【摘要】：游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)社會(huì)價(jià)值功能,具有人類社會(huì)的普遍性和中國(guó)體育新常態(tài)下的特殊性。其普遍性從原始人類社會(huì)就自發(fā)存在,隨著人類文明的不斷進(jìn)步而不斷拓展;其特殊性是我國(guó)的體育新常態(tài),即從奧運(yùn)戰(zhàn)略的舉國(guó)體制戰(zhàn)略性轉(zhuǎn)為全民健身與發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè),游泳社會(huì)價(jià)值功能的全面實(shí)現(xiàn)面臨新問(wèn)題需要新突破。本研究從其普遍性開(kāi)始進(jìn)而拓展到其特殊性,具有理論與實(shí)踐的探索與引導(dǎo)作用和意義。研究綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、邏輯分析法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,以體育人文的視角對(duì)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的社會(huì)價(jià)值進(jìn)行了綜合性的研究和整合,得出以下結(jié)論:1游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的社會(huì)價(jià)值功能在人類原始社會(huì)體現(xiàn)在生存與戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)方面,隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步拓展為具有身份象征、休閑、文化、政治和社會(huì)的價(jià)值功能。競(jìng)技游泳的發(fā)展促進(jìn)了游泳社會(huì)價(jià)值功能得到更大的拓展,涵蓋了政治、外交、教育、經(jīng)濟(jì)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。2游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)則特征具有普適性、針對(duì)性、公平性、人文性、規(guī)范性和操作性,對(duì)社會(huì)整體產(chǎn)生了人人平等、有條不紊、公平公正、倡導(dǎo)人文精神、提供職業(yè)發(fā)展、影響社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)并發(fā)展科技的價(jià)值。游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)技能力特征分為短游和長(zhǎng)游兩種,對(duì)人體的身心帶來(lái)健康價(jià)值。3新常態(tài)下體育事業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變促使游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)不斷發(fā)展,而游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的不斷發(fā)展也促進(jìn)新常態(tài)下體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,兩者有著緊密的相輔相成關(guān)系,相互影響、相互促進(jìn)。4游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的社會(huì)價(jià)值功能分為對(duì)社會(huì)整體和個(gè)體兩個(gè)部分。社會(huì)整體的價(jià)值有政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育三個(gè)方面:政治價(jià)值體現(xiàn)在增強(qiáng)民族凝聚力、軍事價(jià)值、維護(hù)社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)安定和為國(guó)家外交做出服務(wù)等方面;經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值分為產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、社會(huì)贊助和游泳用品帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;教育價(jià)值體現(xiàn)在培養(yǎng)人的思想道德、人格和品行,在游泳教學(xué)的過(guò)程中對(duì)于人的認(rèn)知和身體產(chǎn)生的教育意義以及名人效應(yīng)的教育價(jià)值。對(duì)社會(huì)個(gè)體的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)在身心健康方面:身體價(jià)值體現(xiàn)在增強(qiáng)人類心肺功能、提高呼吸系統(tǒng)、塑造體形和康復(fù)治療一些疾病;心智方面體現(xiàn)在鍛煉意志品質(zhì)、擴(kuò)展和協(xié)調(diào)人際關(guān)系的能力、提高自信心和進(jìn)取心。5體育新常態(tài)下實(shí)現(xiàn)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)社會(huì)價(jià)值功能存在的主要問(wèn)題是:有關(guān)政府主管部門對(duì)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)的社會(huì)價(jià)值功能認(rèn)識(shí)不足,缺乏研究與規(guī)劃;學(xué)校與社會(huì)游泳場(chǎng)館的建設(shè)受到資金、地皮等因素制約;江河湖海適于游泳的水域缺乏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與安全條件;大眾游泳賽事少影響力小,大眾游泳俱樂(lè)部缺乏引導(dǎo)管理;游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)相關(guān)的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)未得到系統(tǒng)性開(kāi)發(fā)。6在體育新常態(tài)下實(shí)現(xiàn)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)社會(huì)價(jià)值功能的有效途徑可以分為四點(diǎn):政府與行業(yè)主管部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)游泳社會(huì)價(jià)值的研究、規(guī)劃與宣傳;加大扶持力度,發(fā)展游泳場(chǎng)館數(shù)量;打造游泳品牌賽事擴(kuò)大影響力吸引社會(huì)資金投入;發(fā)揮大眾游泳俱樂(lè)部紐帶作用,加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)與規(guī)范運(yùn)作。
[Abstract]:The social value function of swimming has the universality of human society and the particularity of Chinese sports under the new normal condition. Its universality exists spontaneously from the primitive human society and expands constantly with the continuous progress of human civilization, and its particularity is the new normal of sports in our country, that is, from the national system of Olympic strategy to the national fitness and the development of sports industry. The comprehensive realization of the function of swimming social value needs a new breakthrough in the face of new problems. From its universality to its particularity, this study has the exploration and guidance function and significance of theory and practice. In this study, the social value of swimming was comprehensively studied and integrated with literature, interview, logic analysis and questionnaire survey, and from the perspective of sports humanities, the author made a comprehensive study and integration of the social value of swimming from the point of view of sports humanities. The following conclusions are drawn: the social value function of swimming in the primitive human society is embodied in the aspects of survival and war, and with the development of the society, it has the value functions of status symbol, leisure, culture, politics and society. The development of competitive swimming has promoted the development of swimming social value function, covering the political, diplomatic, educational, economic and other fields of swimming sports characteristics of the characteristics of universality, pertinence, fairness, humanity, etc. Standardization and maneuverability have produced the value of equality, methodicality, fairness and justice to the whole society, advocating humanistic spirit, providing professional development, influencing social economy and developing science and technology. The competitive ability of swimming can be divided into two types: short swimming and long swimming, which bring health value to human body and mind. 3. Under the new normal condition, the change of sports cause promotes the continuous development of swimming. The continuous development of swimming also promotes the development of sports industry under the new normal. They are closely complementary and influence each other. The social value function of mutual promotion of swimming can be divided into two parts: the whole society and the individual. The values of society as a whole are political, economic and educational: political value is embodied in strengthening national cohesion, military value, maintaining social solidarity and stability, and serving national diplomacy. The economic benefits brought by social sponsorship and swimming supplies are embodied in the cultivation of people's ideology, morality, personality and conduct, the educational significance of human cognition and body and the educational value of celebrity effect in the course of swimming teaching. The value to the individual of society is embodied in physical and mental health: physical value is embodied in enhancing human cardiopulmonary function, improving respiratory system, shaping body shape and rehabilitating some diseases; mental value is reflected in the exercise of will, The main problems in the realization of the social value function of swimming under the new normal condition of sports are that the competent departments of the government have insufficient understanding of the social value function of swimming. Lack of research and planning; the construction of school and social swimming venues is constrained by funds, land and other factors; rivers, lakes and seas suitable for swimming lack of infrastructure and safety conditions; public swimming events less influence, The mass swimming club lacks guidance management; The effective ways to realize the Social value function of Swimming Sports under the New normal condition of Sports can be divided into four points: the government and the department in charge of the industry should strengthen the research on the social value of swimming. Planning and publicity; increasing support to develop the number of swimming venues; building swimming brand events to expand influence to attract social investment; bring into play the role of public swimming clubs to strengthen the guidance and standard operation.
