【摘要】：“十年樹木,百年樹人”中國(guó)足球走出困境不是一朝一夕的事,改革是重中之重。而“校園足球”的開展的目標(biāo)是增加青少年參與足球的數(shù)量同時(shí)選撥并培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的后備人才,也是我國(guó)足球改革的重要方式之一,具有一定的研究?jī)r(jià)值。江蘇省揚(yáng)州市被列為第二批全國(guó)青少年校園足球活動(dòng)布局城市,如今校園足球十年規(guī)劃已經(jīng)發(fā)展到第六個(gè)年頭了。雖然揚(yáng)州市校園足球發(fā)展迅速,但是其中存在著很多不合理的現(xiàn)象。截止2016年,教育部公布的全國(guó)青少年校園足球特色名單,揚(yáng)州市共有53所,其中揚(yáng)州市市區(qū)29所。在揚(yáng)州市教育局發(fā)布的《揚(yáng)州市中小學(xué)校園足球聯(lián)賽方案》中,構(gòu)建了“校長(zhǎng)杯”、“市長(zhǎng)杯”、“縣長(zhǎng)杯”三級(jí)競(jìng)賽機(jī)制。本文研究旨在通過對(duì)揚(yáng)州市市區(qū)校園足球特色學(xué)校足球活動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與研究,分析當(dāng)前校園足球特色學(xué)校發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)所面臨的問題,提供有效的理論依據(jù)和對(duì)策,以此來提高揚(yáng)州市市區(qū)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)人才的培養(yǎng)水平,為揚(yáng)州市足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展和儲(chǔ)備人才的培養(yǎng)提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。本文是以揚(yáng)州市市區(qū)29所校園足球特色學(xué)校的開展?fàn)顩r為研究對(duì)象,以相對(duì)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、學(xué)生、學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法等研究方法。在確定研究對(duì)象后,從學(xué)校的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)開展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查;學(xué)校的足球教師的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查;學(xué)校的足球硬件設(shè)施、教學(xué)、課余足球訓(xùn)練和正式比賽的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查;學(xué)校的學(xué)生對(duì)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的參與現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查;學(xué)生的家長(zhǎng)對(duì)校園足球開展和子女參與足球活動(dòng)的動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)查;學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)對(duì)開展校園足球需求的調(diào)查。通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.學(xué)生安全、學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾等方面原因是造成部分學(xué)校組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不夠重視的主要原因。2.應(yīng)試教育和子女安全是決定其態(tài)度的主要原因,總體上家長(zhǎng)仍然是呈不支持態(tài)度。3.在競(jìng)賽方面,競(jìng)賽組織制度上有局限,調(diào)查顯示足球訓(xùn)練對(duì)學(xué)生文化課影響很小,但是競(jìng)賽時(shí)間安排不合理,同時(shí)校園足球隊(duì)訓(xùn)練不專業(yè)。4.部分學(xué)校的場(chǎng)地設(shè)施目前無(wú)法滿足校園足球活動(dòng)開展的需要。5.目前從事校園足球的師資學(xué)歷雖高,但是缺乏專業(yè)人才,且受各種因素的影響,精力投入不足,影響校園足球?qū)嵤┡c推進(jìn)。其建議是:1.校足辦力量需要充實(shí),加強(qiáng)校園足球的政府職能,完善校園足球的工作機(jī)構(gòu)。2.加大資金投入,尋求社會(huì)力量幫助,改善場(chǎng)地設(shè)施。3.加強(qiáng)校園足球信息平臺(tái)建設(shè),提高和改變?nèi)藗儗?duì)足球的認(rèn)識(shí)。4.提高足球教師在學(xué)校中地位,加強(qiáng)他們的綜合素質(zhì)和專業(yè)水平培訓(xùn)。5.完善和創(chuàng)新校園足球制度體系,合理安排競(jìng)賽時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:"Ten years of trees, a hundred years of people" Chinese football out of the difficult situation is not a matter of one night, reform is the top priority. The goal of "campus football" is to increase the number of young people participating in football and to cultivate excellent reserve talents. It is also one of the important ways of football reform in our country and has certain research value. Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, has been listed as the second batch of national youth campus football activities layout city, now campus football 10 years has developed into the sixth year. Although Yangzhou campus football develops rapidly, but there are a lot of unreasonable phenomena. By 2016, the Ministry of Education has released a list of 53 football features in Yangzhou, including 29 in Yangzhou. In the plan of Yangzhou Primary and Middle School Campus Football League issued by Yangzhou Education Bureau, the three-level competition mechanism of "Principal Cup", "Mayor's Cup" and "County Chief Cup" was constructed. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems faced by the development and cultivation of the campus football characteristic schools in Yangzhou City, and to provide effective theoretical basis and countermeasures through the investigation and research on the present situation of the school football activities in Yangzhou City. In order to improve the training level of football talents in Yangzhou city, it can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of Yangzhou football and the cultivation of reserve talents. This paper takes the development situation of 29 campus football characteristic schools in Yangzhou city as the research object, takes the relative school leaders, teachers and students' parents as the investigation object, adopts the literature method, the questionnaire method. Mathematical statistics and logic analysis methods. After determining the object of study, the author investigates the present situation of developing football from school leaders, the present situation of football teachers in school, the football hardware facilities, teaching, extracurricular football training and formal matches. The current situation of school students' participation in football; the investigation of students' parents' motivation to develop campus football and their children's participation in football activities; and the investigation of students' parents' demand for developing campus football. The following conclusion is drawn from the study: 1. The safety of students and the contradiction of learning and training are the main reasons that some school leaders pay less attention to. 2. Examination-oriented education and child safety are the main reasons for their attitude. In the aspect of competition, the competition organization system is limited. The investigation shows that the football training has little influence on the students' culture class, but the competition time is unreasonable, and the campus football team training is not professional. 4. Some of the campus facilities can not meet the needs of campus football activities. At present, the teachers engaged in campus football have high academic qualifications, but lack of professional talents, and are affected by various factors, energy input is insufficient, which affects the implementation and promotion of campus football. Its suggestion is 1: 1. It is necessary to strengthen the government function of campus football and perfect the working organization of campus football. Increase capital input, seek social strength help, improve site facilities. 3. Strengthen the construction of campus football information platform, improve and change people's understanding of football. Improve the status of football teachers in the school, strengthen their comprehensive quality and professional training. Perfect and innovate the school football system, reasonable arrangement competition time.
