【摘要】：“跑步”易于練習(xí),體育花費(fèi)小、受場(chǎng)地限制少。是大眾選擇度較高的運(yùn)動(dòng)。2013年南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織如雨后春筍冒出。為探求南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織的健康發(fā)展,通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等科研方法,分析研究了南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織的形成背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、顯著特點(diǎn)、影響因素和發(fā)展對(duì)策。研究結(jié)果表明:1.南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織成員,男性多于女性。成員年輕、高學(xué)歷、工作穩(wěn)定、薪資中等、家庭支持率大。成員熱愛(ài)運(yùn)動(dòng)為身體健康和社會(huì)交往參與其中。2.社會(huì)互動(dòng)理論、自組織理論和平衡理論是南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織的理論支撐。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及大眾觀念變化、政府制定政策的導(dǎo)向性變化、社交自媒體和跑步軟件的爆發(fā)式興起、跑步健身益處大、門(mén)檻低、組織成員對(duì)跑步的興趣與熱愛(ài)等因素是南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織形成的原因。3.南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織的積極作用包括有利于滿足大眾跑步健身需要、有利于構(gòu)建和諧、安定、有序的社會(huì)、有利于大眾體育的健康發(fā)展和有利于運(yùn)動(dòng)裝備、智能手機(jī)等行業(yè)的科技創(chuàng)新。4.南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織成立時(shí)間集中在2013—2016年,每周三次每次一小時(shí)的中等強(qiáng)度跑步;資金籌集是AA制或第三方贊助�；顒�(dòng)場(chǎng)地以公園、城市健身步道、登山步道、體育場(chǎng)、高校田徑場(chǎng)為主。5.南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織的特征是組織框架簡(jiǎn)單、組織成員運(yùn)動(dòng)裝備智能化、多樣化;參與途徑多元化,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)與實(shí)際生活中互動(dòng)約跑;組織規(guī)模特點(diǎn)是以中、小型非正式跑步組織為主;組織成員跑步喜歡用咕咚、微信運(yùn)動(dòng)等智能APP。6.南京市玄武區(qū)非正式跑步組織發(fā)展的影響因素包括,組織核心人物、組織成員參與的熱情度、組織管理、可支配資金、雨雪、高溫、霧霾等天氣和體育人才。7.對(duì)策:增強(qiáng)組織核心人物的影響力、加強(qiáng)非正式跑步組織間的交流與合作、完善非正式跑步組織管理機(jī)制、探索非正式跑步組織的市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作、拓寬籌資渠道、提高組織曝光率和知名度、吸引專業(yè)人才加入到非正式跑步組織中。
[Abstract]:Running is easy to practice, less expensive and less limited by space. In 2013, informal running organizations sprang up in Xuanwu District, Nanjing. In order to explore the healthy development of informal running organization in Xuanwu District of Nanjing City, the background and development status of informal running organization in Xuanwu District of Nanjing City were analyzed by using the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire. Significant characteristics, influencing factors and development countermeasures. The results of the study show that 1: 1. Nanjing Xuanwu District informal running organization members, more men than women. Young members, high education, stable work, medium salary, large family support. Members love sports for physical health and social interaction in which. 2. Social interaction theory, self-organization theory and equilibrium theory are the theoretical support of informal running organization in Xuanwu District, Nanjing. Economic development and changes in popular attitudes, changes in the direction of government policy, the explosive rise of social media and running software, the great benefits of running fitness, the low barriers, The interest and love of organization members in running is the reason for the formation of informal running organization in Xuanwu District, Nanjing. The positive role of the informal running organization in Xuanwu District of Nanjing is to meet the needs of mass running, to build a harmonious, stable and orderly society, to promote the healthy development of mass sports and to facilitate sports equipment. Smart phone and other industries of scientific and technological innovation. 4. The informal running organization in Xuanwu District of Nanjing was founded in 2013-2016, with an hour of moderate intensity running three times a week; it was raised by AA or a third party. Activity venues to park, urban fitness trails, hiking trails, stadiums, colleges and universities mainly track. 5. The characteristics of informal running organizations in Xuanwu District of Nanjing City are simple organization framework, intelligent and diversified sports equipment of organization members, diversified participation approaches and interaction between network and real life. Small informal running organizations mainly; members of the organization like to run with goo dong, WeChat movement and other intelligent APP.6. The factors that influence the development of informal running organization in Xuanwu District of Nanjing include the key characters of the organization, the enthusiasm of the organization members, the organization management, the disposable fund, the rain and snow, the high temperature, the haze and so on weather and sports talent. Countermeasures: strengthen the influence of the key people of the organization, strengthen the communication and cooperation among the informal running organizations, perfect the management mechanism of the informal running organizations, explore the market-oriented operation of the informal running organizations, and broaden the channels of raising funds. Increase the visibility and visibility of the organization and attract professionals to join the informal running organization.
