【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,以高等學(xué)校體育社會(huì)服務(wù)職能為研究對(duì)象,主要研究高校體育社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的發(fā)展向度與原則,以期高校體育的社會(huì)服務(wù)職能更快地進(jìn)入"共時(shí)態(tài)"壓縮的歷史軌跡當(dāng)中。研究認(rèn)為,受傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)中心主義和科研評(píng)價(jià)體系的影響,高等學(xué)校的社會(huì)服務(wù)職能一直處于弱化地位,其體育的社會(huì)服務(wù)職能更顯貧瘠。隨著我國全民健身與高校應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,高校體育的社會(huì)服務(wù)職能應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)的突破,甚至更快地進(jìn)入"共時(shí)態(tài)"壓縮的歷史軌跡當(dāng)中。研究提出,高等學(xué)校的體育社會(huì)服務(wù)職能應(yīng)至少在四個(gè)向度上做出新的努力和嘗試,即體育課程服務(wù)模式、社區(qū)體育服務(wù)模式、體育場館服務(wù)模式和社會(huì)力量介入模式。當(dāng)然,在這一發(fā)展向度過程中,還應(yīng)遵從基本的原則設(shè)計(jì),即落實(shí)政策權(quán)威頂層設(shè)計(jì)、組織決定化解主體沖突、政策監(jiān)控落實(shí)公共行為及內(nèi)容選擇打造"智力導(dǎo)向"等。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature and materials, the author takes the function of sports social service in colleges and universities as the research object, and mainly studies the development direction and principle of the function of sports social service in colleges and universities. It is hoped that the social service function of college physical education will enter into the compressing historical track of "syntenses" more quickly. Under the influence of traditional teaching centralism and scientific research evaluation system, the social service function of colleges and universities has always been in a weakened position, and the social service function of sports is even more barren. With the implementation of national fitness and the strategy of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities, the social service function of physical education in colleges and universities should achieve a qualitative breakthrough, and even enter into the compressed historical track of "syntenses" more quickly. The research suggests that the sports social service function of colleges and universities should make new efforts and attempts in at least four aspects, namely, the sports curriculum service model, the community sports service model, the sports stadium service model and the social force intervention model. Of course, in the process of this development direction, we should follow the basic principle design, that is, implement the top-level design of policy authority, decide to resolve the main body conflict, monitor and implement the public behavior and choose the content to create "intelligence orientation", etc.
