷創(chuàng)新。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和對(duì)比分析等方法,對(duì)第31屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)蹦床比賽中外優(yōu)秀男子運(yùn)動(dòng)員在比賽時(shí)成套動(dòng)作的難度選擇及編排方面進(jìn)行了比較研究,為提高我國(guó)男子蹦床運(yùn)動(dòng)員的競(jìng)技水平提供理論參考。研究結(jié)果表明:1.預(yù)賽規(guī)定成套動(dòng)作難度與編排:規(guī)定成套中只計(jì)算兩個(gè)動(dòng)作難度,其他八個(gè)動(dòng)作均以單周為主,成套難度值范圍在3.1-3.5分之間,我國(guó)高磊和董棟分別為3.4和3.3分,在難度分上低于俄羅斯Andrey YUDIN和日本Masaki ITO的3.5分,但是我國(guó)高磊以較高的完成分和高度分位于第一名。預(yù)賽規(guī)定成套編排結(jié)果表明,除了俄羅斯的兩名運(yùn)動(dòng)員在預(yù)賽規(guī)定動(dòng)作第一個(gè)計(jì)算難度的動(dòng)作編排中選擇在前兩個(gè)動(dòng)作完成,第二個(gè)計(jì)算難度的動(dòng)作選擇在最后一個(gè)動(dòng)作完成外,我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員與其他國(guó)家運(yùn)動(dòng)員均選擇在第九、第十個(gè)動(dòng)作完成,由此可見,預(yù)賽第一套動(dòng)作編排的趨勢(shì)是將難度大的動(dòng)作放在成套動(dòng)作的兩端,將最大難度動(dòng)作放在成套的最后一個(gè)動(dòng)作的較多一些。2.決賽自選成套動(dòng)作難度與編排:成套難度值范圍在16.7-18.4分之間,我國(guó)高磊的18.4難度分高于其他國(guó)家,日本Ginga MUNETOMO和我國(guó)董棟的難度分位于第二、第三,其余選手的難度分則相差不大。決賽自選成套編排結(jié)果表明,自選成套的曲線圖總體呈U形分布,U形前端難度值較大,在這10個(gè)動(dòng)作編排當(dāng)中,我國(guó)董棟1、2、3、4、10這5個(gè)位置的動(dòng)作難度值較高,我國(guó)高磊1、2、3、4、5、10這6個(gè)位置的動(dòng)作難度值較高,而外國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員則在1、2、3、10這4個(gè)位置的動(dòng)作難度均值較高。我國(guó)高磊的動(dòng)作難度較大,但在成套編排的動(dòng)作完成和連接方面有些瑕疵。3.空翻難度與編排:預(yù)賽規(guī)定動(dòng)作中,單個(gè)動(dòng)作空翻難度值分布在1-1.6分,成套空翻難度值分布在2-2.6分,我國(guó)兩名運(yùn)動(dòng)員和白俄羅斯Uladzislau HANCHAROU、俄羅斯選手Andrey YUDIN的空翻難度值均為2.6分,高于其他國(guó)家的運(yùn)動(dòng)員;決賽自選動(dòng)作中,單個(gè)動(dòng)作空翻難度值分布在1-1.6分,成套空翻難度值分布在11.8-13.6分,我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員高磊的空翻難度值最高,董棟和日本Ginga MUNETOMO的空翻難度值位于第二,其余國(guó)家的運(yùn)動(dòng)員空翻難度值要低一些?辗幣沤Y(jié)果表明:中外優(yōu)秀男子蹦床運(yùn)動(dòng)員都是選擇前空翻、后空翻(5:5)交替進(jìn)行的編排方式;在空翻周數(shù)方面中外優(yōu)秀男子運(yùn)動(dòng)員大部分都是選擇三周動(dòng)作在前,而兩周動(dòng)作在后的順序,少數(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在三周動(dòng)作之間穿插了兩周動(dòng)作來作為緩沖,我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的空翻周數(shù)比其他國(guó)家運(yùn)動(dòng)員多。4.轉(zhuǎn)體難度與編排:預(yù)賽規(guī)定動(dòng)作中,單個(gè)動(dòng)作轉(zhuǎn)體難度值分布在0.1-0.8分,成套轉(zhuǎn)體難度值分布在0.3-1.1分,日本、俄羅斯和新西蘭的運(yùn)動(dòng)員轉(zhuǎn)體難度值最高,我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的轉(zhuǎn)體難度值低一些;決賽自選動(dòng)作中,單個(gè)動(dòng)作轉(zhuǎn)體難度值分布在0.1-0.6分,成套轉(zhuǎn)體難度值分布在2.5-3.1分,我國(guó)高磊、白俄羅斯運(yùn)動(dòng)員和日本的兩名運(yùn)動(dòng)員的轉(zhuǎn)體難度值最高,我國(guó)董棟的轉(zhuǎn)體難度值則低一些。轉(zhuǎn)體編排結(jié)果表明:中外優(yōu)秀男子運(yùn)動(dòng)員大部分都是選擇540度、360度和180度在前,而720度、900度和1080度在后的順序,少數(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)員會(huì)在成套最后三個(gè)選擇180度或360度的轉(zhuǎn)體動(dòng)作。轉(zhuǎn)體度數(shù)編排各國(guó)差異不大,選擇都比較相近。5.身體姿勢(shì)難度與編排:預(yù)賽規(guī)定動(dòng)作中,單個(gè)動(dòng)作身體姿勢(shì)難度分布在0.2-0.3分,成套身體姿勢(shì)難度值分布在0.2-0.5分,我國(guó)高磊和白俄羅斯運(yùn)動(dòng)員的身體姿勢(shì)難度值最高,其次是日本和新西蘭的運(yùn)動(dòng)員,而俄羅斯運(yùn)動(dòng)員和我國(guó)董棟的身體姿勢(shì)難度值則低一些;決賽自選動(dòng)作中,單個(gè)動(dòng)作身體姿勢(shì)難度值分布在0-0.3分,成套身體姿勢(shì)難度值分布在1.7-2.3分,日本運(yùn)動(dòng)員Masaki ITO的身體姿勢(shì)難度值最高,采用屈體和直體的比例也高于其他國(guó)家,而我國(guó)、白俄羅斯、俄羅斯和新西蘭的運(yùn)動(dòng)員身體姿勢(shì)難度值均低一些。身體姿勢(shì)編排結(jié)果表明:中外優(yōu)秀男子運(yùn)動(dòng)員大部分都是選擇屈體姿勢(shì)在前,團(tuán)身或屈體姿勢(shì)在中,而直體姿勢(shì)在后的順序,少數(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)員會(huì)在成套選擇團(tuán)身姿勢(shì)的動(dòng)作。身體姿勢(shì)編排各國(guó)無較大差異。
[Abstract]:The competitive level of Chinese trampoline men's individual project is in the leading position in the world. However, the competitive level of the foreign players is also rising. This paper uses literature, interview, video observation, and mathematical statistics. In order to improve the competitive level of Chinese men's Trampoline Athletes in the thirty-first Olympic trampoline competition, this paper makes a comparative study on the difficulty selection and arrangement of the complete movements of Chinese and foreign excellent men and women in the competition between China and foreign countries in the trampoline competition of the thirty-first Olympic Games.
