【摘要】：中華民族的文化門類豐富多彩,源遠流長,博大精深,茶文化呈現(xiàn)著獨特的光輝,是我國傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分。隨著我國當今社會各方面的高速發(fā)展,人們的物質生活水平提高,文化、經濟生活發(fā)生了天翻地覆的發(fā)展,人們也越來越重視發(fā)展和傳播茶文化。茶文化在人們的日常生活中的推廣和普及也使得禪文化進入了教育領域,我國的教育發(fā)展逐漸深入,茶文化在當代體育教育中也起到了舉足輕重的作用。本文通過討論茶文化在當代體育教育中的運用,希望更好的發(fā)展茶文化,進一步促進體育教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Chinese culture is rich and colorful, has a long history, broad and profound, tea culture presents a unique brilliance, is an important part of our traditional culture. With the rapid development of all aspects of our society nowadays, people's material living standard has been improved, culture and economic life has undergone earth-shaking development, and people pay more and more attention to the development and dissemination of tea culture. The popularization and popularization of tea culture in people's daily life also make Zen culture enter the field of education, the development of education in our country gradually goes deep, tea culture also plays an important role in the contemporary physical education. Through discussing the application of tea culture in contemporary physical education, this paper hopes to develop tea culture better and further promote the development of physical education.
