【摘要】：正足球競賽作為一項充滿激情的體育運動,一直深受人們的喜愛。其中,足球規(guī)則作為保證比賽順利進行的重要條件之一,與足球運動的發(fā)展密切相關。足球規(guī)則是關于比賽中應遵守的一些條款的規(guī)定,是一種約束運動員比賽行為的法規(guī),對參與比賽的運動員具有法律效應,也是教練員指導比賽的依據(jù)、裁判員執(zhí)法的準則。在比賽過程中,足球規(guī)則要靠裁判員來監(jiān)督維護,要根據(jù)競賽中出現(xiàn)的具體情況和問題依據(jù)規(guī)則作出及時合
[Abstract]:As a passionate sport, the football competition has always been popular with people. Football rules, as one of the important conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the match, are closely related to the development of football. Football rules are some provisions that should be obeyed in the competition, which is a kind of regulation that restricts the athletes' competition behavior, has legal effect on the athletes participating in the competition, is also the basis for coaches to guide the competition, and the criterion for the referees to enforce the law. In the course of the match, the football rules should be supervised and maintained by the umpire, and the rules should be timely complied with according to the specific conditions and problems in the competition.
