【摘要】：中華大地,地大物博,中國傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)是中華民族文化的瑰寶,不同地域環(huán)境造就地方的色彩斑斕,劉家拳屬于北派拳系,從形成到發(fā)展歷經(jīng)坎坷,又客觀存在于寧夏西吉縣,是本地區(qū)的文化財富。寧夏回族自治區(qū)屬于西部地區(qū),固原市西吉縣位于寧夏回族自治區(qū)南部,六盤山西麓,地處黃土高原中心地帶,生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱“十年九旱”,災(zāi)害頻繁,資源匱乏。本地區(qū)為回族聚居之地,在極其艱苦的條件下生存,其民風(fēng)彪悍,具有尚武精神。劉家拳作為一種文化載體,在這樣一個自然文化環(huán)境中發(fā)展,困難重重,極大阻礙了劉家拳的傳播與發(fā)展,傳承百年歷史的劉家拳獨具民族特色,對劉家拳的挖掘整理與發(fā)展研究是一項艱巨而又具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的工程,要對劉家拳從全方位進(jìn)行研究。本文所選取寧夏回族自治區(qū)地市級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)地方拳種西吉縣劉家拳挖掘拳整理與發(fā)展為研究對象,采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、田野調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等對其進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果如下:1劉家拳根植于寧夏回族自治區(qū)西吉縣,它的形成與發(fā)展深受本地區(qū)的自然生態(tài)環(huán)境,人文社會環(huán)境影響,艱辛流傳至今。2劉家拳是清朝同治年間的拳術(shù),創(chuàng)始人劉勝武曾前后三次拜師學(xué)藝,從事鏢師之職,押送皮毛,食鹽,往返于陜西、甘肅、河北等地。劉正清為劉勝武之子,具有極高的武學(xué)修為,中華人民共和國建國初是劉家拳發(fā)展鼎盛時期。劉家拳傳承至今已有百年歷史,具有獨特風(fēng)格。傳承方式只有血緣傳承與師徒傳承。3劉家拳具有完整的技術(shù)體系,主要內(nèi)容包括:拳術(shù)、器械、對練、功法和訓(xùn)練方法練習(xí)等。劉家拳根基穩(wěn)固,行步如踩云,蹋步而穩(wěn),動如奔濤,靜如山岳,進(jìn)如風(fēng)雨,退若磐石的劉家風(fēng)范。注重陰陽變換,進(jìn)身短打,拳耍五式,棍打三盤技術(shù)特點。劉家拳樸實無華,身靈步活,意氣相隨,變化多端,剛?cè)嵯酀?結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),“尚陽剛之勢,崇陰柔之美”的獨特風(fēng)格特點。4通過對劉家拳習(xí)練者調(diào)查研究,其文化程度偏低,對劉家拳的總體認(rèn)識不夠,學(xué)習(xí)途徑太過單一,面臨失傳危險,傳承方式方法不夠完善,宣傳推廣力度不夠,師資力量較弱,劉家拳在傳播過程中過于保守等。5劉家拳集健身價值,技擊價值,觀賞價值,教育與文化價值于一身,培養(yǎng)吃苦耐勞、持之以恒、堅持不懈的意志品質(zhì)。為更好深入研究劉家拳與其發(fā)展,需要政府扶持,科研人員的研究,文化傳播等多個方面著手才能更好的傳承發(fā)展劉家拳。為此提出以下六點建議:1當(dāng)?shù)卣畱?yīng)加大劉家拳的保護(hù)力度與重視。正確指導(dǎo)劉家拳省級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)申報,增加資金投入,成立非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)研究會。2劉家拳應(yīng)借助或構(gòu)建非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的科研機構(gòu)。增加劉家拳理論研究,和本地區(qū)影響力。3劉家拳應(yīng)要自身發(fā)奮圖強。在傳承發(fā)展中突破舊觀念,大膽創(chuàng)新,在訓(xùn)練方法上應(yīng)棄其糟粕,取其精華,與現(xiàn)代訓(xùn)練理論相結(jié)合,與科學(xué)接軌,提高武術(shù)訓(xùn)練效果。4應(yīng)建立劉家拳的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系。將劉家所以拳術(shù)進(jìn)行歸納整理,并且標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,編輯成冊,錄制劉家拳武術(shù)教學(xué)視頻等。5劉家拳傳播與發(fā)展要與時俱進(jìn)。借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電視頻道等進(jìn)行宣傳,并且要吸引文化程度較高的習(xí)練者。6政府相關(guān)部門應(yīng)當(dāng)注重本地區(qū)文化建設(shè),響應(yīng)國家政策,讓劉家拳走進(jìn)校園,建立文化特色。

The ecological environment is fragile, "ten years of drought", frequent disasters and lack of resources. However, there are many difficulties in the development of the cultural environment, which greatly hinders the spread and development of Liu's boxing. The Liu Jia Quan has a unique national characteristic. The research on the excavation and development of Liu's boxing is a arduous and far-reaching project. It is necessary to study Liu's Quan Quan from all sides. This article selects the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The research object of the local boxing, Xiji County, Xiji County Liu Jiquan excavating boxing, uses the literature method, field survey method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis method and so on. The inheritance of Liu's boxing has a history of a hundred years and has a unique style. The inheritance method only has a complete technical system for the inheritance of blood and the inheritance of.3 Liu's boxing with the teachers and apprentices. The main contents include boxing, equipment, practice, practice and training methods. With the help of the Internet, TV channel and so on, the relevant departments of.6 government should pay attention to the cultural construction of the local area, respond to the national policy, let Liu's boxing go into the campus and establish cultural characteristics.
