【摘要】:肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞是具有自我復(fù)制和特異性分化的專能干細(xì)胞,在體育科學(xué)、運動醫(yī)學(xué)、再生醫(yī)學(xué)等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛關(guān)注。肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞代謝重編程是細(xì)胞激活的重要環(huán)節(jié),其在骨骼肌重塑中發(fā)揮決定性作用。通過梳理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),系統(tǒng)闡述重編程過程肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞特征和轉(zhuǎn)變,提出形成"待發(fā)"肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞的能量基礎(chǔ)、物質(zhì)來源及條件保障,為下一步肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞的自我更新和分化做必要準(zhǔn)備。
[Abstract]:Muscle satellite cells are specialized stem cells with self-replication and specific differentiation. They have attracted wide attention in sports science, sports medicine, regenerative medicine and so on. Metabolic reprogramming of muscle satellite cells is an important part of cell activation and plays a decisive role in skeletal muscle remodeling. By combing the relevant literature, the characteristics and transformation of muscle satellite cells during reprogramming process are systematically expounded, and the energy basis, material source and condition guarantee for the formation of "waiting to be" muscle satellite cells are put forward. It is necessary to prepare for the next step of self-renewal and differentiation of myosatellite cells.
