【摘要】：正近年來,隨著人們對體育健身重要性的認(rèn)識不斷提高,網(wǎng)球運動越來越受到人們的喜愛,網(wǎng)球成為大眾休閑運動項目之一。隨著我國體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展進步,各大高校對網(wǎng)球運動訓(xùn)練也越來越重視,逐年加大網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練工作投入。為了更好地推動網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練教學(xué)發(fā)展,各大高校都在不斷研究更為適合網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練發(fā)展的教學(xué)方法。在網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)訓(xùn)練教學(xué)中,教師要不斷指導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確的技術(shù)動作,經(jīng)常性地教授和糾正學(xué)生各種技巧和動作。為了能夠讓學(xué)生更好地理解和
