【摘要】：本文章主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、錄像觀察法、系統(tǒng)分析法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,以功夫全能技技術(shù)為研究對象,圍繞功夫全能技技術(shù)體系的構(gòu)建為研究主線,試圖從“技法特征、技術(shù)表現(xiàn)和空間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”三個(gè)維度對功夫全能技進(jìn)行技術(shù)體系的構(gòu)建,以此形成本研究的整體框架。本研究通過對功夫全能技技術(shù)層面的學(xué)理研究,旨在構(gòu)建功夫全能技技術(shù)體系,探析其技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)內(nèi)容,推動(dòng)功夫全能技技術(shù)理論的研究,使功夫全能技技術(shù)內(nèi)容更加條理化、體系化和規(guī)范化。這不僅為功夫全能技技術(shù)有效運(yùn)用于課堂教學(xué)、科學(xué)訓(xùn)練、實(shí)戰(zhàn)技擊等方面進(jìn)行前瞻性的研究奠定了初步的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和教學(xué)基礎(chǔ),更為功夫全能技運(yùn)動(dòng)員、教練員提供一些的合理、科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)和建議。通過技術(shù)體系的深入研究,文章最后得出以下結(jié)論:1.本文通過對當(dāng)今功夫全能技的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和功夫全能技技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀的研究,并依據(jù)訪談諸多武術(shù)專家和學(xué)者反饋的寶貴建議,將功夫全能技技術(shù)體系從“技法特征、技術(shù)表現(xiàn)、空間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行構(gòu)建。2.根據(jù)功夫全能技的技術(shù)特征和規(guī)律,結(jié)合武術(shù)技法原理,將功夫全能技技術(shù)體系分為:“站立擊打技術(shù),站立摔拿技術(shù),地面擊打技術(shù),地面鎖拿技術(shù)”四大技法特征。3.根據(jù)功夫全能技的技術(shù)表現(xiàn)和運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合武術(shù)技術(shù)原理,將功夫全能技技術(shù)體系分為:“拳、腿、肘、膝、摔、絞、拿、固”八大技術(shù)表現(xiàn)形式。4.根據(jù)功夫全能技的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,結(jié)合三維空間理論,將功夫全能技技術(shù)體系分為:“騰空技術(shù),站立技術(shù),地面技術(shù)”三大空間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:This article mainly uses the literature method, the expert interview method, the video observation method, the system analysis method, the logic analysis method and so on, takes the kungfu all-around technique as the research object, revolves around the kungfu all-around technical system construction as the main line of the research. This paper attempts to construct the technical system of kung fu all-round skill from the three dimensions of "technical characteristics, technical performance and spatial standard", thus forming the overall framework of this study. The purpose of this study is to construct the system of kungfu all-around technology, to analyze its technical characteristics and contents, and to promote the research of the theory of kungfu all-around technology. Make kung fu all-round technology content more organized, systematic and standardized. This not only lays a preliminary technical foundation and teaching foundation for the effective application of kungfu all-around technology in classroom teaching, scientific training, practical combat and so on, but also lays a foundation for the teaching of kungfu all-round technique athletes. Coaches provide some reasonable, scientific theoretical basis and suggestions. Through the in-depth study of the technical system, the article finally draws the following conclusion: 1. Based on the research of the present situation of the development of kungfu all-around technique and the present situation of kungfu all-around technique, and according to the valuable suggestions of interviewing many martial arts experts and scholars, this paper puts the system of kungfu all-around technique into "technical characteristics, technical expression," Space Standard "three dimensions to construct. 2." According to the technical characteristics and laws of kungfu all-around technique and combining with the principle of martial arts technique, this paper divides the technical system of kungfu all-round technique into four major technical features: standing strike technique, standing fall holding technique, ground beating technique and ground locking technique. According to the technical performance and sports characteristics of kungfu all-around technique, combining with the principle of martial arts technology, the technical system of kungfu all-round technique is divided into eight forms: "fist, leg, elbow, knee, fall, twist, hold, solid". According to the technical characteristics and movement law of kungfu all-around technique, combining with the theory of three-dimensional space, the technical system of kungfu all-round technique is divided into three space standards: "vacating technology, standing technique, and ground technology".
